We are so thrilled to have found Diablo Rooter! Called Kevin on a Sunday afternoon with a sewer backup; he came out within an hour or so, sooner than he anticipated. Quickly cleaned out the clog. Kevin is professional yet friendly and we will definitely be keeping his card handy! Our neighbor came over and was impressed also; he had paid much more recently. This neighborhood is a Diablo Rooter neighborhood now!

Kevin is so professional, polite and excellent at his job, I cannot recommend him highly enough. On a Saturday, I ended up with a broken disposal and water all over the kitchen. I knew it was beyond my scope as it required reworking the pipes under the sink. I called expecting to be told it would be a day or even two before he could fit me in. Kevin was at my home within 3 hours and had it fixed in no time. Very reasonable pricing and excellent service.

thoughtful, and did exactly what he said he'd do. Kevin was on a job and asked me
if he could call after he finished. He did call and was able to get to the clogged drains
my tenent was having. I'm putting his number in my phone for future use. I won't
be calling anyone else. Doesn't take credit cards but is well worth going to meet him and

I called Kevin at 9am this morning to snake my sewer line. He said he was really busy today and wouldn't be able to do it until 5pm. I called CC County Drain and Service Pros Plumbers, NO ONE returned my call and they claim they work on Saturday! Kevin called me back around 10am and said he had a break and could do it at 11am. WHAT GREAT SERVICE! I still haven't received a phone call back from the other two companies and it's now 11:30am. Kevin has already done the work and is gone. He is very nice, honest and excellent customer service. I told him he is on Yelp, but he is not a computer guy that's why he doesn't have any info about his business. He doesn't need it, his customer's speak for him!

Let me add my name to the 100-plus reviewers who gave Kevin from Diablo Rooter a 5-star review. Eric and I came home Monday night from vacation to hear gurgling in the toilets, but tried to convince ourselves that they were just in need of a little plunging. Come the next morning, and the denial was over --- toilets were backing up, yet we needed to get to work as quickly as possible following a 7-day break. I went onto Yelp, found the great reviews for Kevin, and called at 7 a.m., leaving a message but not expecting a callback so early. Within 5 minutes, he called back to say he was working in my neighborhood that day, and could be over shortly. Kevin arrived as promised, took care of the pesky backup (a regular problem in my Gregory Gardens neighborhood due to tree roots and aging sewer lines), and had me on my way to work by 8 a.m. My hero!

We had a backed-up in our plumbing line. I called Diablo Rooter and I'm glad I did. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and was very professional, pleasant to deal with and was one time. He clearly knows what he is doing also. Turns out we had a sewage line clog between the house and city line. He had the line cleared within 30 minutes and even helped with a toilet flushing issue (no charge). I had left messages with several other companies and more than one said I was in good hands when I mentioned to them (on their call backs) that Kevin had already scheduled to do our job - that speaks volumes itself.
