if i could give them 200 stars i would !! this team is the best in the industry in my opinion . they are so fast at responding !! they are also super fast and efficient on anything you need done . they made my new shop look superb with all the right plumbing parts that needed to be installed . i was struggling to try and figure out how to do the plumbing on my own & they came to the rescue . 12/10 would recommend them for your next service !! you won't be disappointed

Had a clog in our hot water line and Diamond Plumbing and Rooter was quick to respond. Even had to reschedule at the last minute and that was no problem. Miguel sorted out the clog in my hot water line and the sink is working better than ever. The work area was immaculate when he left as well. DO RECOMMEND.

Hugo is amazing. I had my sink backed up on Sunday and I called him the next day and he was able to make it out this morning and mot only that he unclogged it and got everything done that same day.

He is awesome and I truly recommend him. His rates are super reasonable. He is also honest and a hard worker.

I normally don't post the reviews but he is the person to call for plumbing issues.

I called Hugo for help with a leaking upstairs tub that was causing problems with my living room ceiling below. Hugo came out a few hours after my call and spent a meaningful chunk of time diagnosing the problem. He determined that the issue was not plumbing but waterproofing (grout, etc.).

He refused payment for his time helping me. He is honest and easy to work with. You should hire him if you need help with plumbing. I am a harsh grader and he receives an A+ from me!

(By the way, I also called another ""highly-rated"" plumber when I called Hugo. The other company quoted me an over-the-phone estimate of $600+ and were unable to come out for a week!)

We have used Hugo a couple of times over the past few years to fix plumbing issues in our old home. He is super polite and helpful and sticks to the price he quotes you, which is really appreciated! Recently I messaged Hugo about a plumbing issue that was outside of the scope of work he typically he does and he actually took the time to call me and walk me through some trouble shooting I could do on my own and provided a reference to another company that could replace the piping if it ended up being needed. The fact that he took time to help me when he knew there was no immediate job for him to do was so very much appreciated! I would recommend this guy to everyone!
