Based on Yelp unsponsored reviews, I called Bill at 9:00 am and he was here on the same day as agreed upon at 1:00 pm. He fixed all our issues (gas piping and shut offs, leaks, faucet replacement and switching a grill from propane to natural gas. ) He is very thorough and won't recommend unneeded work. His rates are competitive and he is work is top notch. He will be our plumber from now on.

We had a toilet wax seal that was leaking. Called Desert Cities Plumbing and Bill was able to come by the next day in the morning. Arrive on-time, changed the seal and cleaned up after he was done. I would recommend Bill for your plumbing jobs.

Was in a bind the day before Thanksgiving and needed a leak fixed ASAP! After calling about 5 different plumbers who didn't have availability until a week out, or more, I stumbled across Desert Cities Plumbing. Bill thankfully had availability and was able to repair the leak within the hour. We've since called him out for additional work. A tankless water heater flush, and a leaky faucet. We had a water heater leak upstairs that caused a portion of the ceiling in our dining room to collapse while we were on vacation. Called them at 3pm on a Friday, explained the situation, sent them a couple photos and their crew picked up a new heater on the way. By 6pm they were done and cleaned up. Reasonable price for such last minute work. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

After my home's main sewage line became blocked last Saturday, I frantically called various local plumbers I could find on Yelp. After the sixth one went straight to voicemail, after spending precious minutes navigating voicemail systems per call, I decided to call Desert Cities Plumbing (because they didn't have that obnoxious ""responds in 1 hour+"" flag on their Yelp page, had great reviews, and they looked very capable based on their photos.

Unlike the other companies, Bill answered his phone after a couple of rings. Furthermore, he was at my house in less than an hour. He wore a mask, maintained proper social distancing, was professional, friendly, conveyed confidence, and cleared the blockage in about 10 to 15 minutes. Furthermore, he cleaned up the area after he was done and charged me a very reasonable price.

I'd definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others without any hesitation.
