We had a drip in the tub from a botched repair my husband attempted a year ago. Hubs tried to fix it again and we had to call Hugo. He was prompt and courteous and was able to do the job. Hugo is the best! He is on time and considerate (late night call - due to clogged shower drain), he didn't care if it was taking so much time and kept trying until it was fixed - and this was at 9-10pm on a Sunday night. And to top it off, he is very honest, he will recommend which are the stuff you need to fix right now and which ones you can just save up and plan for the future. I will definitely recommend him!

Hugo from Diamond Plumbing has great customer service! When I called he fully listened to my problem and explained to me what he would need to do- he'd come out the next day, but would likely need to leave after he took apart the problem to find serial numbers and go out to get the parts. He was able to find the parts and completed the work quickly upon his return. He explained why it happened and went through the house tightening up all my fixtures-- many were loose. Then he ran a camera through my sewer line because we have a tree root problem. That camera run was free and has given me the peace of mind I need since we do that service every few years. I will be moving all my plumbing needs to Diamond Plumbing-- quality work and the extra bit of caring make all the difference.

Great response time and great work. Hugo called me just a few minutes after using Yelp to make a request. Came out within ~60 minutes and did a great job unclogging our sewer line. He explained the problem to me and gave me both short and longer term fixes to avoid the issue in the future. To cap it all off, prices were quite fair.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! Hugo has helped us out twice now--one of which was last minute on Fourth of July. Both times he came within an hour and finished the job quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He was very thorough and explained things well to someone who doesn't know much about plumbing. He is extremely personable and I believe their prices to be very reasonable. Additionally, Hugo will respond to your Yelp messages very quickly--which is helpful when you're just starting out looking for quotes.
