When I first moved to Walnut Creek, I needed a good plumber. I checked out Yelp! and saw the great reviews for Kevin and thought I'd give it a shot. So SO glad I did! It's now 8+ years later and whenever we have a plumbing issue, we are confident that Kevin will take good care of us. So friendly, professional, polite--all of those things for sure, and also, an EXCELLENT plumber. I only wish our contractor's plumber had been half as competent as Kevin when we did our remodel. If you are looking for an excellent, responsive plumber, Kevin is a great choice!

We have been absolutely thrilled with Kevin! He's responsive, experienced, and does thorough and incredible work. He's fairly priced and has even saved us money by giving advice over the phone without even coming out to our house. We've used him for unclogging drains, installing faucets, and we're about to have him install a garbage disposal. My in laws also use Kevin and have always been pleased with his work. He's the only plumber we'll use!

Kevin is the man!

First time, Kevin was busy with other calls, but still came at the end of his workday to temporarily fix our main shutoff value (no charge). We had no running water until he came. He came back a few days later to replace the shutoff valve. Final price was $200 less than one ""big name"" company. Thankfully, my neighbor had a similar shutoff valve issue and he recommended I call Kevin.

Second time, Kevin replaced some water lines and fittings in the baths. I consider myself a handy DIY, but some things are just better left to the pros...or Kevin! I don't know how many trips I took to Homedepot to find the right/compatible parts. Kevin uses top of the line products. I'm fine paying an extra $1-$2 on parts now, just to have the peace of mind that my floors won't flood in the near future.

Kevin is great and the other reviews show it. He's super polite, punctual and knows his trade. Because of his excellence, he is definitely in demand. Kevin sincerely cares about his clients. If he can't do the job in the time you need him, he might refer you to a colleague. How cools is that! He's my #1 call for plumping.

The best. I have an older house with touchy plumbing and have been relying on Kevin for years. He always shows up when he says, or earlier, and has never tried to up-sell me on anything. His prices would be more than fair even if he did not have the best customer service, which he does. I'd give him more than 5 stars if it were possible.
