Called them up after my boiler had stopped working, I was able to get someone to come in the same day, at an estimate time of 2pm to 4pm or 4pm or 6pm. I was like great here goes my whole day off. Thankfully They arrived at 1:45pm, Jose was great, he helped me understand what was going on and was able to fix the problem. By 2:30 I was on my way to run errands, and exited to take a shower with warm water:)

We had Felix come to our home on Labor Day weekend for an emergency plumbing issue. He was here from 8pm until close to midnight trying to solve the problem! Luckily, my husband was home as well to assist him with some of the work. Felix worked really hard to figure out what was going on & he truly got down to the ""root"" of our problem! I can not express how great it was to work with Jorge from Discount Plumbing. Being a senior I live on a very modest income. Jorge helped me get the best water heater for my buck, by recommending Standard Pluming Supply. He faced some problems putting it in the tiny closet, but figured it out nicely. I love working for companies who do not high pressure sell you into more cost. They do what needs to be done and help save you money. They are now my go to Company when I run into problems!! I am doing a bathroom remodel and my contractor called discount plumbing for estimate on some plumbing needs. The technician arrived on time and was polite and professional.
We were told we would have an estimate by the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day my contractor called the office and was informed by the receptionist it can take up to 2 days for an estimate. It seems no one is on the same page, she said she would have him call.
This was on Tuesday morning, now Friday afternoon. Still waiting. Guess if you do not want to do the job and you ignore someone long enough they WILL go away.
Moving on to someone else.

Perhaps the worst experience of my life after using them for 2 other repairs. I was charged and paid a bunch of money to have both the faucet and garbage disposal in my sink repaired on 2 separate occasions. When I had another leak, I called back. They were able to get me in same day, and the tech that came out was rude and condescending. It was the faucet....again even though they refused to even look at anything else, and he claimed that what was done previously, they didn't do. Refused to acknowledge the issue and said we needed a new faucet. When speaking over the phone, we decided that it wasn't going to work. The guy left and I refused to pay a dime. We contacted someone else who came out, repaired the leak and let us know it was the original was installed incorrectly and was missing some gaskets. If what I paid last time is representative, I would have been charged ~$400. I paid $50, including my rounding up, and I have no leak! All magnets have been tossed....Never again!!!
