I called Wes & explained that a handyman had installed new shower heads & water control. Unfortunately, the guy didn't know what he was doing. In both showers we didn't have cold water! You would turn it on & it would be hot to warm! Wes right away new the problem & fixed both of them. He said they were all wrong. We also thought maybe we need a new water heater. He checked it out & said not till 2 years. He could have lied & we would have had to dish out a lot of money. I can't say enough about him. He is very honest & reasonable. We recommend him.

I had a new washer and dryer installed at my rental home in Rancho Mirage Ca. Upon installation I was notified that the cold water was leaking. I live in Seattle so it can be difficult to coordinate service. I contacted Wes and he called me back within 5 minutes and scheduled an appointment for that same day. The issue was fixed as well as the hot water needing help to avoid future issues. I really appreciate being able to get this taken care of so quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price.

We had an emergency shower leak last month. We went through many reviews and started calling plumbers with decent reviews, thank goodness for Wes! He promptly returned our call and headed over within a timely manner. He fixed the issue which was a faulty valve/incorrect install. I meant to leave this review earlier, but got busy and unfortunately had another issue with our guest shower during the elapsed time. So now we had to have Wes come back and fix a shower arm, again we received a prompt call back and a solution to our problem. If you need an honest, knowledgeable plumber that is timely and responsive then call Wes at DUP!

Wes has come to my home on 2 occasions --once to rebuild an exterior urinal (which he did with no problem) and the 2nd time to unclog a kitchen drain (that was the worst clog he had ever seen). Nevertheless, he stuck with it and got it unclogged--he is one of he nicest and most reliable plumbers i have ever met--and reasonable on his pricing--you can't go wrong calling Wes at Desert United Plumbing--David B
