We just replaced our dishwasher and found out that we needed our water pressure to be adjusted Chris came out and confirmed that our water pressure was too high, as the old regulator was broken. He came out Friday to do a diagnostic, which cost $125. That fee was then applied to the repair when he returned a couple days later. In that time, someone from their office called us to explain charges and to give options.

Chris is very friendly, competent, and best of all was able to explain everything to us. We will be calling them again!

Jake from Die Hard did a great job for me. Quickly identified where the leak was behind the wall, then repaired it quickly in a few hours. The leak was not visible or obvious because it was within the wall. I recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber. They responded quickly and are honest, polite and professional. Overall, it was a great experience with them.

Last June I had them connect water to my new garage sink. They were professional and did the job well and their price was way more reasonable than another company. This week I had a small leak and they responded quickly. Their customer service person is helpful and helped figure out a solution to my difficult schedule.

I almost didn't write a review because Die Hard already had a perfect score, do they really need me to give them another 5 Stars? Absolutely!!! Amazing service!! It's hard to find honest people in almost any industry, especially in specialized services, I mean what do I know about hot water heaters? I was so impressed with Mike, he showed up right on time, was friendly as well as professional and very knowledgeable. My mother's hot water heater works fine, but I knew she had never had it serviced so I figured it was about time. After checking it out, Mike told me that based on the age of the unit (roughly 30 years) it was best to just let her live out the rest of her life without being disturbed. Basically however things were working it was best not to mess with it. He gave me advice on what to look for should a problem arise, it's definitely a when not if situation, then gave me a general estimate of what we'd be looking at when the time came. I was fully expecting to pay some sort of a fee for him coming to check it out, but Mike said there was no charge for the estimate, so very generous, especially considering my mother is a senior citizen on a fixed income. I honestly can't say enough about how impressed I was....and when ole Bessie does die I will absolutely call Die Hard and Mike to replace her.

Was in dire need of a plumber with an immediate response due to a sewage line blockage. I called multiple local plumbing companies and Die Hard Plumbing made it a priority to come out ASAP.

While here, the plumber (Chris) was polite, professional, and made me aware of everything going on. He solved our problem and it was affordable.

Should we have any further plumbing problems this company will be our Go-To. Highly recommend using them.

I knew Kevin the owner when he worked for another company in the AV. When I called that company and they told me he no longer worker there I went looking for him. I found him and am glad I did. He and his team are responsive, courteous, professional, prompt, reasonable, and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, took care of my issues at a fair price , and left my house as they found it as far as cleanliness. Great team ,and great company. Chris was the absolute best! This is the second time that he came to the house. He is just a really honest guy, professional, and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. Its so hard to find a reputable honest plumbing company and plumber but Die hard plumbing and Chris is the guy that meets everything i was looking for. They are my go to for all my plumbing needs for life. I will be calling them again for other work i need done in the near future.
