1980 marked the establishment of Dimech Services.

1981 relocated Dimech from a trailer office to a new facility on Angola Road in Toledo.

The year 1983 Dimech focused on larger projects, working with schools, hospitals, and large office buildings on a variety of projects.

The year 1986 Jim transitioned Dimech from Angola Road to its present location at 5505 Enterprise Blvd. in Toledo.

In 1990 The HVAC service department was introduced to the company.

The year 1993 Dimech included a fabrication area and enlarged its workshop.

In 1997 Dimech underwent renovations, increasing office space and creating a workstation for blueprints.

The year 2008 received the esteemed STAR qualification from the Mechanical Contractors of America, recognizing it as a top-tier contracting firm.

The year 2012 Founder James E. Sheahan passed away. His son, Ron Sheahan, took his place at the helm of Dimech.

2020 Today we remember that it was Jim's experience, philosophy and personal drive that made this company possible.
