Wes juggled his schedule and came out to fix it ASAP. He knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. I'm super happy with this company. Called Desert United Plumbing, technician Wes offered to come out to see leaky toilet. No service charge like some other companies. He seems honest and fair. Toilet needs a new wax ring $145 for the work. I will update once work is done.

Wes and his talented and easy-going employee Ramon were terrific in helping us remodel our master and guest bathroom during February, March and April. Ramon came in during February and March for the rough plumbing and returned on request during April for the finish plumbing tasks. Their estimate was very fair as well.
Wes and Ramon were always very responsive, first by phone in the early days, and then by quick reply text message as the project started moving along. They were able to quickly adapt and turn a smaller remodel job into a larger one, with a re-piping to allow us a better long term plumbing infrastructure. When the cabinet installer inadvertently put a screw through a Pex and caused a small leak, they were out the next morning to fix it right away. Wes and Ramon make a great team.

I recently had a home inspection service give me a report about all of the plumbing issues that needed attention.

I called Desert United Plumbing and they immediately set up a time for a plumber to come out and take care of the issues.

The plumber came out on time. He was courteous and most importantly fixed all of the issues in one visit. I will call them again if needed. This a PRO shop.

My bathroom sink wouldn't shut off and it was Saturday! I didn't want to waste water so I searched for plumbers who could swing by ASAP and found Desert United Plumbing! Wes answered the phone and heard the stress in my voice as he does not usually work weekends AND he had a cold, but he made an exception and arrived at my house within the hour! I had sent him some photos of the issue and he came over with the parts! Very professional (even with a cold), cleaned up after himself, and best of all my sink works better than it ever has! I am glad I now have a plumber whom I will continue to call. Thanks Wes!
