Unfortunately, Kevin does not take new customers. We called him twice regarding a kitchen problem and was disappointed that he did not even offer an available date, turning us down completely instead. That doesn't make for good customer service in our books.

Before I called Diablo Rooter, I had inquired with 3 other plumbing contractors for an estimate. I got the best rates from Diablo Rooter and so I decided to try this company. My decision was a success; hence I give 5 stars.

Excellent, quick, and reasonably priced sewer clean-out service.

Called at 6:30AM, after discovering a back-up in our line from the house to the city sewer (110-feet). Kevin answered the phone, and said he would be by after 9AM.

A slight delay led to a 9:30 arrival, which he called to tell me about.

He arrived in a well-equipped van, with what looked like the right tools.

He was done in 20-minutes, or so. He suggested flushing all the toilets and running the water to make sure all was working fine. He pointed out where the blockage occurred (about 100-feet from house).

He provided a receipt. Cost for the house call and service totaled $110.

He worked alone, and he was very polite.

10:15AM and he is gone.

I highly recommend him. And, thank you Yelp for being there. The thought of calling a Yellow Pages add and having some creep come out and over-charge us for lousy service is un-nerving. Yelp is a life saver for these kind of things.

Kevin fixed our leak from our new gas stove. Apparently, the contractor had used the wrong fittings when the stove was installed. Kevin was courteous and professional. He only charged for the service call and the parts. He found the problem quickly and was upfront about the cost. I would use him again in a heartbeat! I am so thrilled to finally have a plumber I can trust! Thank you

We had a blocked sewer line that needed emergency service. I called Diablo Rooter and asked if they could come the same day. Kevin responded to my phone message within 5 minutes as promised, then sent a crew to the house in about an hour and a half (after they finished a job already in progress). The guys were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. They cleared the line in about an hour and were on their way.

I would recommend Diablo Rooter to anyone and will definitely be using them if I have any more plumbing issues.

I had a very positive experience the first time
He changed my toilet without a problem.
Gave us the best price for a toilet and installed it without a problem.
He picked up the toilet, hauled it away without any drama or difficulty.
Friendly, efficient, and respectful.

I used him a second time
It didn't go as well, and I have a feeling he was a little deceptive with pricing. I reduced him from 5 stars to 3 stars. I'm not sure that I will use him again.

I found Diablo Rooter by way of high recommends on Yelp and other websites out there. And once again, doing a little research upfront to find a great contractor/service provider pays off.

Kevin, the owner, is simply excellent! He was on time, friendly, was very reasonably priced, and did a great job. I will DEFINITELY be calling Diablo Rooter again the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Diablo Rooter is based out of Concord and is owned by Kevin Moeller. Even though I live outside of Kevin's service area, he came to my house and worked on some small plumbing jobs that I had. He is clean, courteous and very professional.

I liked Kevin over the plumber that I've used for several years because he (1) gets right to the job (2) doesn't talk too much and (3) his rates are very competitive.

It was nice to get simple, straightforward service.

I would recommend anyone to call Kevin!
