I contacted several businesses fora quote to have a small shower issue fixed. This was the only place that actually sent out a quote to the original message. 1 other also sent a quote only after re-requested a quote, (it was significantly higher).

Jake came out and quickly identified some issues and more affordable options that what I even thought was possible! Not only did he save me time and money, but he also took a look at another area that needed work and was able to accommodate me to work on those as well. Jake was super nice and worked pretty quickly.

Experience started great as Jake was able to come out on a Friday to try to fix a clogged drain for me. We couldn't get it done with his snake so we decided to go the hydro jetting option the next day at 10am. However as it approaches 10am, I couldn't get a response or an eta on when he was arriving. Waited all the way until noon with no response before I had to call another plumber. Pretty disappointing experience given how it started.

Jake was incredible was able to give me a quote and come out to perform the work all in 24 hours. I highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for an upfront honest plumber that will stick to the arranged schedule and not pull you around in circles. His quote was perfect one of the best offers I had to do the work and he was able to do everything I asked and keep my sink the way I liked it. Not only did he perform the required work he took the time to ensure the entire work area was cleaned up and tidy before leaving. Jake has to be the lowest pressure tradesmen I have had the pleasure of hiring. I can guarantee any future plumbing needs I will be reaching out the them. Love the Yelp feature where you can send out a help request and get numerous responses. Makes it easy to quickly filter out who's the most interested in obtaining your business quickly. I had about 6 others respond and only had a lukewarm feeling about the urgency in the help I'd be receiving. That was until Diamond Jetting responded. He clearly stated how he could help, when he could help, and the cost of the help provided all within his first response. It was the clear choice, and on top of that he was prompt, professional and thorough with his work. Absolutely recommend for anyone who needs help with services offered from Diamond.

I needed a plumber for a shower cartridge replacement. Jake from Diamond Jetting scheduled an appointment for March 7th. After inspection, he suggested cleaning the cartridge instead of replacing it. He assured me it was a long term alternative that had worked for other clients. He cleaned it, reassembled the faucet and left. $112.99, including a ludicrous $14 credit card fee.

The first time I turned it on, water poured out from behind the faucet. I texted him video and he replied ""Oh no! I'll be by tomorrow morning if you want."" I asked for an update on March 8th and he said the parts weren't available and later texted ""Hey I was able to get one. I'll come by tomorrow (March 9th) around noon."" I confirmed.

Jake was a no show, no contact on March 9th. I texted him on the 10th and he claimed he forgot about a visit with his daughter and was ""with her all day"". Legit businesses know it's a professional courtesy to contact the client if such an occasion arises.

Jake texted that I know the problem if I contact another plumber. I responded that ""I wasn't going to call another plumber if you plan to schedule again with me soon."" He didn't respond, confirming he had abandoned the job. Obviously he didn't get any parts, meaning the story about his daughter is suspect as well.
