Have used this company for the thirty years I have owned my house and they have never let me down. I know that ownership has changed but I'm still treated as a valued customer each time I need their services. Just had them repair two items in the home and again they have exceeded my expectations. Had them comeout to snake my house and unclog my slow drains. 2 hrs and $256.00 later, he claims to have the obstruction cleared. Woke up to back flow with human waste in my bath tub and bathroom floor. But he cleared the obstruction right? Called the company to have them make it right only to be told he cleared it and there are no guarantees. Have been waiting since 0930 for the manager to call me. This is not the first time we have used Dial, but I guarantee this is the last.

We've used Dial plumbing to remodel several bathrooms . Unfortunately we have had nothing but problems resulting in paying more than once to have issues resolved. It shouldn't cost 2,900.00 to sub in a simple shower and sink faucet . They do not seem to have skilled employees and can only manage basic plumbing tasks.

These guys are great and reasonably priced. They have fixed all our valves and then came out to fix a leak. We were expecting a big bill but they only charged the hour it took them to fix it. We value honest companies like this and will always call them with our plumbing needs.

I has a natural gas leak and called Dial as they were one of the few companies in my area that can fix this type of thing. They quoted me $105 an hour. So the tech come out and looks at it a few minutes and tells me he can't fix it and I have to reschedule. I had to wait two weeks and finally they come fix it. They ended up charging me $180 an hour for the repair, after telling me on the phone 105. They also added $105 for the first guy to tell me he couldn't fix it. My bill ended up being double what I was expecting, about a months pay for me. I called the office to complain because they told me $105 and they had the whole """"too bad so sad"""" attitude. If you use this company, get the price in writing first.

Dial Plumbing for Gas leak repair We had a small gas leak and gas company recommended Dial Plumbing for the repair. I didn't even know that Dial Plumbing and Air did that. I called and two gentlemen came out the next day. John and Bobby were the perfect gentlemen and knew exactly what needed to be done. I really appreciate the expertise and knowledge that these men had. I highly recommend Dial Plumbing for Plumbing, Air and they need to put on their logo, GAS too! Thank you gentlemen, you made feel safe. PS. The ladies who answered the phones and dispatched them was so kind. Thank you, Dial! You all have a great team.

The guys who put the new AC unit into my shop were wonderful! They ran into a glitch but figured it out and stuck with it to finish the job. I appreciated the courteous, cheerful service, since I know working in this heat is brutal. Thanks guys, and thanks Dial for the excellent new system!

Always had good service with them up till today .had appointment scheduled with them at 8 am then pushed back till 1030 then till 11 am then 12 noon I called them back and guy says he eating lunch with manager should be soon or we can reschedule. What are you kidding me ! Luckily a/c companies are a dime a dozen .

It was a holiday weekend and all the A/C companies in my area we're not working. I called Dial and they were there within the hour and fixed the problem. I highly recommend this company.

Our commercial AC went out last Wednesday. Called Dial, because they did our original installation. Gave me a window between 1-5 PM. It's July in Florida, bro. A rep came out around 4, looked at our unit for about 30 seconds (no tools, nothing taken apart), and told us our evaporator coil was frozen and it needed to be replaced. He went outside and made a call, and returned to tell me our unit was under warranty - all we had to pay was labor. Said they were out of stock, but they'd have a replacement """"tomorrow or next Wednesday."""" Billed me $95 for about 15 minutes and no solution. Now I know how they can afford nice new trucks. Tomorrow rolled around, no telephone call, so I called them. Waited on hold for quite a while. Apparently, the receptionists are a little too comfortable in their jobs. She told me it's not in (duh), and she wasn't sure when it would arrive. I asked about next Wednesday, but she had no idea what I was talking about. With a little too much sass, she acted if I was staring into a crystal ball. Meanwhile, it's 100 degrees in my back room. The next day, my broker stops in. Tells me to try the unit again, because they can often unfreeze and still work. Boom. Turned right on, and has been working for a week. Dial's crack receptionist calls again and tells me the part is finally in (it's Wednesday), and tells me whoops - you're NOT under warranty (apparently commercial gets one year while the same residential unit gets 10), and it was going to cost me $1200 plus several more bucks for labor. No thanks. There are some serious disconnects here, Mr. Dial. In the meantime, stick to plumbing.
