Very responsive and quick turnaround time. We called in the morning around 11am due to our water heater going out. By about 1pm they were there with the new one to install. Simple as that and at what appeared to be a decent price.

Aaron and Sammy came out and took care of several issues we had with an older 1964 home. They were on time (actually early but called to ask permission to arrive early). They were very professional and pleasant.
I would recommend them all day long and would use them again.

DeVinney plumbing has done work on my friends 2 properties. Work has varied from the water main and hose spigot on outside, and the kitchen sink faucet replacent. Don the owner has been out for the water main and his employee Aaron on all the jobs. They are friendly, professional and efficient. Hope we do not need any plumbing work for awhile, we will call DeVinney again when needed though.

Not only is DeVinney a veteran plumber who understands construction, he's also a good businessman who has competitive bids. Another company tried to charge us WAY more. We'll recommend DeVinney to all our friends and family.

Having to review (or even hire) a plumber is probably the last thing any of us EVER want to do, so I'll just keep this short and sweet-

Called DeVinney Plumbing this morning after I determined I couldn't unclog the washing machine drain myself. They were able to give me a 'ballpark' estimate on the phone for the repairs and came out right away (I was lucky to catch an open window). Upon inspecting the drain, the ballpark estimate went down and the guys engaged in the work.

Few hours later, things were fixed, washing machine was hooked back up and moved into place, floor was clean from the leak (which I didn't expect them to do). They were great and definitely think I got a fair deal and some bonus feel-goods for supporting a local business'.

I hope to not need a plumber again any time soon, but if I do- I know who my first call will be!

Needed an Inspection on a new large modern property I am investing in. Don came and his knowledge is vast. He is good at communicating so that it isn't too complicated to understand. His past experience in construction also is helpful. Quick service and gave me an unexpected great price... Highly recommend!

I called these guys on a Friday morning when my moms toilet was overflowing. They answered right away and were able to schedule for later that day (and even called and came early!).

Aaron and Sammy (I think that's his name) were very personable and quickly snaked the drain and seemed to have fixed the problem. They weren't crazy expensive but they weren't a great ""deal"" either. But, okay, I was satisfied.

However, that night, things started to back up again. I called them in the morning and Aaron called me back (very quickly - thank you!) and told me that they would probably need to snake the laundry line now - which wouldn't be as expensive but was still a couple hundred bucks. Ugh. However, he called back shortly after and said he'd spoken to his co-worker and they decided it wasn't that and they'd come out for free to take another look. Great!

They came out and we had the WEIRDEST problem ever. Someone had uncapped the clean out, outside of our condo (before we bought it) and our whole row of condos had been overflowing outside for who knows how long. I do not blame DeVinney Plumbing at all for not finding this the first time - who would have thought?!

But, if I had one critique, it would be that Aaron seemed to quickly want to tell me the answers to my questions without being fully knowledgable. Sometimes, I'd ask something, he'd quickly answer and then Sammy would quietly tell him that he was wrong. I appreciate that Aaron would correct himself but I'd rather he just be up front if he didn't know the answer. Especially because he was ready to charge me another couple hundred bucks for the second call - which wouldn't have fixed it or been needed. But...that being said...he did check first and was honest and fixed the problem that we paid to have fixed originally. We appreciated the honesty.

Lastly, Aaron re-wrote the invoice after the second visit, with all the new stuff they had done, so I could show my HOA. However, he left off the $20 that he charged me for a new clean out cap. It's not a huge deal but it doesn't show the full price that I paid. I think this was an honest oversight.

I would definitely call DeVinney again. Great, honest guys that truly understand the speedy needs of plumbing service.

My kitchen sink was backing up (again) so i tried DeVinney Plumbing. I was told I could be scheduled for the next day, and a plumber called and gave me a time in the afternoon. When he arrived, i told him this happens every year about this time. He said others were just clearing the immediate clog and there was a build up of years of grease and food waste in the line to the street. He used a power rooter from the cleanout and cleared a ton of goo from the line. My sink is free draining now and no longer has a sour smell. I appreciate their professionalism and friendly attitudes and i recommend them highly.

My washer drain needed cleaning out and we had tried numerous times ourselves but it just would plug back up. Our usual plumber was unavailable and another couldn't get to us fast enough. DeVinney replied back quickly and could come out before anyone else. It ended up more $ than I had thought because their quote assumed we had a clean out drain and we did not. They had to put in a removable area on the drain pipe to clean out and for use in the future. I would have given a 5 star except for the fact they gave me a 2 hour time window and didn't call till the window had just passed that they would be late. Workers were nice, polite and advised what needed to be done.
