Don was very responsive and reliable. No charge to come out for a quote. Got me scheduled right away and showed up on time during service window time. Explained my options and was able to do the easier, most cost effective fix. Will definitely use DeVinney plumbing again!

Two stars, ""Could have been better."" Why this low rating? There were mistakes and overestimated tactic used. They received two stars because the leak was fixed.

Called and received a call back within an hour which is nice. I texted them photos of the problem and they were able to come within three hours. Aaron provided an estimate of $1,200.00 for estimated five hours of work for a main water line leak. Also, an additional $800 to replace a main water shutoff valve to the house, 3 hours of work. So $2k for seven hours of work. They completed the job in three hours. I felt cheated on the estimate. This is not the reasons why they lost three stars of rating.

The lost rating stars for the following issues. After the work completed, paid them in full and they left. I checked the work. One of the sprinkler head is broken next to the dig site. I text the picture; no response. Minus one star. Then two days later, I found out three out of the five sprinkler valve failed to close, leaving the sprinkler open, water running continuously. After taking the sprinkler valve apart, I found solder bead stuck on the sprinkler valve diaphragm which prevent complete seal when off. Two stars off for this huge mistake. They failed to bleed the water line when fixing the leak sending countless solder flowing into the house water main. This is a hazard. They made three attempts to fix the water leak, sweating the copper pipes.
Overall, would I use them again in the future? Very unlikely.

This is what customer service and quality should always look like. I had a problem with a leaking toilet. DeVinney came on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed my toilet for less than I feared it would cost. He also gave me some general advice about how to maintain my system. I appreciate good service and great value when I get it. Thank you.

I had a leaky sink valve that needed replacing and they were able to stop by next day to fix it. This is the second time I have used Devinney and they were very responsive and did a great job both times. Would highly recommend them!!!

Needed a plumber for a leaky toilet (and a few other odds/ends). They were fast, efficient, competent, pleasant, and fixed all of our issues. What more could you want? Definitely recommend.

I called DeVinney Plumbing about a leaking hose bibb which was leaking so much we shut off the water to it which also happened to shut off water to the whole house. Don came to the rescue and replaced the old gate valve with a new ball valve as well as replaced the hose bibb and copper piping that had been poorly installed. I will be using DeVinney Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

The water from washer was backing up while draining. There is no vent so they have to find the vent pipe, it would require to open the drywall. They can't take that task, too much work. Issue not fix yet, but they did not charge me.

They knocked it out of the park. Don showed up and we decided the answer to my problem, hot water not staying hot long enough for hot bath with two fills, . Ladies might understand what I mean by that. He could fit me in the next day! I was not expecting that. They did a beautiful job on the install. I was expecting a 25% increase in hot water by replacing a 40G with a 50G but it did more than that. Obviously putting in a new hot water heater fixed a unknown problem that I'm still not clear o.
