Somehow I got the owners cell phone number. I don't know how I did it, but lucky me! We were re-doing our master bath a year or so ago and texted him photos of the shower liner we needed put in. He quoted the price over the phone and had someone out here the same week to install it! We also used them to replace outside leaky faucets that the hose hooks up to. The girls in the office are always sweet and pleasant. They reply to emails quickly and you can get the work done with in the week. I am sure if it is an emergency they would come out sooner, but luckily none of our stuff was an emergency. Great company - Family owned.
