For me, Wes was a life saver when my hot water heater blew. The smell was terrible. He was the only one to help me when even the fire dept and electric company wouldn't. Great company, and Wes is an incredible owner!

Wes ROCKS. Raced over to my property to fix a clogged toilet that needed to be cleared before short-term renters showed up. It was a stubborn one, and Wes warned me the job might take a couple of hours. Instead, it took him about 30 minutes. The guy is pleasant, fair, reasonable, and totally trustworthy. He's the only plumber I will call in the future.

To be fair, I'm sure they're very competent plumbers. Unlike most outfits, they also return your call and are usually available to schedule either same or next day. If cost is no object, then these are your guys. However, if cost does matter, I would steer clear of this company unless it's an emergency.

I'm a retired remodeling contractor helping out my sister at her condo and noticed the water pressure was high and the regulator wouldn't adjust. I didn't have time to swap it out, so she called Desert United Plumbing. Ramon came out the next day and it only took him about 45 minutes to swap it out for a new one and also replace a hose bib. She then got a non-itemized invoice for $698. The water pressure regulator they put in costs about $100 and throw in $15 for a hose bib, so this is mostly labor.

We should've gotten a quote before the job, but with all the five-star reviews I guess we figured they were going to be reasonable. If Wes had told her over the phone that it would be a minimum $600 for the first hour, I assure you they would not have been hired. I've worked with several good plumbing subs over the years, but I've never met one that charged $10 per minute.

Rueben recently came out and replaced a kitchen faucet for me. Fast and very reliable. Very happy. Would definitely use them again if the moment arises.

We've had Desert United Plumbing out twice for two separate issues. Both times, they have been fantastic - professional, reasonably priced, and responsive. The second time in particular, I called at 7:45 on a Saturday morning because our shower would not turn off because of a broken valve and we had to shut down the main water source to our condo. I called and Wes responded within a minute. He literally got out of bed, got to our place shortly after, and had it fixed that morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I called Desert United Plumbing at 7:03am and Wes picked up. I know the hours say 24/7 but wow, what service! Wes was able to get me on his schedule within 48 hours when most couldn't or wouldn't put me on for 1-2weeks. I know when the snowbirds return to the desert things really get busy when it comes to plumbing.

Wes came out diagnosed and fixed both my pressure regulator and a leak in the pex piping on a t-cross over 3 pipes that was located in the ceiling of my garage. Wes was knowledgeable, polite, professional, super clean and very fair priced with his repairs. I couldn't have asked for a kinder person who got the job done right with efficiency.
