I wish there was a 10 star option for Kevin and the team at Diablo Rooters. We had an urgent drainage issue and had to quickly call Rooter Hero's and they showed up and tried to upsell me $1,600 to clear my drains. Something felt off so I continued calling for various plumbers. Kevin showed up with real tools and cleared my drains without needing special tools. Looking back, Rooter Hero's really had no intentions of clearing my pipes but rather wanted to upsell me on another service that was thousands more.

My family and I are beyond grateful for Kevin. It's so nice to finally meet a business owner who cares and truly had intentions to help fix plumbing issues. If you need plumbing services, you MUST CALL Diablo's Rooters first, I promise you won't find a better plumber in town. THANK YOU KEVIN!

He also said to call him back if Steve was too busy, and that he'd fit me in. Steve had an opening before his next scheduled job, and did a great job. I tried my best to get rid of a plugged shower drain for well over a year. Did the draino solution multiple times, tried a hanger and even bought a pipe snake. Finally decided to call a professional to come out and take a look at it. This was an issue for over a year so no need to rush, but Kevin insisted on coming out ASAP. He came out the next morning, ON TIME I might add, no 2-3 hour window but an actual time, and quickly determined it was not a plugged drain but a part that needed a little sanding down. He did not charge me, so I insisted on paying him something for his time, and he insisted that the job is free of charge. I could've easily been ripped off of $150 but he has integrity, something that is lacking nowadays. I now know who I can call if I need a plumbing job done that is outside of my realm of expertise.

Kevin is such an honest and reliable person. We needed a new hot water heater as our old one was clanking from all the sediment buildup over the 17 years it has been in service. Kevin was fast to respond and was able to get something scheduled quickly. The work itself was top-notch and we had our new Bradford White unit installed quickly.
