Needed a simple cartridge filter change in guest bathroom shower. The part is less than $40. They charged $512 and it took 15 minutes. The two service guys were nice and polite. But this company price gouges. Stay clear unless you like paying a plumber an effective rate of $2,048 per hour for a simple job. Very sad business practice and not one that will encourage repeat business.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT give Dial Duran your business! Their customer service is TERRIBLE! I had an ac/furnace unit installed in August 2022. During the recent cold snap my furnace ran NON STOP. Of course it was during Christmas weekend. I call 12/26 and was told a technician would was available and would be by THAT day after calling first. Didn't happen. So it called 12/27.Lots of apologies and someone would be by 12/29. No surprise.... no call no show. So at 4pm I called AGAIN. That person was sorry also and told me they would get the manager involved. HA! Today is Friday 12/30. I called about noon. Spoke to the RUDEST person who ARGUED with me. Now I have an appointment for January 4. Not holding my breath. Can you tell I'm FRUSTRATED? PLEASE HEED MY ADVICE AND DO NOT GIVE DIAL DURAN YOUR BUSINESS. I had to give a star rating but I would rather give them ZERO. Pitiful. Not sure I even want them in my house.

Called around 3pm on Saturday. Was told """"Grant"""" would be calling between 3:30 and 6pm. Nothing from """"Grant"""" the tech. Called a little after 6. Was told he would be callng within the hour, He had just finished his last job and I was next on the list. Nope. No call from """"Grant"""" the technician. After multiple phone calls and call center supposedly sending messages and such to Managers that did not Respond either, """"Grant"""" never called or showed. They wasted my entire Saturday....then wanted to set up an appointment for Sunday. You didn't make your Saturday appointment, I wasted 7 hours waiting for your company to respond. Prevented me from calling another company because i had an appt between 3:30-6:00. No one called and Mo one showed. Management did not respond ever. Their call center is 24/7 but not their technicians. HORRIBLE! I had to give a star to write the review but ZERO STARS is what I would give them. I would not use or buy anything from them because they cannot seemingly back any of their business. No one which incudes management is Responsive. Therefore, the business is just about Money and not you.

Had my semi annual inspection and service on 6/17 The tech was not very personable. Tonight 6/30 noticed the inside handler is leaking. Called, call center wanted to send a tech tonight. Tech called didn't want to come. Husband said not an emergency, but call center said no available appointments tomorrow. Tech that called said that wasn't true and he would put it in the system and we'd be contacted tomorrow 7/1. Not as impressed with this company since it consolidated.

We purchased a system in 2019 from Duron Smith. We also purchased a 12 year 'bumper to bumper warranty'. We faithfully had our annual maintenance checkups. The last one performed April 2022. Unbeknownst to us - the technician in April released some freon and did not replace it. Last week we noticed the thermostat temp was well above the temp we had it set to. I called for service last week. It was immediately clear that this company is no longer the company we did business with in 2019. They could not send anyone until today (June 20). The technician was great (Felix). The problem is when we were asked to pay $49 for the 'service call'. Again, we have a warranty. The very rude person that called me demanding the $49 said they added that fee January 1, 2022. No notice to customers? No - they 'didn't have the time for that in this world right now'?! Whatever that means. Then she said that nowhere in our warranty agreement did it say they couldn't charge me a trip charge. So they can change the rules from when I signed the contract? I reminded her that our issue was caused by the service in April 2022 - her response - I should have called within 30 days. (even though the problem didn't show itself until last week). Duron Smith was a responsive courteous company - Dial Duron doesn't care about customer service. Again, the technician was great. This review is not a reflection of his service.

SO Disappointed in a company I used to trust for plumbing and air conditioning - DIAL PLUMBING in Rockledge. I understand they merged with DuronSmith and are NOT the business they used to be. I had a new thermostat replaced yesterday. The part was $46 and it took about 5 minutes to put it in. I was charged $358! I called to complain and was offered a 15% refund.....buyer beware!

They'll confirm and then cancel you! That's a nightmare if you need something done! plan to get someone else

I am giving a ZERO, when I called to get an estimate on a new A/C unit, I was told they could come out on a Saturday, time 8 am to 10am. I rearranged my schedule/ missed out on family activities. NO Show! No phone call/ text/ email. The lady who talked to me said they could come out on a Saturday . The Silver lining is ; I now know who I'm gett my new a/c unit from And it's not Dial Duron. I guess you have enough business, you don't need mine.

I liked this company for AC work before it changed hands. Before they seemed honest and Cost effective so I went with them for yearly maintenance. The first visit I was given an estimate for an entire new system for thousands of dollars and my current AC was working. My second maintenance was $300 for refrigerant and a capacitor. I didn't see the old part and had told the tech my AC was working fine. I don't like to write negative reviews but I just feel it's all about the money with them.

Fast reasonable prices. Great service. The technicians that came to do the work were very knowledgeable and friendly. I'd use them again for sure.
