On Memorial day I woke up to a flooded kitchen. Jerry showed up on time and was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they didn't charge extra because of the holiday.

After dealing with a slow draining sink for weeks, we finally broke down and called a plumber. We were referred to Diamondback by a friend and, although their prices were a bit more than other companies, we went with them anyways. My experience was typical until the technician, Jerry, arrived. We received a call when he was on the way, and he pulled up on time just as he said. He was very professional and respectful of our home. After a little tinkering, I watched him pull out a monster wad of my wife's hair. Needless to say, now that we know the culprit, I can expect to be calling Diamondback again in the future and will definitely be requesting him!

Great people to work with, was changing out a seat in the show handle and it basically disintegrated as I was doing this. Emailed them about service and they promptly responded. They were reasonably priced, and the guy that came out was very good, very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again.

Water heater started to leak on Friday they weren't able to come by Friday afternoon was told they were coming by Saturday morning. I had shut off the water to the water heater and drained the tank, Ready to be replaced repairman told me it was a special cost of 250 extra to get a water heater out on Saturday because someone supposedly had to come and open their warehouse? Told them I would wait till Monday that that was ridiculous. They replaced it Monday morning tore up the shelf that it was sitting on only one person there to remove the tank. Tore up the walls doing so by himself left pieces of pipe copper tubing and trash everywhere after he left had to have walls repaired myself that $250 extra charge was very insulting to believe a business could not have a key to their own warehouse and plumbers have access to there supplies on a Saturday? I could understand Sunday. Definitely wouldn't use them again that's just my personal opinion

1-24-16 I had back out issue from a toilet from my complex. And Steve the manager on call told me they would come within 2 hours. They show up in 4 hours. Problem did not solve and they left. We have to get the technician back to do the work.

We had major work for repair the pipe for the clear out. The clear out is on the major drive way. After the pipe fixed under the ground, they had the clear out about 3 inches above the ground. Everyday cars pass by hit the clear out. We followed up with the company about 3 weeks. Many calls. They went back ""Fixed"" it. Now it is half inch above the ground. Cars still hit the clear out everyday.

1-26 -16 Heather called me that if I do not use their service later on. They would not research the case. Manager Keith called back correct wrong charge for half hour work charge 2 hours and apologized for wrong doing for not check out work before leaving. And offer fix the high clear out the next day. - I was impressed.

1-28-16. Credit card still with higher charge. and have not heard anyone came to fix the high clear out on drive way. - will keep everyone update.

2-11-16. The clear out got fixed. Appreciated this.

We had a major leak in the water pipe between the meter on the street and the front door of our home (the part not covered by the water company or our home insurance), Options were to dig up flagstone and concrete slab to find the leak and repair it, or run a new line for 160 feet through the yard, shooting it below the flagstone, avoiding that. We chose the latter, at a total cost of $4,350. Despite being backed up with work (principally commercial), the company put three great guys - Matt, David and Brian - on the job, which was completed in two and a half days, as scheduled. We were impressed by the professionalism of everyone with whom we had contact.

Highly recommended for a big job like this.

Excellent company. I've always used for minor things but they really stepped up with a major slab leak. My home warranty company keeps using other companies that leave a lot to be desired. After dealing with another company that took 2 weeks to even think if repairing a slab leak causing water on my foundation, these guys were out in 2 days (cause I had to work my schedule to be home not because they delayed scheduling). They did a major re routing of my plumbing that other company couldn't even plan for. Way to go diamondback plumbing. Definitely will be on my favorites list.
