Desert United Plumbing is what all plumbing companies should be like. They are courteous on the phone, prompt and on time with appointments, and they are honest!'
I had a noise in my garbage disposal that they could easily have said, ""oops, you need a new garbage disposal"" but Wes took the time to figure out what was really causing the unusual noise! And easy fix and he was on his way.

Second time I've used them and could not be happier - and I'm very picky!!!

Our water heater broke and began gushing water at 5:00am. Called Wes, and he came over at 9:00, assessed the situation, disabled the water heater, re-routed the water to the house, and ordered a new water heater. Jesus, the friendliest, most conscientious professional on the planet, installed a new water heater first thing the next morning. Wes Dobbins services the Palm Springs area and he is professional, reliable, competent, honest, and affordable. I have needed the services of Desert United Plumbing at least 4 times in the last two years and I have never been disappointed. He has done large jobs and small jobs and always gives the best service.

I had the plumbing installed to a laundry sink. I installed the sink and Desert United did the hookup. I was given a a fair price for the work and scheduled the job. The craftsman that came to do the job met every expectation that I had for the job. The work was done in a professional manner. The easiest way to do the job would have been to surface mount all of the water piping. The craftsman took it upon himself to install as much of the piping in the wall as possible and only surface mount where there was no other choice. He discussed the options with me before he did the work and everything was done with my prior approval. I am a fussy client and the work done by Desert United was everything that I had hoped for. I definitely felt that every dollar was well spent.

We've been using and recommending Desert United Plumbing for a number of years. The owner is very nice to work with, shows up on time, finds and corrects the issues swiftly. They do not try to upsell or Nickel and dime you to death which I hate. Every one I've recommended them to has given me amazing feedback which is also few and far between. Desert United Plumbing and Wes Dobbins were first referred to me several years ago by Mizell Senior Center in Palm Springs. I called Wes and had him come out to install an earthquake safety valve. He responded promptly and efficiently. Later on, I was having trouble with the water softening unit at my home and once again, Wes responded immediately, efficiently, and inexpensively. I thought I was going to have to purchase an entirely new water softener but Wes saved me from having to do that. To this day, the water softener continues to function well without any problems. I have had both Wes and his assistant Ramon come out here on a number of occasions, and every time they continue to be responsive, inexpensive, courteous, and thoroughly professional. Desert United Plumbing has my highest recommendation.
