Direct Connect Plumbing is NOT reccomend by me.

We had them start a project and they never finished it, never returned our calls, blamed us for thinking (assuming) that they would finish it or communicate otherwise. At the least, the bare minimum they should call back and explain their actions.

If you expect anything other than the worst service, reset your expectations with these guys.

Through American Home Shield (home warranty insurance) hire this company Plumbers inc in San Diego. My water heater burst on 08/12 and they came home on 08/15. They removed my water heater and they said they will come back on by the end of the week once everything was dry. On 08/22 I called them back to see when they were going to come back to replace my water heater and timer to keep hot water that it was not working. He said there were 980dlls for modifications that the insurance does not cover. He said that his office should have call and sent an email with an estimate, but they didn't. He also assure me that if I haven't receive they will sent it immediately. So they came back today (08/29) and they said they got me a smaller water heater and no replacement for the timer. He said he doesn't have any notes and he was not going to do it. He can the do the water heater but nothing else. I told him that the job was not complete, which he agree and still said he was not gonna do it. He was rude and despot. He didn't care about us or show empathy about our problem. No other solutions were offered even after I ask him. He picked up his things and left. I had the worst experience ever. There were also 2 faucets to be fixed that I show him on the first day also in the same claim that he didn't care to fix.

THIS company was sent out to my house through a home warranty I had a leak in my dishwasher the general that came out was very nice he said don't worry we will take care of it for you we'll order the parts and be in contact with you be great since we had the water off for a day or so it was nice to know they're going to take care of it right away.

We get a call from our home warranty American Home Shield and was told that they were told by this company that we misused or abused or the mistreatment of the dishwasher and that they are not covering it because of what this company said

The guy that came out never wrote down to us or told us anything of that sorts we never got any written paper from him and he calls from them and all of a sudden we get a letter stating that we misused or abused our dishwasher and that's why they're not covering it this company is a bunch of cowards who write up whatever they want to cover their asses and make them look good in front of American Home Shield.

I'm filing complaints with the Department of Consumer Affairs against them and American Home Shield because they're both going to pay for saying that I abuse my stuff it's not about the money no more or the repairs it's about the principle and the fact that they say that I abuse this stuff the letter I received today made me feel the worst I've ever been in my life it really made me feel like a criminal and it's based all on this fraudulent company's BS Report so please don't use this company for anything they don't even tell you what's going on from the beginning

Complete waste of time. David D showed up to my house and asked what the problem was with my water heater. I was able to produce the error code. He proceeded to Google what the problem was. He never even opened the water to look at anything. He then said well google said it could be your heating rods or a blocked air vent and they aren't responsible for routine maintenance. BUT HE NEVER OPENED THE WATER HEATER TO CHECK THE RODS. He closed my claim with my warranty company. Now I have to start everything all over again. Thanks for the waste of time direct connection plumbing. Worst company ever.

worst company ever. waited for them to come, appt was for 1:00 to 5:00 pm. they did not come till 5:30 then looked at the job and stated they did not have the tools.

This outfit was terrible, starting with a kitchen faucet that was not installed correctly, the office would not return my calls, AHS was told that the plumber was waiting for authorization before a new faucet could be installed, about 2 weeks later I'm wondering how long does it take for an authorization. When the plumber initially came out, I was given a 4 hour window in which to expect him, I actually waited nearly 7 hours. American Home Shield wanted me to wait on this issue until they could clear it up with Direct Connection Plumbing, I told AHS that I would cancel my contract unless they got me a new contractor.

I've requested American home warranty reassign this contractor 3 times with no luck. It took them 2 days to come look and my broken water heater, 4 days after that they still haven't sent the work order to AHW. Obviously they have too much on their plate to handle or have poor management skills either way AHW refuses to give me my money back so i have to make a complaint with the BBB for both companies.
