Gerado came out on a Sunday to repair some leaky valves. Did a fantastic, high quality job, stayed to ensure the system was working properly, and even walked me through a few maintenance items I wasn't aware of with the rest of my system.

I got to ask Gerardo back to reconnect pvc pipes destroyed when my new tree was planted. The system was much more damaged and clogged than we originally anticipated, but he stuck with me until it was all working and done RIGHT, all within the original quote. I also had him replace the valves this time, and his work is very professional and will last for years. Highly recommended!

Gerardo is AMAZING. He helped install a Rachio system for my sprinklers and did an excellent job. He was quick and friendly. I recently asked him to come by because I was having issues with my sprinklers and he came and fixed it with ease. He is highly recommended!

Gerardo left my sprinkler repair in disrepair. He blamed earlier work. He fixed it. Did not own the fact that his work left my home in worse shape than when he found it. He fixed it with a lot of drama. Then. When his work failed I called him to come back and make it right and not only did he tell me that ""I have more valuable clients to take care of"" he said he would show up the next week and never did. No call. This guy is a crook.

This review only deals with his lack of skill as a businessperson and lack of customer service. My sprinkler/controller wasn't working properly. I had been given Dick's business card some time ago so I called. After hearing his voicemail announcement I was told that his voice mailbox was full! Shortly after I hung up I got a call from the owner saying he had a missed call from me. I told him his mailbox was full and he said ""yeah, I know. I have to take care of that"". He said he would come out the following day, & asked me to text him my address and phone #, which I did. He didn't show up, he didn't call. I texted him 2 days later. No reply. I called. His mailbox is still full. I went through Home Advisor today, got a phone call in a couple of hours, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed within an hour!

CON MAN! Dishonest!!! Please be aware of this guy. He is a liar and a dishonest man. He overcharges and claims to offer a warranty but when it comes to fixing the terrible job he did a few weeks later under warranty he looked for every excuse not to do the work!!! He even turned off the main water and claimed things wno leaking but luckily we discovered the main water supply was off. When we turned it on everything was still leaking! Dishonest man. Stay away! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

All of a sudden you have developed a communication issue? There were no issues at all when we met and the con continues! I repeatedly asked you to leave my property otherwise I would call the cops and you refused to go for an entire hour! There was no communication issue and you need to stop conning people. I don't want your warranty. Yelpers, please don't fall for this man. See the date of his work license he has posted. It's dated for after my review. Dishonest man! Just shocking to me that you continue with this facade. Please leave me alone!
