Not worth even calling out for an estimate. Time is money and this place isn't worth your time or money. Stay far away from the shady business practices.


It's obvious the business owner is going to downplay their role in this to make this business seem legitimate so I'll elaborate.

I was more than willing to spend whatever it took to get the job done. I'm glad their estimate was free because it wasn't worth anything more. The ""plumber"" came in and assessed the job (plumb a sink and plumb a tub/shower combo) he then said that he doesn't do these type of jobs and that they are ""emergency plumbers"" he said the job would typically cost $600-$700 but with their company's it would be $900 (still in the hundreds of dollars range as the owner says) because they charge more for emergencies. He ultimately stated he could not do the job because they don't do remodels (which is stated on their telephone ads and websites that they do) and it would take up too much of his time and he could be going to multiple service calls instead.

It seems to me they need to hire adequate staff instead of trying to cover up for them via telephone or yelp.

The job only took one hour from a different reputable company and regardless of what I was willing to pay it only actually cost $150 for a $45 estimate which was rolled into a one hour service fee.

The owner is throwing around free estimate this, free estimate that , oh I'm sorry you didn't like your ""free"" estimate. Free has nothing to do with your services or ability to function as a company and you are clearly lacking on both.

i had an old leaky water heater replaced by felix ( feliciano vasquez ) from discount plumbing on 4.22.20. he took his time to explain to me what he was going to do, step by step. he picked and cleaned up his debris as he went along. felix replaced all hardware with brand new parts. also he removed my rotted, moldy wooden platform and replaced it with a new stainless steel table! also i saved 80. with $75. coupon and $5. for displaying small ad. felix and eric, from the office were courteous, friendly, professional and honesti highly recommend them and will use them again, when the need arises?

Found my water heater leaking. Did a Yelp request for quotes. Waited but decided to look further on my own. Came across discount Plumbing heating and air. Lonnie Williams came out. My over protective fur baby Justin welcomed Lonnie into HIS yard that impressed me.

Lonnie was very knowledgeable explained all of my options. Walked me through the process. I booked my appointment for later in the week. Lonnie texted confirmed our appointment yesterday. He arrived on time this morning. Very professional, informed me of today's installation process. He brought the unit with him said it would be 4hrs. ( One of my options was I pick up the unit myself and he install it for me at a savings. I don't own a truck and seemed like to much work). It took him 2 hours from start to finish When checking prices during this week his was the best price.

The service rep Lonnie was amazing and deserves 5 extra stars. Thank you discount Plumbing I'll be calling for Lonnie for my future Plumbing needs. If Justin likes him so do I and that means a lot being a not so young single women these days. Can't trust to many people there days..

I had a leak on our outside water connection ~ was running non stop ( where hose attaches ) even when water was off . Called Discount Plumbing- received immediate response . Lonnie our technician was AMAZING ! He gave free quote~ was able to take care of the problem - actually did a better job with copper fitting and the workmanship was excellent! Lonnie was polite , kept his distance ( shelter in place ) explained to me exactly what he needed to do and was just overall a very nice guy ! I would highly recommend both this company , and if you can ask for Lonnie , you will be getting a pro ! Added him into my contacts so if I ever need plumbing issue again, I will ask for him specifically! Great Job Lonnie and thank you ! It was a pleasure doing business with you ! Stay safe !

Our water heater went out on a Saturday. I tried relighting it with no luck. A couple places I called were not available to come look at it. Discount Plumbing had someone at my door in under and hour. He was very professional and polite. He was able to get it relit and recommended what to do if it went out again, and what part likely would need to be replaced if it were a reoccurring issue.

He didn't even charge me for his time. I will definitely call them again if we do need to replace a part. Highly recommend!

I called on a Sunday and they had someone come out that same day to assess the problem, they needed to buy parts and got them first thing in the morning and fixed our water heater the very next day. CJ arrived and was very friendly and professional and explained everything prior to installing the new pieces, there were no surprises and it was overall a fantastic experience! I will be using these guys anytime I have a plumbing problem, thank you guys!

Jimmie came out to assess our weird rumbling sound problem whenever we flush. It was just simply a bathtub drain that was dried up and needed to run for a few seconds. He didn't bill us at all since it was an easy fix. In addition, he also provided a ton of helpful advices! I definitely will call this company for future services as a result of Jimmie's excellent customer service.

Our neighbor reported smelling gas near our meter, where discount plumbing had added a gas line for a gas fireplace insert some years ago. I called them to check it out late in the evening -- they came the next afternoon. Checking for a minor leak they discovered a loose fitting and tightened it fixing the leak. When asked what I owed them, they said to simply have a merry Christmas!

Shout out to Lonnie for taking care of me today. Last night, my water heater started leaking badly. The water flowed back into and down the wall interior soaking the insulation and putting several gallons onto the bathroom and hallway floors.

Lonnie figured out right away the leaks origin and took care of it. He installed the appropriate water heater replacement and explained everything in depth the entire time. All done professionally, friendly, knowledgeably, and fast.

He takes his work very seriously and they're lucky to have him. Just wanted to share my experience and would say I definitely recommend Discount Plumbing and Lonnie for any of your needs whether it's a repair or if you're doing a home project involving plumbing.

The most service-oriented company I have dealt with in a long time. The owner chatted with me on Sunday to determine my needs. He gave me the phone number of the scheduler who was on call that day. We scheduled service for Monday morning at 9 AM.
The service call was handled in a timely and professional manner by a great technician.
