Excellent service! This guy is very honest and quite literally saved me a good chunk of money by identifying that my water heater was still under warranty, explaining to me how to get the part, and then promptly coming to install the part and only charging me for the labor. You can't go wrong by giving this man your business. And judging from how deftly he changed the part, he has plenty of experience and knowledge.

My 20 year old water heater failed recently. Adrian responded quickly to my request and offered quote soon after getting photos of the water heater. Even though it's not an urgent problem, Adrian came quickly and finished the job in an hour. He is professional, prompt, courteous and responsive to my requests to keep the carpet clean. The new system has been working well for a few weeks now. Hopefully, it'll last as long as the previous one.

Let me start by saying whatever your problem is, Adrian cares. I have been dealing with a crappy property management company for a little over a year now, my water is due for service and they sent not 1, but 2 contractors to my house who had never seen a tankless water heater before. Adrian and his colleague, Angel, are prompt, courteous, professional, and skilled. I would recommend Dependable Water Heaters to anyone needing water heater installation (replacement) or repair or general plumbing work. I was very pleasantly surprised by the prompt response, fairness of price, and keeping me informed of progress. I have every confidence that should a repair be needed they'll be back to fix it promptly. Very highly recommended.

Some details for those who want more... My water heater burst on Tuesday evening (fortunately I was at home and able to control the problem) and I called Adrian early on Wednesday morning based on Yelp reviews (my original installer was no longer operating). He asked me to send a txt msg with a photo of the water heater installation. A few minutes after I sent it, he called with a couple of clarification questions and a request for a photo of the tank label showing the model number. Shortly thereafter, he texted back with a very affordable price and scheduled a convenient time to perform the work. He and Angel turned up when they said they would. Quickly removed the old tank and replaced it in just over an hour. Fantastic!

I contacted Adrian almost one month ago about replacing a water heater in a condo I own in Sunnyvale. Because he was ""booked"", it took him a full week to come look at it and determine he had to special order it. After two weeks, I contacted him and he said he should know by the next day when it would arrive. It's now been another 10 days and no word from him. I'm moving on; if he ordered it, he can return it or sell it to someone else. A complete waste of our time.

Adrian answered the phone personally, showed up on time, efficiently replaced the broken water heater with a water pan to catch minor drips from the water heater, and carefully explained annual maintenance.

This is my very first Yelp Review, and one that I'm happy to mark as such ...

My first thought when I looked over and saw a puddle of water under my hot water heater this past Sunday was ""Dang, how long has that been going on?"" and then that was immediately followed by ""STUPID water heater !"".

As a fairly new homeowner, single mom of a teen, taking care of her aging mom, I was not looking forward to spending money on another home repair, and how these service call searches typically go. The ones where because I'm a female and no man in the house, it's a license to take advantage of me - tell me it's absolutely the ""worse case scenario"" and then estimate the highest ""this is what it's gonna cost you"". So, after arming myself with as much information as I could on what it ""could"" be, I hit YELP. I read through a number of reviews and came upon Adrian and Dependable Water Heaters - initially impressed by the 5-Stars. I say ""initially"" because after having Adrian out this afternoon to replace my water heater, he really is what everyone has been raving about. Responsive, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced ... ALL of it.

THANKS ! Adrian, for NOT taking advantage of me, and for as much as you could (in a 2-hour period replacing my water heater, along with the ""presentation"" at the end on taking care of said water heater) making the experience of spending any kind of money on a STUPID water heater a bit more bearable. YOU are now forever in my ""service"" file ;)
