I had my water heater pilot go out. I couldn't figure out how to light it again. The manufacturer didn't offer any tips or advice and said the valve was on back order and maybe I would have to go buy a new tank! I found this business on yelp and Adrian answered right away. He gave me a tip to hold the pilot button down longer and it may work. Indeed, it did! Fast service, great advice, and better than the manufacturer ""experts"". Thanks Adrian!!!

Definitely received 5 star treatment from Adrian and Dependable Water Heaters. I went out to my garage to find water all over the place. My water heater had given out. I quickly scanned Yelp and found Dependable Water Heaters with their 5 star average. That seemed too easy. I called and Adrian set me up with an appointment the next morning. About an hour after he arrived, the water heater was up and running. Adrian is super friendly, and took the time to explain his estimate and the installation. I highly recommend this company!

On Halloween night we had to deal with our water heater giving up on us - when I called Adrian he was willing to come the same night to fix the water heater to fix our leaking water heater - think 10.30 pm

He came as promised and put in a brand new water heater and explained to us how the new water heater worked. He explained maintaining the water heater on a regular basis.

Didn't have hot water today and couldn't get a hold of my landlord. I first called PG & E but they wouldn't come out because I didn't smell ""rotten eggs"". Adrian is really good - very knowledgeable, efficient and professional.
He is also very friendly and customer-oriented.
We realized that our water heater quit working and contacted Adrian the day before yesterday, he responded right away and after looking at several pictures I've sent him and asking a few questions he knew exactly what the problem was and what needs to be done.
He gave me the exact quote with a discount for seniors and scheduled his visit right away. His pricing and warranty - 6 years on parts and 3 years on labor - are better than I could find anywhere else.
Adrian showed up yesterday fully prepared and replaced the water heater quickly and professionally even though it was at the end of a very long day for him. He was very neat and accurate, even installed a tray under the tank that was not there before.
I would highly recommend Adrian to anybody who has some water heater related problems, he is just great.

I highly recommend Dependable Water Heaters if you have any problems with your water heater - tank or tankless. We discovered a leak in our tankless water heater on Thursday. Called Adrian Diaz, he answered immediately, did a facetime call right there to try and troubleshoot. I also sent him some photos. He was able to tell right away what was wrong. We would need a new unit. He said he would call the warehouse to find a unit that would fit without much re-work. Next morning a bit after 9 AM, I get a text from him about the new unit, and the total cost estimate. He said he could arrive at 10:30 AM to replace the unit. He arrives right on time, finishes the work in about 1 hour. No hassles, no problems. He is the most helpful, courteous gentleman to work with, unparalleled customer service and support and he knows everything there is to know about water heaters !

He gives a 3 year warranty on his work. I need to set up a calendar entry to flush my tankless water heater yearly (I didn't know I needed to do that, which is why my first unit cracked after about 7 years, stupid me).

Adrian Diaz is the model of how a small business should operate ! I highly recommend Dependable Water Heaters !!

My old water heater is over 20 years old. Although it's still working fine, I decide to replace it in case something happens. Adrian responded very quickly and came over the next morning with a perfect installation of a new one. He finished the work professionally, replaced a few old pipes with new ones, and walked me through all the details of maintenance. Really dependable to work with. High recommend him.

Adrian went above and beyond. Our water heater was leaking so we called Adrian to come out to replace it. His first visit he found mold on our walls so he suggested to get that fix before installing a new heater. He came out the second time to remove our old water heater so we can get the walls done. The third time he came out with his crew to install the new water heater. 3 trips he made and there was no trip charge on top of the job. Mike and this other member did a great job installing the system. Definitely reccommend this guy for your water heater.
