Hugo was great, he was polite, professional, easy to communicate with, and did an excellent job. His communication every step of the way was exceptional, I always knew when he was coming, approximate arrival time, and he finished within the time he said he would.

Unlike other companies I have worked with, I did not have to waste hours and hours waiting on people to arrive etc, this was one of the most efficient uses fo my time.

I would recommend them in a heart beat, they were half the cost of other companies i get quotes from, and they even did an exceptional job of cleaning up after the work was done.

If you have any plumbing needs I would highly recommend them.

We have a gas fireplace to install and will be hiring them again to do the work.

Miguel, Hugo, and Alfonso are amazing! You will be glad you called. They came 2 years ago to my old house with old pipes an hour before a large party and saved me. Last night when everything stopped up again I called Hugo and made an appointment for this morning. They rolled in on-time, thoroughly checked every drain,sink and toilet and went to work. In less then an hour they had me up and running again. They have a bunch of 5 star reviews for a reason! They are friendly, knowledgeable and a bunch of good plumbers! Thank you guys!

I called Diamond Plumbing at 5:15pm regarding a leaking water pipe in our laundry room. We had turned off our main water line to stop the water from spraying, and needed someone to come out same day. Hugo answered the call and assured me that he would be able to send someone out between 6pm and 8pm that evening. Miguel and Alfonso arrived at 6pm and were done with our fix before 8pm. Both gentlemen were professional, personable, and did great work. We are so appreciative for the timeliness and quality of work - highly recommend. We will definitely call Diamond Plumbing again in the future!

On a Saturday morning I woke up and found out that the toilet of our bathroom was plumed and same with the bath tub so we decided to contact Diamond Plumbing & Rooter and Hugo showed up after 30 mins. His service was great and really professional and he also explained to me what the problem was and he even gave me advice for my residential plumbing. I am very happy and thankful for Diamond Plumbing & Rooter and I also think the price was fair. So once again thank you!

It was Friday around 4:30pm Labor Day Weekend when I noticed flooding near my water main pipes. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find someone to help because of the holiday weekend. I called one company and got an answering service that told me they would have them call me back. Frustrated, I hung up and called Diamond Plumbing, Hugo answered the phone himself. I explained my issue and he said he would be over in 30 minutes. Him and Alfonso arrived in about 15 minutes. They both were very friendly and seemed just as concerned with my issue as I was. After investigating my issue some more, Hugo went over a few options with me, the pro's and cons's of each and the different cost for each. We settled on the fix and Hugo said they would be back Saturday morning at 9am. I explained to them that we had out of town plans for the weekend, he assured me this issue wouldn't cancel our plans. They arrived at 8:30am and started working. Hugo said he would send me pictures of the progress and when it was complete. I got several pictures through out the day and got a picture of the completed job. I cant recommend Diamond Plumbing enough. They were reliable, fair and most importantly honest. Awesome job! Had a hissing toilet... weird... called Hugo at 5p Monday, he was out there by 9a Tuesday morning, fixed it within 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. 100% recommend.

There was a leak in our sprinkler water line and didnt know who to call as we were new to the area. Through Yelp, i called Hugo and he was at our house within an hour. He dug a hole and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right away. Thanks to Hugo and his team for the very good service. We now have a go to person for plumbing needs.

I had called one company who came out next day, then let us know they charged $250 to snake a short drain. Basically a half hour job. No f'ing way.

I called Diamond plumbing instead. Should have called here in the first place. Hugo came out to give an estimate, and handled the clogged drain at WAY less than the other company.

Quick, reasonable prices, friendly, professional. What I look for in a business, and what this company provides.
