So we bought this Rat Pack-style home in the 'burbs. When we turned on the washing machine after hooking it up, the faucets leaked all over. Found Kevin on Yelp, and he came over the day after Christmas. Nice, quick, easy, priced right. He kept telling us to call him if anything came up. Well, I was happily doing laundry that night when I realized that the clothes coming out of the washer were smoking hot. Being a suburban mom of two, my clothing generally isn't described as ""smoking hot"", but it clearly was. I called him, and he walked me through a couple things over the phone to diagnose the issue. Then he came back early the next morning and fixed it at no charge -- even though the issues weren't related to the original problem (the hoses were hooked up in reverse order and one was clogged). That's what I call good service.

Sadly, my wardrobe has reverted to its normal lukewarm mode.

Called them on a Saturday morning after previously trying to get a hold of two different plumbers. Kevin was the only one who called back right away after I left a message. We had a clogged kitchen sink and slow draining bathroom sink. Kevin sent his son, Steve, who is very knowledgeable and spent less than 30 min fixing the 2 sinks. These guys are great and we will definitely keep using them for all our plumbing needs. Call them, they are honest, fast, smart and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Called on a Sunday morning, and the line was snaked and cleared between the house and the main within 90 minutes. The cost was lower than the minimum fee some plumbers charge. Recommended.

Kevin was absolutely a gem. We looked up Yelp for plumbing SOS, found Kevin and called him to come fix a leak in the connector valves for our bathroom sink (after spending the whole day attempting to fix it ourselves) late evening. He returned our call promptly and said he was the designated driver for his son's prom night that evening, but promised to come by the next morning. Sure enough, he showed up on time, fixed our leak in no time and charged us a reasonable fee for the work. We'll definitely call him again if we have any plumbing issues.
