Kevin to the rescue yet again. What to do when your tub faucet is leaking and won't convert to the shower head? You give Diablo Rooter a call. They are efficient, professional and provide superior customer service. Kevin is so well versed in everything having to do with plumbing we trust him at his word. That speaks volumes as my husband and I rarely endorse a company 100%. Kevin is reliable and honest and a great communicator. You cannot ever go wrong by using Diablo Rooter for any plumbing needs. Trust.

We had a plumbing emergency and called at 7:30am. He picked up his phone and made me feel at ease. He could tell I was stressed and said he'd move around his morning. I was so relieved! By 8:45am he was at my house and by 10am the problem was fixed!! Incredible customer service!

Kevin was amazing. I panic when things around the house go wrong, especially toilets. On Saturday both toilets stopped working and water was backing up into one of the showers. Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY we called was booked solid. Without realizing my husband had already talked to Kevin on Saturday, I called him Sunday. I think he heard my panic because he cleared some space for us and came over. He used the big auger and cleared the line for us, which made everything work again. I had told him we were on standby with a bigger company and he warned me off of them - I APPRECIATED THAT. I knew they were going to charge an arm and a leg, but I was desperate. The bad thing is, his experience and customer care has been developed over his career, which means he's closer to retirement than not. Use him if you can. Don't settle for one of the chain companies. He's worth it.

Kevin fit us into his packed schedule today after our tenant called saying his shower wasn't draining and water was oozing from the bottom of the toilet (gross!). No only did Kevin find and clear the blockage in the sewer line, he replaced the seal and bolts on the toilet and also discovered our shut off was not working. He was able to quickly fix it and make all of us breathe a sigh of relief. So glad we found Kevin years ago ... he's the only plumber we will ever use in Concord. If he's busy ... we must wait for him!!!

Kevin from Diablo Rooter is a fantastic plumber, businessman, and person. We called Kevin this morning (12/29) because our toilet had broken. Kevin responded immediately and was able to fix the toilet by early afternoon. Other plumbers implied we would be better off replacing our toilet driving up cost. Kevin said it was an easy fit after which he fixed it quickly at a fraction of the cost. Kevin does the work at a fair price and with the highest quality and attention to detail.

Kevin was fantastic to work with! Great communication skills and very responsive when I called with a problem. Worked me into his schedule that same day. He made my emergency his priority, and called back twice! Once to confirm the 2 hour window he gave me and once to let me know he was on the way and that he'd be 15 minutes early. Showed up exactly as promised. Immediately got to work. Expertly diagnosed two issues we had. Had all the right tools and parts in his van. Was extremely polite and professional!! Cleaned up as he went. Even put a nice bead of caulk around the base of the toilet to seal it after he was done even though there wasn't any there before. And charged a very reasonable amount. I would highly recommend him as a honest, talented, and responsible plumber!!

Had clogged shower and tub drain one evening. Used Drano, which only made the water back up more. Called Kevin who kindly agreed to come out first thing tomorrow morning at 7 AM and quoted me a fair reasonable rate. Overnight the clog cleared and water was flowing as normal. Kevin called the next morning to confirm directions and I informed him the clog had cleared, but I still wanted him to check it out ""to be sure"". Kevin said I would be wasting my money for him to check it out since there was no problem to troubleshoot, he gave me some tips to avoid future problems and told me call him if the drain gets clogged again. I will keep Diablo Rooter and Kevin in mind for future plumbing problems, it's rare to find an honest cordial plumber.

Kevin (and occasionally his brother) are as good as it gets. It's like ""the good old days"". Quiet competence, zero corners cut. We've been customers of Kevin for over a decade and I almost wish for plumbing problems just so I can see the quality of the job that he invariably produces.

A balanced review should list the pros and the cons but with Kevin there honestly aren't any cons.
