worst company take your claim and don't submit to insurance company. Please don't use this company. they really harassed the customer.

Choice home warranty, someone I will not renew due to contractors they send out. My toilet was loose at the base, called home warranty, assigned desert rain plumbing, oh my god. they never showed up then rescheduled after I called home warranty, came out took my money and left. Finally came back, said there was so much damage under the toilet (I do not believe), shut the water off to the WHOLE house and left, never told anyone he did this. As I do not know how to turn it on, I called him and his response was ""I am in queen creek."" And that was it. I had to call the city to turn my water on. Please, please do not use this horrid company and if you have choice warranty, tell them a big fat NO.

Called them to look into the water heater issue. They checked and told the water heater needs to be replaced. Our heater is less than 1 year old. Even though it's under warranty and my warranty company was paying for labor charges, they gave me a bill of 759$. I called a different plumber. He checked out the boiler, and it works fine. Do not recommend this company

Technician came out Monday Nov. 7 2022 told me it would take 15 minutes per shut off valve to replace the shut-off valve under kitchen sink That it didn't take much to unscrew the valves and put new ones on, but need authorization.
So he put into the warranty company that he needed to cut and weld the pipe before he could put the valves on to the tune of $325 more than what insurance covers.
When I asked the insurance company why they called the technician and he said it was all corroded . Choice home warranty recommended that I let them finish the job and they would help me get my money back. NNNNOOOOOTTTTTT happening. I also canceled my warranty with them.
DO NOT USE DESERT RAIN PLUMBING, not even to replace a water hose !!!!!!!!!

This place is beyond horrible. Came out and said they could fix my leak with no problem. Didn't have the right parts, so he had to reschedule. Came back with parts and ""fixed"" it. As he was checking everything something else broke. He didn't have the right parts again to fix it. 3rd reschedule, a different contractor came out and said all the work that had been done was wrong and he would have to come back with different parts. 4th reschedule he comes back, puts a big hole in the wall and tells me he needs to call his water restoration company. I look them up and they are clearly scamming people for insurance money. I decline. He then tells me he needs a different tool and will need to come back. 5th reschedule he fixes it and tells me he won't be repairing the wall. Asks me for the money with no receipt. I asked for a receipt then I will pay. I immediately receive a threatening letter. When I call in to pay, they act like they have no idea what I am talking about. Horrible business. Stay away.

Our bathroom shower flooded our bathroom. Our home warranty company sent out Desert Rain Plumbing. They came out immediately to asses things. Then had a suggestion for a Remediation company which also came out quickly. Desert Rain had to come out a total of 3 times during each process to ensure everything was done properly.

Would highly recommend them for your needs. ?

Our garbage disposal stopped working. The service man was professional, nice, clean, informative. He assessed it, and replaced it. And gave me info on other work I need.

Desert Rain has been a great company to work with when my water heater gave out. The technician (Matt) was very informative on what caused the problem and gave me helpful recommendations to prolong my new water heater like draining the sediment once a year. I Will definitely recommend to friends and family in the future.
