A better than everyone else bid to install my new toilet and hall away the old one. Arrival time delayed, which I can understand. At the last minute, I got a message from him saying he didn't realize he had a family party he needed to get to, and he couldn't make my job. I replied to ask when he could come another time, but no response. He may do a fine job, I just don't trust the service. Agree to use this company with caution!

Jake came to our house same day to replace our water heater that started leaking the night before. He told us what to order from Home Depot and he went and picked everything up for a quick install! Ordering the materials yourself is truly an added benefit because it allows you to pick what you're getting and don't have to worry about some big name company overcharging you. It helped us because we were able to use our military discount on the new water heater and everything else we needed. He is very knowledgeable and really came through for us as we literally contacted him this morning. He got the job done quickly and Efficently. Most importantly we have hot water again!
