Fantastic customer service!!! I was referred to this company by a local A/C company that said they did an excellent, honest job. I needed my hot water heater replaced (required by my insurance company). They were informative and had it replaced at the end of the week! Great job!

Would definitely recommend DiMartino plumbing. Christine was very helpful in scheduling the replacement of a water heater in my home. They were very flexible and reliable. Showed up on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. I definitely will use them for future plumbing needs.

Just moved into our home and needed a plumber for putting in bathroom/kitchen fixtures, fixing a leaking washing machine hose (which just needed tightening up), etc. There was a gurgling coming out of the master bathroom sink. They did not know what it was. Paid $605. 4 days later, the toilet clogs and the gurgling continues. Called again for a plumber (different one) who came out. Snaked out master bathroom stating there was a stoppage. Paid $285.00 for this visit.. The next day the entire toilet overflowed and would not stop. There was sewage coming out of the toilet and shower completely covering my master bathroom. I called DiMartino in a panic that the toilet wouldn't stop overflowing. I stated this was an emergency and that I needed someone there ASAP. They advised me they had no one available and gave me the name of another plumber, Raider Rooter. I could not believe that in the case of an emergency that they could not get anyone out to assist me at any time of the day? Raider Rooter came out within a few hours and fixed the problem. Hence, I now had to pay $300.00 to Raider Rooter for the same job, but this time done correctly. Also, Raider Rooter gave me a 30 day guarantee if it didn't work. They also accept credit cards with no """"3% convenience fee"""" which DiMartino charges so it forces you to pay by check. I was so upset that I called DiMartino to express my feelings and that I wanted my money back not only for a job done incorrectly, but also for not sending someone from their company since the job was done by them the day before. The woman that answered the phone said she would have the owner get back to me, 5 days later and I have yet to receive a call. Everyone that came out was very nice so I have no complaint about that, but when you are in an emergency situation and have used their company twice before within 2 weeks I would think as a business owner you do your best to help out the customer. Not have them call someone else and have to pay for something that should have been covered by the first plumber. I gave 2 stars for the first call. So disappointed.

Absolutely awful. I had a problem where there was something in the water causing my skin to break out into eczema. Not only did they refuse to do water tests but they told me every company does and that it wouldn't be a help. The second guy they sent charged me $120 to flush the tanks and told me that after consideration from everyone at the company, it would probably be best to just move than to even attempt to find the problem. I suffered for months because of their bad advice and almost actually moved. I had to take showers elsewhere which was an absolute nightmare. I hired a friend who got the tests done and fixed the problem in half an hour. These people are worthless. Unless you already know exactly what you need, they are absolutely worthless. In addition to that, I pointed out to both guys that the taps didn't correctly give hot water all the time. They both said it probably needed to warm up and ignored me. Why the hell did they even come to my house if they weren't going to fix anything? This too was fixed easily.

I have used them in the past and been happy with their service and pricing.I called to have them come to replace a fill valve. The receptionist said it will be $85 non refundable if I don't do the work and go towards it if I do it. A fill valve replacement is usually 100 to 150. I also needed 3 flappers which are usually $10 each and not a charge to install from most places. The tech came out and quoted me over $400. $250 for the fill valve and charging $70 to install flappers. I don't know anyone who has ever paid and installation charge for a 30 second switch out of a flapper yet they were charging me $70. I had the tech call the manager to work with me as I was prepared to pay 200 but would have paid 250 and they discounted it a little but still an outrageous amount for the job. I would not recommend or use them again

I used DiMartino Plumbing this morning.... my recommendation is NEVER USE THEM! Showed up 40 min. late All calls to the office went to voice mail (they finally called to tell me he was late because of parking. I can see the parking lot from my apartment, there were ample spots available.) I was promised an estimate that I never got I told the dispatcher in advance what was broken but the plumber showed up without the parts. I asked if he would still be working on my other issues for the 40 min. it would take me to go to Home Depot to get the parts, and he said yes. Then he left before I returned. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

My daughter's bathroom has been leaking for a while , I called other plumbing company in my area, one recommend by my handyman with no reply to my calls.. Called Dimartino this morning spoke to a lovely and helpful operator, by 1:00pm my job is done. The Plumbers were understanding and professional , will definitely hire and recommend again
