Made a claim with my warranty company late one evening and had an appointment the next morning. Then Desert Rain moved my appointment up. The tech was great, the job was done well and quickly.

My home warranty company, Old Republic assigned this company to come out to fix my broken toilet. I received a call from Maria the same day I submitted my request and was able to get me scheduled with a technician for the next day between 12-5. I received a text at 3:45pm from Daniel letting me know he was on his way and should arrive in 20 minutes. Daniel arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I explained to him the issue I was having with my toilet. After checking things out he said the fill valve was not working and would need to be replaced. He went out to his truck and got a new fill vale. It was replaced within 5 minutes and I now have a working toilet. Yay!!! Thanks Daniel for your professionalism and speedy service. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this company!!

Plumbing problem is now history. David called before arriving and updated me about when he would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the issues with the faucet over my bathtub and made attempt to fix it immediately. Parts were needed from Home Depot and he quickly returned and made the repair. All works well, now! David is knowledgeable and great at what he does. Thank you for excellent service.

Has a leak, they came out and we started the process to fix the leak. Then when it came to to get me an estimate on the cost to repair the leak, they disappeared. Waste of about 3 weeks of my time. Wouldn't return my calls.
