Good service but I don't think they were being honest with the price. very expensive for a small fix. would not recommend because they asked for too much money.

This review is a long time coming. My hot water tank blew up recently..called Diamondback as my tank was on warranty. Spoke to service manager and he said the new tank would be fully covered. Then said it was a $150.00 stocking fee and $350.00 labor.. for a total of $500!! I was desperate so I didn't argue.. $500 for what should've been free. What is said is this used to be my go to plumber.. NEVER AGAIN!! So dishonest!! Please heed this warning.. this company is dishonest as they come!!
Update to Steve: I dealt with Steve. Been a customer for years.. here is a picture of my water tank.

Called tonight at 10:00 P.M. due to an emergency plumbing situation where brown water was coming up into our kitchen sink and not draining. Laundry room drain was also pooling. Smell was unbearable. Spoke to an operator who said a tech would call me back within 5 minutes. After 30 minutes, and no call, I called the main number again. The operator apologized and said he would re-page the on-call tech. at 11pm a tech by the name of Brian called. He sounded half asleep. When I explained my issue, Brain said that I needed to call the main number again to schedule an appointment for the following day. Said that he didn't have the ability to make appointments. Wait..what? Are you kidding me? So whats the point in paging a 24 hour tech? Are you a 24 hour company or not? This guy was worthless, and a complete waste of my family's time. If this is the type of service they give (or dont give) before the tech even comes over, then I'll be damned if I use or suggest them EVER again.

A clogged toilet that I couldn't plunge or snake out myself is bad. But when it happens the night before my parents are due to arrive in the morning to stay at my house for the week, it's really bad.
I called a few places first thing in the morning. Most couldn't get me in that day. Some would come out, but would only do it after hours and would have to charge extra. But Diamondback was able to squeeze me in during a 1:00 to 5:00 window. It was also the only company willing to give me a ballpark figure on how much I should expect to be charged for the job (Every other place would only tell me that there is a call out fee that would be waived if they did the work, and the plumber would determine the charge on site).
The plumber came in the middle of the four hour window I was given. Unclogged the toilet in just a few minutes. And then gave me a discount since the job was so easy and fast. He probably wanted to insure that a first time customer would definitely give them a glowing review, recommendations, and use them again.
Guess, what? It worked.

Had a very bad experience with this company. We had used them in the past with no problems. Called yesterday AM & asked for help with a clogged kitchen sink. They said someone would be the late afternoon. Checked again late afternoon & they said we were still on the schedule & someone would be there by 7:30. Called again at 8P & the night tech said someone would be there in 2 hrs. I gave up. We never heard back today from them. We would never use the again

I have dealt with many plumbers before that up charge/ over charge/ charge for just coming out...
Diamondback came out, told me exactly what the project would be with replacing a cast iron drain pipe for the sink in my bathroom.. and that's what it was.. and with out the crazy cost that another company wanted to charge me.

Called the Emergency line on Thursday night at 7. our plumbing was backed up. Reached a lady on the phone, I was relieved. I asked if could send someone out that night. She said her scheduler would call me back in 5 -10 minutes. NEVER HEARD from them. Nothing!
Do yourself a favor and just Call Belsito plumbing.

This company was wonderful to work with!! Our water heater burst late Saturday night. We called them early Sunday morning and by noon we had hot water again! They were fast, nice, and very professional! Justin and Cade were fabulous!

Despite the owner dismissing this to be an ""attack from a competitor (clever)"", this is not. I called and left a message on Sunday, 08/06 @ 7:28pm @ 602.674.3255. I received a call back from someone on call @ 7:41pm from 602.819.6705. He acted like he ""could"" come, but his ""guy"" is already somewhere and wouldn't be done for an hour, but he would come if I really needed him to. I said that I did need him to be over as soon as he was available. He agreed , but still dragged on his answer by saying that it ""could"" be longer than 2 hours, it could be midnight, he wasn't sure. I then pressed him by asking ""he isn't coming at all, is he... "". His answer was "" there is a good chance that he won't"". So.. how is this a 24 hour service? I appreciate that the serviceman was overworked, so it's not his fault that the company isn't staffing correctly to fulfill the 24/7 service promise. Just take the feedback and improve your service.

Your tech,Levi was very dedicated to getting our line unblocked for me.He hung in there till it was open and made sure there was no more restrictions in our line.
