Just moved into our home and needed a plumber for putting in bathroom/kitchen fixtures, fixing a leaking washing machine hose (which just needed tightening up), etc. There was a gurgling coming out of the master bathroom sink. They did not know what it was. Paid $605. 4 days later, the toilet clogs and the gurgling continues. Called again for a plumber (different one) who came out. Snaked out master bathroom stating there was a stoppage. Paid $285.00 for this visit.. The next day the entire toilet overflowed and would not stop. There was sewage coming out of the toilet and shower completely covering my master bathroom. I called DiMartino in a panic that the toilet wouldn't stop overflowing. I stated this was an emergency and that I needed someone there ASAP. They advised me they had no one available and gave me the name of another plumber, Raider Rooter. I could not believe that in the case of an emergency that they could not get anyone out to assist me at any time of the day? Raider Rooter came out within a few hours and fixed the problem. Hence, I now had to pay $300.00 to Raider Rooter for the same job, but this time done correctly. Also, Raider Rooter gave me a 30 day guarantee if it didn't work. They also accept credit cards with no """"3% convenience fee"""" which DiMartino charges so it forces you to pay by check. I was so upset that I called DiMartino to express my feelings and that I wanted my money back not only for a job done incorrectly, but also for not sending someone from their company since the job was done by them the day before. The woman that answered the phone said she would have the owner get back to me, 5 days later and I have yet to receive a call. Everyone that came out was very nice so I have no complaint about that, but when you are in an emergency situation and have used their company twice before within 2 weeks I would think as a business owner you do your best to help out the customer. Not have them call someone else and have to pay for something that should have been covered by the first plumber. I gave 2 stars for the first call. So disappointed.

We are new to West Palm Beach. The house came with a plumber recommended by the seller, but we were not impressed. We decided to try DiMartino Plumbing. We were pleasantly surprised! Johnny was our guy. He showed up on time, was nice & knowledgeable. The job wad to change out two 15 yo kitchen faucets, w/ the main one severely defective, that required a 2nd person to complete the job. The job was done & we were also impressed that Johnny brought his own shoe projectors! Labor cost reasonable as well. Think we just found ourselves our new plumber!!!

Absolutely awful. I had a problem where there was something in the water causing my skin to break out into eczema. Not only did they refuse to do water tests but they told me every company does and that it wouldn't be a help. The second guy they sent charged me $120 to flush the tanks and told me that after consideration from everyone at the company, it would probably be best to just move than to even attempt to find the problem. I suffered for months because of their bad advice and almost actually moved. I had to take showers elsewhere which was an absolute nightmare. I hired a friend who got the tests done and fixed the problem in half an hour. These people are worthless. Unless you already know exactly what you need, they are absolutely worthless. In addition to that, I pointed out to both guys that the taps didn't correctly give hot water all the time. They both said it probably needed to warm up and ignored me. Why the hell did they even come to my house if they weren't going to fix anything? This too was fixed easily.

Excellent service from bid to installation. They installed a heat pump water heater for me in an emergency. The guys were competent and very nice and showed up on time. No BS extra charges on the bill and they cleaned up their work area. Derek was a pleasure to work with and the pricing was fair.

I first heard of this company when I looked on Gotta Guy in SoFla and they were recommended many times. I first spoke with Derek in the office, who was so helpful and courteous! His advice made everything very easy! I also liked the people they sent out to do the work and they did a great job. Anthony, the owner, was very accommodating when they had to come back out because I had the wrong parts. They came back within a couple of days and did the work necessary. Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!

I was referred to DeMartino plumbing by Gulfstream air-conditioning. Gulfstream is an excellent air-conditioning company that has been taking care of me for years. I contacted Anthony De Martino because I wanted to buy a new hot water heater. The one I had was 15 years old and we were having a problem with getting hot water to our guestroom. Anthony questioned whether I really needed a new hot water heater and sent Eric to check it out. For a minimal $45 service call fee, Eric solved the problem while giving me an education about hot water heater's and demonstrating exactly why I did not need a new one. Integrity, intelligence, and competence are rare qualities. People like Jason Tota of Gulfstream recognize those qualities in other companies as well as possess them themselves. I am very grateful to Jason for referring me to DeMartino plumbing.

I'd give them 500 stars if I could. Christine was so helpful on the phone and Anthony responded quickly when I added items that needed to be done. Prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. The two guys who came were so polite, honest, and seemed completely trustworthy. Don't call anyone else - call DiMartino!!! I know we will.
