I would give Bill and Mike more than 5 stars and highly recommend them! Fast, prompt, reliable, fair price, clean, quality work, and super nice. They even took special precautions during these COVID times.

I came home late one evening to a water heater that sprung a leak (from the bottom), and was leaking water all over the garage. I turned off the water to stop the leak and called Desert Cities Plumbing first thing in the morning. Bill answered the phone and took time out of his busy day to fit me in (thank you, thank you). Bill and Mike showed up (and finished) exactly when they said, at the price he quoted. I highly recommend them, don't go anywhere else.

As I went down a rabbit hole and thought I could manage some level of plumbing myself, I quickly realized that's what experts are for and had to call Bill for a 911 sink emergency. He graciously showed up, identified the issue and helped us not just fix our valves but replacing our entire sink. He even went to Home Depot to help pick out parts. A work so well done that I'll make sure to leave to the experts in the future. (Bill and his team specifically)

I was worried as I had a leaked coming from the roof with no rain, how was that possible. Every where I called no one was available until I called Desert Cities Plumbing, he assured me he could get to my late but that the would be here. He got here as promised at 5:00 pm. In 20 minutes he was done, a pipe had burst in the attic. Very professional, not expensive at all. Great service, for sure if I ever need a plumber I will call him again.

We needed a plumber to replace our hot water tank (so we thought) and the recirculation pump. I phoned Desert Cities Plumbing and a gentleman Bill answered the call. We set up an appointment to come out and take a look. We didn't know how fortunate we would be at that point to have picked the perfect plumber for the job!

Bill came out with his assistant, Mike, masks and gloves on during this time of Covid 19. He took a look at the tank and pump told us we didn't need a tank at all it was in good shape and all that was required was the recirculation pump. How many times do you feel concern when you find someone on your own without a friend or family member giving you a referral?

This 5 star Yelp review is because we're here to refer Bill as that person, when you find someone who is honest, on time, friendly and gives you a fair price for a project done well deserves to be referred.

I Called to get one of my showers flowing properly. Bill came at the agreed time/date, identified the problem, fixed it (turned out valves were stuck in 2 showers) all to my satisfaction. Bill and Mike at Desert Cities Plumbing were fantastic and by far the most reasonable on price. Bill called me quickly and follow through with every promise. They replaced an aging water heater and recirculating pump. They did a clean job and worked efficiently. Even took the time to walk my mom through how it all works. I will be using them again in the future. You can tell they want to work.
