The year 1980 saw the founding of Dimech Services Inc..

The year 1981 Jim transitioned Dimech from a mobile office to a permanent location on Angola Road in Toledo.

In 1983 Dimech began concentrating on larger-scale projects, partnering with educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and significant office buildings.

The year 1986 Jim transitioned Dimech from Angola Road to its present location at 5505 Enterprise Blvd. in Toledo.

1990 Dimech expanded by adding an HVAC service department.

The year 1993 The company expanded its shop by adding a fabrication area.

The year 1997 The company remodeled to include additional office space and a dedicated area for blueprints.

2008 was honored with the STAR qualification by the Mechanical Contractors of America, distinguishing it as an elite contractor.

The year 2012 James E. Sheahan, the founder, passed away, and his son Ron Sheahan succeeded him as the leader of Dimech.

The year 2020 We reflect on how Jim's expertise, vision, and determination laid the foundation for this company.
