I can't say enough of ho pleased I am with the service I received today. after leaving requests for three quotes from 3 different plumbers on Sunday, I was called by Lena from Direct first thing this morning. She had Ethan out to me by 1pm to diagnose and repair a leak at the water main on my property. I was getting a small swamp around it. Figuring this would lead to a massive water bill I was so relieved when Ethan fixed it in about an hour at a very reasonable price. Ethan was very professional and communicated well the diagnosis and what steps to take to fix my problem. They took care of me in one day saving me mucho dollars overall. I will recommend them to anyone in need. Thanks guys!

I cannot say enough about these folks! I found a leak in my Water main in the front yard and was panicking because we are about the sell our house. I was blown off by 2 other plumbers and Direct Services came out within a day on a Friday evening and also started repairs. They found & finished repairing it the next morning. The total was $764. I was so worried it was going to cost in the thousands. They were wonderful! Awesome customer service & pleasant to deal with.

Just fantastic, i wish all companies in georgia were like y'all. Contacted them and was treated by a great customer service rep, made an appointment quickly, they kept me updated on arrival time, showed up with everything needed to get the job done right. Reasonable pricing, the ppl who came were professional and polite. i would honestly not go anywhere else. Plan on using the company for other things we need done.

My toilet had been nonstop running for the past 2 weeks. So I set up an appointment through yelp, which was super easy to do. Then a couple days later, the plumber, Ethan, looked at my toilet and was able to fix it immediately after telling me what was wrong with it (the toilet's fill valve was broken and the flapper was old). He was very polite and fixed it very quickly. I also only paid $193 for him to fix everything.

Fittings under our kitchen sink were bad and they fixed the problem right away. They came out at 6 pm on a Wednesday evening when most other places are closed. Very professional and knowledgeable. Provided a free quote and fast service. Will definitely use in the future.

Both of our toilets weren't flushing and our washer was backing up into the toilets. I messaged them on yelp, got a fast response back. Scheduled for them to come between 3-5pm. Arrived at 3:45, explained the issue and Rick immediately knew the problem. He was able to find the clean out underground and got to work clearing the line. Toilets flush great now and tub isn't backing up. Quick prompt service and friendly techs. We will always use them for our plumbing needs from now on.

I had a problem today with water overflowing and backing up.I called Direct Services and spoke to a very friendly lady. She informed me that a plumber was close and could be there in around thirty minutes or so. Ethan showed up and dove right in to it. Very nice and respectful young man and a very diligent and fast worker. He fixed all my issues with no problem. If I ever need a plumber again, you can believe it will be Direct Services. Job well done.

Honestly, I don't know what normal plumbing cost are but if you want friendly and prompt service they were great.
