Such a blessing to work with Adrian! Five stars is not enough for this man, more like 10 stars. My water heater was leaking and he came to the rescue. Very knowledgeable man, truly honest, on time, detail oriented, and I could go on and on. Probably the best contractor I've ever worked with! He also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything is working properly and smoothly. I never had a contractor that followed up on their work before Adrian. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.

We decided to drain our old hot water heater (I know way overdue!). The trouble started when we couldn't get it to work again after. We called and spoke to Adrian. He was so kind to walk my husband through how to get the pilot lit again. He didn't try to sell us a new hot water heater, even though ours is 12 years old, and spent 15 minutes of his time trying to help us get ours to work. When we get a new hot water heater, which will probably be soon, we will be getting it through this company. We are very impressed with Adrian's honesty, and willingness to help us.

Thank you Adrian! He was able to come out the same day and replaced our 50 gallon GE heater that had a sudden valve failure. The new Bradford White unit that Adrian sold us is working very well and was priced right. Adrian demonstrated skill and creativity in order to empty and remove my old tank, which was refusing to drain from its normal outlet. Adrian also carefully assessed the damage caused by the leak, and helped with a remediation plan.

Adrian, the water leak was a blessing in disguise -- it led me to an old rats' nest in the dry-wall-enclosed framing under my water heater and central heater. It looked like years of filth. I stripped and cleaned the affected area and dried it with a high-powered fan.

I can't say enough how happy I am. Of all the plumbers I called Adrian was the only one that told me there's a massive A. O. Smith water heater recalling and I should check with them first. Turned out my unit was under recall, but I still decided to replace it (Adrian did offer to repair it for a very reasonable price). I am super happy with the result. From now on Adrian is the only water heater guy I will recommend to my friends and family. Not only was he really good at his work, Adrian was the kind of guy you wish you knew as a friend.

Our water heater was not working. Called a plumber and was told it's time to replace the water heater because it's almost six years old. We didn't think we should change it yet so we searched on Yelp for a second opinion. Adrian from Dependable Water Heaters was the next person who answered my call. After found out that we have a GE water heater, he told me to contact GE because the water heater might still be under manufacture warranty. He was right!!! GE later sent us the repair kit. Although Adrian was not available to come fix it for us, we appreciate his trying to help us save money. Very professional and honest.

Five stars is not enough for Adrian. He is the definition of professionalism. When my 86-year-old father's water heater failed, I called Adrian. After troubleshooting over the phone, he determined that the pilot light went out. He tried to walk me through the process of re-lighting it, but I couldn't get it (my fault, not his). He said he could come out the next day. In the meantime, with the help of YouTube, I was able to re-light the pilot light. I texted Adrian to cancel the job. Unfortunately, it went out again and I was unable to re-light it. I called Adrian again and after discussing different options, I decided to replace the water heater. He came out the next day (a holiday). He was prompt and went to work immediately. He was friendly, thorough, and cleaned up after the completion of the job. When it came time to pay, instead of charging more for a holiday, he gave Dad a senior citizen discount!

Adrian's customer service is beyond excellent!

I am so happy that I called Adrian. He's absolutely amazing!
