Waited 6 hours (1-4 window, showed up after around 7:45pm) for a simple fill and flush valve swap. Plumber arrived tired and unprepared. Have to walk through how the job needs to be done as the plumber was saying how he doesn't like Toto toilet and didn't even know how to take the water tank apart.

A week later (went for a trip) a slow drip from the connection appears. It's a Toto toilet so requires removal of the water tank to access the connection. Called customer service. Flat out told me they can send someone over but I might have to pay.

I totally understood it's not a big job. But still, better customer service and care can go a long way :)

Made an appt for leaking washer. Charged $182 and did no work. Bottom line, they charge full $182 the first hour even if they are there one minute abs do nothing. When he couldn't do the easy fix (go in through adjacent bathroom sink) to unclog the line for our washer and it was determined we would need two people to move the stackables, he left and charged $182. Why not a reasonable trip charge? I would recommend Letts Plumbing.

I cannot say enough nice things about Diablo plumbing. Once again, they came to my rescue!. As I got into the bathtub one morning it felt like I was doing a ""polar plunge""! I immediately called Diablo plumbing, they came out diagnosed the problem as the 13-year-old water heater had gone kaput. A new system was immediately ordered and delivered. Bright and early the following morning Eric and Juan installed A new one. In this day and age of people waiting days and weeks and in some instances months for services, parts, etc. I want everyone to know that this company is on top of their game and will take care of you in the quickest and most efficient manner. Excellent customer service skills from the first phone call to Diablo to their final call to me to make sure everything went well and I was happy. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone regardless of the job. Nothing seems too big or too small for them, I will continue to use Diablo plumbing and recommend them to all of my friends and family in the continued future.

I had an emergency with my kitchen sink, my garbage disposal was backed up and water would fill the sink and then overflow all over my kitchen floor, counters, and cabinets. DANIEL was able to come to the rescue first thing in the morning and fix the issue! He was SO nice, and Tara on the phone was too! Highly recommend this company! I will be calling them again in the future!

I was recently referred to Diablo Plumbing by my Property Manager/Homeowner Liaison for a leak in my attic space. They were recommended because they had previously been contracted to do work for the complex and were found to be reliable. I called Diablo Plumbing and arranged for someone to come out and do an assessment of the leak on 09/29/21. On this day the representative of Diablo Plumbing placed a temporary clamp on the leak and recommended that we have 30 feet of pipe replaced to remedy the problem. I asked the representative if he could give me a quote for the work that was to be performed on a later date. The representative told me that he couldn't give me an exact quote, but that I would be charged for one plumber and one plumber's helper, plus the cost of materials. I paid for the work that was completed on 9/29/21, (the clamp and the assessment). I was also told that Diablo Plumbing would be contacting me with a quote later in the day for the repairs to be made. While waiting for the quote I decided to go ahead and schedule the repairs, a date was set for 10/04/21. Unfortunately, just a few hours later, the temporary clamp seemed to make the leak worse and water started dripping from the ceiling. I turned off my water at the main and immediately called Diablo Plumbing. I was told that Diablo Plumbing was still unable to to give me a quote but that they would have a quote for me by the end of the day. I ended up going back and forth with them on the phone until 5pm ( I made a total of 11 calls to them) when they said they could no longer help me because they were closing and that I would have to call back in the morning to schedule the repairs and get my quote. I called them back first thing on the morning of 09/30/21 and was told that they did not have a quote for me but that they could have someone come out that morning and do the repairs. Against my better judgement, I agreed to have Diablo Plumbing send out someone to perform the repairs, without first getting the quote. I did this because of the original recommendation that I had received, and because I was told they were dependable and reliable. Part way through the repairs I heard a commotion in the attic space where the repairs were taking place and saw that a hole had been made through the drywall in my ceiling. The representatives of Diablo Plumbing immediately came back down from the attic space to assess the damage that they had caused. I asked what had happened and they claimed that there was a faulty/loose beam in my attic that had bent down creating the hole while they were working. I let it go while they returned to work. When the work was completed I asked how they would go about fixing the hole they created. The representatives told me that they were not at fault since the building construction was faulty and that they would not be repairing the hole. I was frustrated with their response and lack of responsibility for the damage they had caused but there was nothing I could do at the time. I then requested an itemized bill so I could pay for the work that had been performed. When the bill was presented to me I saw that I was charged for the previous work (that had already been paid for), TWO plumbers, five hours of labor, and materials. I pointed out to the representative that I had already paid for the previous day's work. He apologized and removed the charge. Then I saw that I had been charged for TWO plumbers, not a plumber and a helper. His response was that they always charge the full plumber's fee for each worker. I then pointed out that he had charged me for 5 hours of labor when they hadn't even been at the property for 5 hours and that they had each taken a 45 minute lunch. He replied that was his mistake and he took off 30 minutes of labor, bringing it down to 4.5 hours of labor. I was very frustrated at this point, as they only worked 3.75 hours as I had the security cameras running that day so I could keep track of what I owed. I begrudgingly ended up paying $2,368 for all the repairs total, even though I felt the total did not accurately reflect the work that was done. Soon after I had an exterminator come out to examine the attic since the leak had attracted the attention of rodents. While the exterminator was here I asked that he walk the joists in the attic to see if any of them were loose and needed repair. I was told that all the joists were very secure and that none of them moved at all under pressure. Some photos were taken and we were able to determine that there isn't even a joist directly above the hole that Diablo Plumbing created. Their story was fabricated so they could skirt responsibility for the damage they had done. I then sent Diablo Plumbing a message letting them know of the situation and that I would like them to contact me back and repair the damage. Diablo Plumbing has yet to respond.

Where to begin. I own a condo that had an emergency leak. Unfortunately, my HOA called Diablo Plumbing. Fast forward to a $1,600+ plumbing bill for a wax ring and angle stop replacement. On top of the ridiculous $248/hour charges, they sent me a bill that stated it took them 4 hours AND another bill that stated it took them 6 hours...a bit confusing and quite honestly a bit unethical. Guess which invoice they claimed was the ""correct invoice"" - you guessed it, the 6 hours of work invoice. Yes, you heard that right. SIX hours for a wax ring and angle stop. I could go on for hours about the unprofessional customer service I received from Stacy who taught my 2 year old a new swear word and the hole in my pocket that should have cost me 1/4 of the price but I won't waste anyone's time. If you like your hard earned money, go elsewhere because they will overcharge and undermine you any chance they get. See attached image for invoice details. Enjoy your $1,600 DP, I hope I save at least 1 person from losing a ridiculous amount of money from your ""business"".

They have been hired to do work in our property and they have done a decent job. I appreciate having them to work with. They do what we'd like them to do. Come out, give a quote, do the work, and not have to contact them time and time again about the issue.

In the past, we've had people come and hack things together, or say they can do something and hire a day laborer who can do some work, but it's not their specialty. Which meant the work needed to be done again. These guys are champs at what they do and very professional. Again, you get what you pay for and with them, that is definitely the case.
