This was the only plumbing company that came out on a Saturday to fix a leaking and broken garbage disposal which was great. The plumber did a great job and was very fast.

The price was a little high, I've used plumbers in the past and almost $300 for 45 mins worth of work seemed very high, I understand that it would be expensive on a Saturday, but it wasn't high due to a ""weekend fee"" or anything, I was just charged about $5 - $15 for every piece of pipe used (things you can get at home depot for about a fourth of that price.) So i recommend them if you're in a bind and need a plumber right away, but if they charge the same during normal business hours on a weekday, I would use a cheaper plumber.

Laundry drain was backing up due to a clog in the drain somewhere. Also had a bad garbage disposal that needed replaced. I called to get quotes and information, was told if I buy the garbage disposal they will install it for a charge. Arrived as promised, drain was snaked and tested twice before calling it good to go. Had the disposal installed in less than thirty minutes. Friendly, clean, and professional service with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend, and do business again. Thanks

Don't waste your time waiting for these guys to give you a bid. Use someone else. I called these guys on a Thursday to get a bid on running a gas line for a Dryer. They only stop by if they are in the area, so I waited a week but didn't hear from them. I called them a week and a half later to see if they were going to stop by; I was told that they did stop by and were preparing a bid. I called a couple more times that week and was told they were working on the bid. I never received a bid, I wasted 2 weeks and still need to find someone to run this line. Start with someone else, it'll be faster.

Called at least 6 other companies before Diamondback said they would come on Easter Sunday for a drainage problem. Listened, identified the problem, fixed it. Kudos to Jason and Jerry.

Had a backup this morning and Diamondback sent out a tech within and hour. Levi was the tech and he was very prompt and professional and fixed our problem fast. Very pleased with the service and price as well. I paid $50 less than when it happened the last time and used a different company, not to mention a much faster response time. Definitely recommended.

I wish I could comment on the work that Diamondback Plumbing did for me, but I can't because a technician never actually showed up. I scheduled an appointment, and I received a call from the dispatcher (who was very nice, for the record) at roughly 3pm stating that my technician was planning on getting to me in about half an hour, but that he was coming from a bit of a ways away and might not have accounted for traffic. I completely understood that, and I'd set aside my entire evening just in case he was running late or had a lengthy job to do.

It's now five hours later, and not only has a technician not come out, but no one called me to let me know that my appointment was being abandoned. I ended up calling in and speaking with the evening dispatcher (who, again, was incredibly nice), and she told me that I'd be getting a call in the morning to reschedule an appointment.

Frankly, I don't want to use the services that Diamondback has to offer at this point, because I don't feel like potentially wasting another day sitting at home (not to mention cancelling plans that I can't reschedule) because my technician bailed on me. However, since my property management apparently has some sort of ridiculous arrangement with them, it looks like I'm stuck waiting around for who knows how long until someone actually keeps the appointment.

LI have had great service with this company over the years until my recent attempt for service. no show on appointment called to say would be another 1.5 hours. rescheduled for next morning, called to say driver would be there in 40 min. plumber finally arrived 45 late. past plumbers have been very pleasant and friendly. this he seemed to be unhappy with his job. hoping this is a one off.

Run, don't walk away from this company.

Horrendous service, complete lack of communication, cancelled appointment. Then rescheduled appointment for following day said between 9-10, showed up at noon. Worked on the AC for an hour and we had to leave. Came back and they were gone. Figured it was fixed and it wasn't and left no note and no call. Won't answer their phones and haven't called back after leaving message with answering service.

I cannot express how grateful I am for Diamondback Plumbing (Brian & Joe)! Our ac unit was blowing hot air in the midst of AZ summer in July, they came out the same day and fixed it within a couple of hours. The price was ridiculously affordable, major plus. Oh we also got our 2 toilets fixed and replaced the garbage disposal. Drumroll please..all for $600. Thank you Brian and Joe! We will definitely utilize their service if a need ever arises.
