Had used Dir Hard plumbing a while ago with great success. Due to arthritis we needed to change the knobs to levers in both bathrooms. We chose Die Hard again. Chris came over and looked at all faucets and made suggestions and saw a few other issues we needed to prevent leaking in future. Chris and another plumber forgot his name showed up on time. Work was completed, they were friendly, polite, explained care etc. We actually added another task when we showed them our wobbly toilet they were able to complete that task and we have waited another major water issue just in time. Thank you to both the plumbers and your company. Very happy customers.

Our master bathroom shower wasn't getting hot so we contacted Die Hard Plumbing for repair. We also wanted our drain cover and shower head replaced. They responded promptly and an appointment was set. Jake, the technician that was assigned, arrived on time and was very personable. A few snags came up during the repairs, due to the old condition of our shower, however Jake was able to overcome them. My family and I are pleased with the service. Pricing is also fair. I would definitely contact them again for future plumbing needs.

I'm so impressed with this company. I had an emergency that involved my toilet overflowing and flooding my master bathroom. Chris and Ben from Die Hard Plumbing by the McLains came to my rescue. There was a stoppage in our main pipe that, with persistence, the guys unclogged. They were so professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing as well as showed me, using their camera. The pricing was reasonable as well. This company is lucky to have these gentleman in their employ. Thank you!!

Excellent all the way around..on time, friendly and completed the job quickly . Jake was amazing .super friendly and knowledgeable. He snaked the shower drain and suggested how to keep it from clogging in the future. He even went the extra mile to make sure I knew where my main water valve/ shut off was located in case of an emergency. I will use you guys again with no doubt!

We had the best service from Die Hard Plumbing and a million thanks to Chris who has literally had the best customer service ever; he was knowledgeable, friendly, and wrapped up the job with no fuss. He answered every question we had and would gladly request him personally if anything happens down the line!

I called the company and they sent a person out in less than two hours. Once he started the job, took him no more than 1/2 hour which was quick. The total was $396, which they charge $350 for the small weld job and $46 for the valve.

We had a leak in our bathtub faucet and after another repairman from another company said he had to order parts, but said he didn't think they would work and he'd probably have to cut out part of the wall to fix it. We wanted a second opinion so we called Die Hard Plumbing (because of their great reviews) . Chris came out and had parts on hand. It's an older house, with older fixtures so it was a bit challenging, but he was able to fix it without having to put a hole in our wall. He explained everything he was doing along the way.
Chris is very knowledgeable, very personable with a great attitude! Excellent customer service and we will definitely be calling Die Hard Plumbing for any further plumbing problems.

I had a leak I thought was coming from one of my sprinklers. The area was getting saturated. I sent a request for a quote and I received a response within 15 minutes. I was scheduled for a visit the following day. Robert came and just by looking at the situation on hand, he diagnosed and got to work. He replaced a broken line in my front lawn. I highly recommend them. They were quick and professional.
