Gerardo did a fantastic job replacing 2 sprinkler valves. He worked for 6 hours (without stopping for lunch) to get our system the way it should have been. He checked everything before leaving. I would highly recommend Gerardo for any sprinkler issues you may be experiencing.

i contacted him on a Tues and he picked up right away. he stated that he was scheduling a few weeks out but had an appointment nearby on a Sunday (which happened to be Mother's) Day but would stop by my home afterwards. the day came and went and he never called or showed up. a week went by and i followed up requesting an appointment, no response! he doesn't have the professional courtesy to simply state he is no longer taking new customers or that he is not interested in the project; terrible!

Responded quickly with a quote for 2 sprinklers and one broken PVC pipe. One sprinkler shoot up with water, the other was broken by lawn mower. He added more charge when he came because he said it was more work. I was okay because I appreciate his time. He fixed the broken PVC, capped the broken sprinkler off before telling me and simply said it was not a sprinkler. That caused one zone off water. The other sprinkler needed to be replaced but he did not have the replacement in his truck. He asked for additional charge to come again to cover his gas after 2 weeks. I was okay with that, I just want to have the work done. He never responded anymore. I understand he has big projects than this. The broken PVC was the main thing he fixed. I offered to change other time initially due to rain forecast because I did not want to rush the work. He said that was the only day available between projects.

Not really happy. He came in and recommended we replace the old values. That was fairly pricey. He also installed a new controller and did a few other fixes. We asked for an estimate for additional work but it came in very high IMO and we passed. The new controller is nice. But he went away and I don't think even tested the system before he went. We contacted him about some issues we found subsequently and got no response. One of the pipe joints he put in to install the values is already leaking. One of the zones is unusable because it causes shaking in the pipes.

Gerado came out on a Sunday to repair some leaky valves. Did a fantastic, high quality job, stayed to ensure the system was working properly, and even walked me through a few maintenance items I wasn't aware of with the rest of my system.

I got to ask Gerardo back to reconnect pvc pipes destroyed when my new tree was planted. The system was much more damaged and clogged than we originally anticipated, but he stuck with me until it was all working and done RIGHT, all within the original quote. I also had him replace the valves this time, and his work is very professional and will last for years. Highly recommended!
