Our bathroom shower flooded our bathroom. Our home warranty company sent out Desert Rain Plumbing. They came out immediately to asses things. Then had a suggestion for a Remediation company which also came out quickly. Desert Rain had to come out a total of 3 times during each process to ensure everything was done properly.

Desert Rain has been a great company to work with when my water heater gave out. The technician (Matt) was very informative on what caused the problem and gave me helpful recommendations to prolong my new water heater like draining the sediment once a year. I Will definitely recommend to friends and family in the future.

Do not use this company. It is difficult to get anybody on the phone. I got lied to multiple times. I was told the repair person was coming twice, did not show up. I was without one of my toilets for almost a month. Thank goodness I have two bathrooms.
They lied and said we came at 2:45pm, I have a ring camera and no they did not come. I called to see if the repair man was coming because it was almost 5pm. I was told he was finishing up but would be there...did not show up.
Terrible customer service. The repair man came once the first of the month then broke the toilet more, where I could not even use it it leaked...it didn't leak out the toilet before he came.

While my home warranty (210) sucks at communication everyone at Desert Rain was awesome. Water heater went out and 210 took over a week to assign a contractor. Insisted on ordering the unit (which they did wrong twice) And they said they had to order it from a Lowe's that was almost an hour from my house when I live within 5 miles of 3 stores. The one they used had it on back order and 210 refused to move it to the store by my house.

Desert Rain kept me updated the whole time and my installed had to go full Karen the 2nd time they were given the wrong unit. Thankfully it was the same installer from the first warranty screw up!

While I will be changing my warranty company for my house when my contract is up. I'm pretty sure I found my plumbers going forward.

Company sent out as part of Choice Home Warranty for a simple garbage disposal replacement. Whole ordeal took two visits, which on both the technician stated he ""didn't have all the parts he needed with him"" and suggested going to Home Depot and purchasing them for the next time he came by. Why am I having a company come out for this repair if I need to buy the parts myself? Then came the kicker- he put in the garbage disposal but left the other side of the sink undone so when I filled the sink to do some dishes and then drained, it went EVERYWHERE. I was furious, but after calling them 17(!) times before reaching someone over the course of two days to let them know of the damage (with pictures) the only solution offered was to send out the same technician that messed up in the first place to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous service. I called Choice and they immediately switched me to a much better plumber with 4.5 stars rather than this one-star company. I will warn everyone I care about to not use Desert Rain so they don't have this headache on their hands.

Choice Home Warranty sent this company out to clear our clogged kitchen sink. They arrived one and a half hours past the latest time they said they would be here. After 1 hour of snaking the pipes, with our tools, they were unable to clear it. They said, they'd have to come back, with their tools and run the snake down the main sewer clean-out in the back yard. Choice said they would not pay for that. Don't use Choice either! We found a different plumbing company that had it clean and running great within 45 minutes. They cleaned it from the kitchen sink and didn't have to go outside access the main. Don't use either company.

Choice home warranty sent this company out to fix my water heater. I waited a week for a tech to come out to charge me $85 service fee. He said the repairs were done and left. Couple hours later still no hot water. Called the the company back, was told that if the repair didn't work that the water heater needed to replaced so they would put a claim in with Choicehome right away. Hours later I check to see if this was done, nothing. Spoke to Jazz at Desert Rain again, she said it would be a couple hours. Choicehome decided to call since this should not take that long. They spoke to Jazz who again said another couple of hours. The entire day went by nothing was sent in. 8am the next day I called Jazz and was told the order never got placed and would be done in a couple hours. I explained that I really need some urgency as I have a sick child so hot water is extremely important. Every 2 hours I called and nothing was submitted to Choicehome then was told it was take another day for this to get done. I finally called another plumber who came out in a hour. He said I need a new water heater and nothing was repaired on my current unit. Not only did Desert rain profit $85 for doing nothing, they can't follow through to get my unit fixed. Jazz also said once they get the approval it would take another week to have it installed. Considering that I can't even get them to do a simple authorization request in a timely manner, I can't imagine that the work would even be completed in a week. The new plumber was able to order the new unit and will be here tomorrow to install it. I called Choicehome to cancel my policy as this was so much trouble. They sent an unreliable company out that just added stress and wasted my time. They are now going to let me use my own plumber and reimburse me for what I am paying. There's no reason for a plumber to be this complicated for a simple water heater install.
