Called DiMartino plumbing after having a repairman try and fix a washing machine problem. They sent Jordan, who was courteous , professional and clearly capable. Their diagnostic fee was a minimal $65 which would be absorbed by any repair - very fair price! I would recommend this family owned company and will continue to use them for all future plumbing problems .

This is a great family owned and operated company that delivers excellent service every time. They are responsive and provide quality service at a more than reasonable price. All of their staff is great, however I'm going to give a shoutout to Jordan who just completed work for us and couldn't have been more professional and did a great job! I called early in the morning and had a very nice conversation with a gentleman who was very professional, personable and understanding. We were able to schedule an appointment for the same day! Jordan came out exactly when promised. Jordan was funny, friendly, professional and able to fix the problem within 30 minutes. The price was very fair and The whole process was extremely easy. Fantastic customer service!!! I was referred to this company by a local A/C company that said they did an excellent, honest job. I needed my hot water heater replaced (required by my insurance company). They were informative and had it replaced at the end of the week! Great job!

Just moved into our home and needed a plumber for putting in bathroom/kitchen fixtures, fixing a leaking washing machine hose (which just needed tightening up), etc. There was a gurgling coming out of the master bathroom sink. They did not know what it was. Paid $605. 4 days later, the toilet clogs and the gurgling continues. Called again for a plumber (different one) who came out. Snaked out master bathroom stating there was a stoppage. Paid $285.00 for this visit.. The next day the entire toilet overflowed and would not stop. There was sewage coming out of the toilet and shower completely covering my master bathroom. I called DiMartino in a panic that the toilet wouldn't stop overflowing. I stated this was an emergency and that I needed someone there ASAP. They advised me they had no one available and gave me the name of another plumber, Raider Rooter. I could not believe that in the case of an emergency that they could not get anyone out to assist me at any time of the day? Raider Rooter came out within a few hours and fixed the problem. Hence, I now had to pay $300.00 to Raider Rooter for the same job, but this time done correctly. Also, Raider Rooter gave me a 30 day guarantee if it didn't work. They also accept credit cards with no """"3% convenience fee"""" which DiMartino charges so it forces you to pay by check. I was so upset that I called DiMartino to express my feelings and that I wanted my money back not only for a job done incorrectly, but also for not sending someone from their company since the job was done by them the day before. The woman that answered the phone said she would have the owner get back to me, 5 days later and I have yet to receive a call. Everyone that came out was very nice so I have no complaint about that, but when you are in an emergency situation and have used their company twice before within 2 weeks I would think as a business owner you do your best to help out the customer. Not have them call someone else and have to pay for something that should have been covered by the first plumber. I gave 2 stars for the first call. So disappointed.
