This is the plumber you want to call! Bill answered the phone this morning at 9:30 when I told him about a plugged kitchen sink and garbage disposal. Within 30 minutes he was on site diagnosing the problem and recommended replacing the disposal. His price was fair and he was done in less than 2 hours from the time of my original call. Just had a faucet replaced in my master bathroom sink. Bill was honest, reasonable, and did a great job. I appreciate how effortless he made getting this little job done and beat other plumbers prices for me. Sometimes in the desert finding someone like this is near impossible. Thank you DCP for moving back to our desert! I used this company in the past and loved them. Two years ago I had to have a different company come out and they ripped me off!!! I am brand new to the area and needed a hot water tank replaced. I googled Palm Springs Plumbers reviews, and found Desert Cities Plumbing with all good reviews. So I gave them a call and left a voicemail message. Then I sent them an email for good measure. My situation was not an emergency but it was treated like it was. Billy called me within the hour and was at my door a few hours later. I had a new hot water heater installed an hour after that. He charged a very reasonable fee and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend him and will call him should I have plumbing needs in the future.

After a week of no kitchen sink (clogged!), I was ready to pay almost anything to have my kitchen functional again but didn't have to pay much at all for the wonderful service from Desert Cities Plumbing.

When I called for availability he could come out almost immediately (even though I'm in Palm Desert, not Palm Springs)! I actually rushed home after work because he was so flexible to my needs! Once there - he looked under the sink, courteously asked for an outside way to the drain cleanout outside and had the job done in a very short time. What a great experience. I was hoping for a trusting, fair experience and I got all that and more. I highly recommend Bill and his company! Very down to earth, professional and capable and reasonable! You'll be glad you called him whatever your plumbing needs are at the moment!

I was stressing out when I discovered last night that my water heater was leaking water. Seeing a review on YELP, I called DCP and Bill the owner came out first thing in the morning and and gave me a quote and we talked about options. He turned off the heating to cool it down and went to get parts. He got pulled onto another job so he wasn't able to return until much later in the day but when he did he got the new water heater up and running in no time. Bill is a nice guy with a casual and fair business approach. I would use DCP services again and recommend them.
