Hugo and his guys were great - called me back quickly, set an appointment time for the same day, arrived on time, then traced my sewer problem. Turns out I needed a company who can do more extensive sewer repairs than Hugo could do, and he called around to several companies he recommended until he could find someone who could come out the same day. While he was here he took care of another plumbing issue we had with a toilet and followed up to make sure I had been contacted by the other company, who did an equally great job. Why can't all trades be this responsive? I would hire Hugo back in a minute!

So happy Diamond Plumbing was able to help us out! We had a full blockage in our main line that needed immediate service and Hugo was able to come within just a couple hours and resolve the problem at a reasonable cost. We were told we would need someone to access the line through the roof which would have been much more costly, but Hugo tried something else first which ended up working! He was so knowledgeable, fast, friendly and professional! I highly recommend Diamond Plumbing if you need work done!

I knew my heater had a small leak & would need replacing but I waited too long. Got home around 5:30 pm on a Wednesday evening & just happended to open my utility closet. I found a pond under the water heater. I came here to Yelp and picked this company @ random. Called and spoke to Hugo who said he could come immediately and be at my house in 30-40 minutes. He got there in 15-wow-too cool. Showed him the heater and confirmed it had died :-O As we were working out what time he would come on Thursday, he said-I will fix it now. He had a water heater and needed to get some supplies and he would be back. It took about 45 minutes and when he came back he said, not a problem he can fix it and I dont have to worry about work issues or taking a really cold shower. At 10:00 pm that Wednesday night I had a brand new very efficient hot water heater. I cannot thank Hugo enough for both a great job but his infinite kindness and thoughtfulness. You can't go wrong using this company!

Soooo glad I went with this company for my water heater installation! Hugo is simply the best one in town! Deeply knowledgeable, very experienced, friendly, and gets the job done quick!! I called him almost at 5pm for an emergency water heater installation and he came out the same day! He charged less than five other companies I had called! I had hot water running in no time! We called Diamond Plumbing around 5 o'clock in the evening, hoping to get an appointment within the next couple of days. Hugo came out that night and gave us a quote! He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional and competitive.

The next day Hugo and Miguel arrived and went straight to work fixing what needed to be fixed.
They not only did an excellent job, but you never would've known that they were there as they cleaned up after themselves so well. There is a real pride of workmanship with Diamond Plumbing, something that is sorely lacking these days.
I would not hesitate to recommend Diamond Plumbing and Hugo and Miguel very highly to any of my friends.

I've made a personal decision to hire and buy ""local/family owned"" whenever and as much as possible. As most everybody here, Yelp is my go to place to help decide who I'm going to give a try. I was in need of having a line cleared and narrowed it down to 2 or 3 companies. When it was all said and done, I ended up setting and appointment with Hugo from Diamond plumbing and rooter. From the get go he was really professional. When he arrived he accessed the situation, got right to work, and was in and out before I knew it. The quote given over the phone was fairly accurate to the final price. An issue I've had with larger ""corporate"" companies in the past, as they charge per the hour. I'm really glad I've found someone that's ""locally owned"" to handle any plumbing work I may need done, more importantly, someone I can trust and refer to family and friends.

These guys are great ! Fast, efficient and friendly. We had them out for a leak in the wall under our sink. They handled it and stopped the leak. Then a few weeks later, we called another plumbing company ( we didn't realize they could also handle our water heater ) and it was going to be an on call type of job...they never showed up ( the other company ) so I reminded hubby that maybe Diamond Back could do it. They came out, did the job and saved us over $1,000 !! We will never call any other company !

Hugo is fantastic! He was on time, attentive, knowledgeable, and very experienced with plumbing. We had a major leak somewhere under our house (no water was seen but you could hear the water flowing in the pipes). Through his careful observation, he was able to map out our entire home's plumbing. He narrowed down the potential areas affected, opened up 2 walls and found the problem. He was able to re-route the lines and eliminate the last bit of plumbing in the foundation.

While he was hardly cheap, he was worth the money! He went under the house, in the attic, in the walls, and he had some pipe locating tools that really helped speed up the process and eliminate the need to call another service for help in detecting the location of the leak.

I will call Diamond Plumbing from now on and ask for Hugo.
