Fast, Friendly, Reliable! We called Bill one evening to replace a kitchen faucet, and he fit us in the next morning. He worked fast and was quite fair with his pricing! We will definitely be using him again for any plumbing needs that come up! And yes- he showed up wearing a mask and social distanced the entire time he was in our home.

Our Kitchen sinks backed up and made a huge mess on a Monday night. We called Desert Cities Plumbing and Bill (Owner) set an appointment for 8:30am Tuesday. We were pleasantly surprised he could respond so quickly! Bill and his assistant showed up right on time, properly masked etc. for Covid 19 safety. He immediately diagnosed the problem and got the sewer line cleaned out. He took his time afterwards to thoroughly test the system. Very professional!

I have never been so happy to write the check to pay for this repair. Courteous, clean, fair price, and did a great job! We will absolutely use his services again and will highly recommend him to our friends and neighbors. Very pleased!

I was completing a kitchen remodel at my condo in Palm Springs and needed a plumber to help complete the job. I found Bill on yelp after the other plumber I had contracted with flaked out. Bill was able to do the job with very little notice. He arrived 15 minutes early (yes,early!!) and installed a garbage disposal, air gap , a power button for the disposal and a faucet. Bill did a super job. He was efficient and everything works great. I've had a variety of trades working on this project and I am very pleased and impressed by the quality of his work, customer service and pricing. I highly recommend!

So impressed I don't know where to start. We had just sold our refrigerator and after the people left we noticed that where the ice maker was connected water was leaking. We attempted to try and tighten the attachment to stop the dripping. We were not successful. This of course happened in the evening as all things like this do. It was 7:50 PM when we put a call into Desert Cities Plumbing. It showed on their website that they closed a 8 PM. Bill answered the phone and we told him of our problem. He said it sounded like it would need a washer of some type and he could be there in 40 minutes. I was amazed to say the least. Normally the reply would have been, ""I can see you tomorrow"". But not Bill. He was very pleasant and said, ""No problem I will be right there."" Once he arrived he took care of the leak in no time at all. My faith in mankind has been restored. I am a 68 year old guy who gets frustrated with they type of service we all have experienced. However Bill made me a happy guy and I would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. You will not go wrong.

We called out Desert Cities Pluming to add a misting system. They were extremely professional, excellent work, and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend !!! ( Very important to add a Micro filter on the line to keep out the ""Lime"" (Hard water) so the heads wont clog up!)
