Awesome company! Had an emergency with my mom's bath faucet. They told us just what to do until they were able to come out the next morning. Saved us a HUGE headache and was reasonably priced for An emergency. Recommend to anyone in need.

For the past 24 Hours I was panicking and losing sleep over my leaking shower mixing valve. It was leaking for who knows how long on top of this it was one of those of Price Pfister style valves installed in a one price fiber glass tub surround (very difficult to access). I looked far and wide hoping to get a pro to give me a hand. I made my way down the list of all plumbers in Reno and couldn't get anyone with a reasonable job start time; and the one plumber I could get wanted rip apart my whole bathroom to access but didn't know when he could start the job. After everyone else stopped answering my calls one company picked right up and told me they could be there first thing in the morning. I warned them that it was going to be a daunting challenge but they didn't hesitate. I was not sleeping very well the night before when I did wake up the next morning they were here. They had all the parts and tools needed to knock out the job now not 48 hours from now right now today ahora. Not only that but the employee they sent to my aid Enrique Sanchez masterminded a brilliant method to complete the emergency repair without causing me to rip apart my entire bathroom. When he told me of his plan I was amazed at how genius it was because only a truly skilled master of his craft could have ever come up with this plan which saved me hours of unnecessary sweat and headache. During the entire job which was completed in half the time everyone else was projecting he remained extremely professional and even took time to answer my inexperienced questions about plumbing around my house. When the job was done my shower looked totally upgraded and much better than before. They even saved me a lot of money and did not try to rip me off. These guys were a real breath of fresh air with how honest, fast and down to earth they operate. They responded so quickly that no damaged occured to my house, if I had to wait 48 hours who knows how much damaged could have occurred to my wall and foundation. I decided to write this review before going to bed to let everyone know how much better I will sleep tonight knowing that the job was done right the first time.

Jack was prompt in returning my call for a leaking bath faucet. Within 18 hours of first contact, via Yelp, Enrique had the parts and fixed the leak. Great service, and fixed the issue in a manner of a couple hours. Will definitely use them again!

Used them twice. Once to install a new exterior faucet. Another time to replace a disposer in the kitchen sink. Great! Enrique was prompt, gave clear communications, highly responsive, & left things neat & tidy. Will definitely use them again!

Love the service, but very pricey! $400 to fix a leaking faucet. I didnt ask for a quote ahead of time, so that might be something to think about before choosing them.

Jack was THE only plumber in Reno to call me back after calling and leaving messages with over 10 companies. We have had him fix a failed pressure regulator, replaced toilet wax ring (leaking when flushed), flush valve and water line, tighten loose fittings, replaced the garbage disposer and improved the drain lines from the dishwasher and other sink to drain efficiently, and repaired/replaced two faulty bathroom sink faucets (manufacturer warranty replacement). His gets right to the point, doesn't sugar coat what is happening, and really knows his stuff when it comes to diagnosing issues and makes the right repairs.

Imagine this... adult weekend planned, kind of a staycation... you wake up Friday morning to pick up company from the airport, only to have no hot water and discover your expansion tank has been spraying the entire garage - all night long.

I called 4 different plumbers and the Dirty Plumber is the only one to give me the time of day. Before he could even tell me whether he could come look at it, he walked me through turning the water off to the water heater, turning off the water heater until it could be repaired. Yes, you read that correctly, the first 3 people I had talked to just instantly said ""its Friday morning, we have no one, sorry k bye"". This man didnt care if he even had time to fix it, he helped me control the situation until someone could fix it. Now, in addition to his amazing customer service at the beginning, he was also able to fit us in a few hours later. He walked us through how to get the correct part # so that he didn't have to run back and forth, he could pick up the part on his way to fix it.

He arrived when promised, was friendly and knowledgable. He explained what happened and basically it was an old tank and this stuff happens. His price was very reasonable and... well... our adult weekend was memorable, and because of the Dirty Plumber and our great experience, the horrible situation didnt ruin the weekend! Thanks DP!
