The appointment was set promptly with estimate provided, Chris showed up 5 minutes before the schedule appointment window and started to work immediately. He helped me diagnose the issue I was having with my toilet, snaked it and even scoped the drain to make sure our problem was solved.

I requested the total cost for two standard toilets to replace the old ones. They gave me a price and we scheduled it for two days late. They were both installed and all old parts were taken out. The installer was on time was very polite and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The whole thing was exactly as they sold it and followed up completely. While any type of plumbing is not cheap this deal was well worth it.

Had used Dir Hard plumbing a while ago with great success. Due to arthritis we needed to change the knobs to levers in both bathrooms. We chose Die Hard again. Chris came over and looked at all faucets and made suggestions and saw a few other issues we needed to prevent leaking in future. Chris and another plumber forgot his name showed up on time. Work was completed, they were friendly, polite, explained care etc. We actually added another task when we showed them our wobbly toilet they were able to complete that task and we have waited another major water issue just in time. Our master bathroom shower wasn't getting hot so we contacted Die Hard Plumbing for repair. We also wanted our drain cover and shower head replaced. They responded promptly and an appointment was set. Jake, the technician that was assigned, arrived on time and was very personable. A few snags came up during the repairs, due to the old condition of our shower, however Jake was able to overcome them. My family and I are pleased with the service. Pricing is also fair. I would definitely contact them again for future plumbing needs.

I'm so impressed with this company. I had an emergency that involved my toilet overflowing and flooding my master bathroom. Chris and Ben from Die Hard Plumbing by the McLains came to my rescue. There was a stoppage in our main pipe that, with persistence, the guys unclogged. They were so professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing as well as showed me, using their camera. The pricing was reasonable as well. This company is lucky to have these gentleman in their employ. Thank you!!
