Three cheers for Hugo and his team (Alfonso and Miguel)! When faced with an unexpected water line break and not knowing where to turn, I went to YELP for guidance. After reading other YELP reviews on Diamond Plumbing, I called them about the line break in my rental property. Hugo was on the scene within the hour to locate the source of the break and begin the fix. His team dove right in and helped to avert a potentially bigger damage issue. From gaining access to the broken pipe, to diagnosing which lines were affected and re-routing the lines to get the water system back on-line, the team acted in the most professional manner possible. Immediate response; excellent service; more than competitive pricing (even though this was an emergency repair), and respect for our property -- what more can you ask for? My first (and only) call when faced with a future plumbing issue will be to Diamond Plumbing. Believe the other YELP reviews on this company -- well-deserved 5-stars!

Great service! My drains were clogged and water was backflowing in my toilet, shower, etc. It was 10pm and my kids were freaking out, unable to use the bathroom. I messaged Hugo to see if he was able to come and fix it. He gave me a couple of quotes over the phone, from best case scenario to worst case scenario and scheduled me right away for the next morning. He showed up early and on time, got right down to the root of the problem, patiently explained how my plumbing works,and fixed it in a timely manner. I recently called him again for some advice and he patiently talked me through some DIY suggestions. Nice company to work with and very reliable.

Wow, what great service. I called Hugo and he and his partner were at my home in 20 minutes. They took care of my drain issue and were out the door swiftly after completing the job. Hugo was so easy to work with that I scheduled my next repair with him right away. SO glad to know there are still reliable plumbers around. I would definitely recommend using Diamond Plumbing.

After calling 4 rooter companies Hugo was the only one who could give me a price over the phone for a simple main line cleaning. He came on time and got the job done. As a plumber myself I can appreciate someone else who takes pride in their work.

I realize I never left a review for Hugo!

So after the plumber (hurst ) our home warranty sent out to our house for a pipe clog royally screwed us over! I called Hugo (found here on yelp! ) and he was able to come out the same day and fix the issue correctly. All we needed was our drains snaked but he was so nice about it and super professional ! Thank you!!!

We had an issue with our kitchen faucet hose leaking under the sink and luckily we found Diamond Plumbing & Rooter from Yelp.
Hugo did an awesome job. He unscrew the leaking hose without charging us any service fee on a Saturday afternoon then came back again on a Monday morning to install our new Kitchen faucet. His service fee was very reasonable compare to the other plumbing company around the area.

We will definitely use him again in the future and will recommend him to anyone.

Hugo was great. He came out to check out our tenants toilet after I requested that he snake the drain. He checked the drains and determined that the drains were fine. He said we could replace the toilets with newer ones that would flush stronger. I asked him how much I owed for the service call he said nothing, he would have make the trip to provide an estimate. It is great to know there are still people out there with integrity. I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to friends and family.

Hugo was great, he was polite, professional, easy to communicate with, and did an excellent job. His communication every step of the way was exceptional, I always knew when he was coming, approximate arrival time, and he finished within the time he said he would.

Unlike other companies I have worked with, I did not have to waste hours and hours waiting on people to arrive etc, this was one of the most efficient uses fo my time.

I would recommend them in a heart beat, they were half the cost of other companies i get quotes from, and they even did an exceptional job of cleaning up after the work was done.

If you have any plumbing needs I would highly recommend them.

We have a gas fireplace to install and will be hiring them again to do the work.
