Gerardo is, well, amazing. Super responsive, easy to work with, one of the nicest people I have ever hired to do work for me. Fixed my broken system on first visit. Prices were more than fair and quality of work was excellent. Had to dig up some of my lawn to fix the break, and after he was done you would never know the lawn was disrupted. Highly recommend. Dick's Sprinkler Repair service was perfect for resolving a leaking sprinkler zone valve. I contacted him via Yelp and he responded the next morning saying he could be out later that day. He arrived in the afternoon in a fully equipped clean service vehicle. He had the valve replaced in less than an hour. Very pleased with his service and professionalism. If you have sprinkler issues, go with Dick's Sprinkler Repair. I had tried 2 other contractors: one never responded and the other said this job was too small.

I've had Geraldo (company owner) over to my house twice and he's great, a super nice man. After troubleshooting my latest issue for more than an hour he was generous enough to show me how to fix the valve problem on my own (and he even gave me a few parts to help!). Where other vendors are hard to reach and rely on, I find Geraldo to be a step above and will use him again.

We're currently looking for a company to fix our sprinkler irrigation system and we're shopping around. I inquired this company to get a quote and even set up for a visit. Got a response on 9/23/21 through Yelp with estimate and the time that they would come over. Scheduled on 9/27/21 between 8am-10am. I asked if this is just consultation and also confirmed the appointment with my address provided. On 9/27/21, I waited from 8am to 10am, I even stayed til noon. No response, even to this day 9/28/21. This company the will not even follow through a simple scheduling process or not even take simple responsibility for following up, then I'm so relieved that I didn't waste my time and money on this company.

Gerardo did a fantastic job replacing 2 sprinkler valves. He worked for 6 hours (without stopping for lunch) to get our system the way it should have been. He checked everything before leaving. I would highly recommend Gerardo for any sprinkler issues you may be experiencing.

i contacted him on a Tues and he picked up right away. he stated that he was scheduling a few weeks out but had an appointment nearby on a Sunday (which happened to be Mother's) Day but would stop by my home afterwards. the day came and went and he never called or showed up. a week went by and i followed up requesting an appointment, no response! he doesn't have the professional courtesy to simply state he is no longer taking new customers or that he is not interested in the project; terrible!
