Adrian had replaced one of my neighbor's leaky water heater in March 2015. Another neighbor and I had called Adrian back a week later to flush our tanks. Needless to say, when my water heater needed to be replaced 2 weeks ago, I contacted Adrian. He was on vacation when I reached out, but he got back promptly and we scheduled an appointment the following week. He did a fantastic job and was very reasonably priced. To sum it up: Adrian is honest, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, personable and punctual. I would absolutely recommend him and have already mentioned him to my family, friends and co-workers. This is my second review on Yelp. :)

Our old water heater was installed 13 years ago, so no dripping pan underneath. It was running great until one day my husband noticed some water on the ground. California, dry place, if you see water on the ground near water heater, you will want to find out what is going on. Same theory, if you see water around dishwasher, shower, sink, washer or toilet, you want to check right away before the damage goes worse.

So we googled, yelped and then chose a few water heater guys to call for quotation and availability. Adrian came to our house the same day in the afternoon. He is friendly and pleasant to talk with, more importantly, he is professional on water heaters. Because we had to fix the wooden box underneath first, Adrian left the new water heater in our garage and hauled away the old one - no deposit, no charge - just the mutual trust built during the communication.

My husband fixed the wooden box (I'm so proud of him but I should focus on the review to Adrian here :pppp). Then Adrian came in and got the new water heater installed professionally. He put dripping pan. He wrote his name, installation date and phone number on the tank with a smily face. Very cute and leaves a peace of mind to the owner too.

A few days later, Adrian made a follow-up call to us. Of course, the new water heater runs great.

Adrian is as professional and courteous as they come. Arrived on time and replaced my water heater in a surprisingly short amount of time and didn't leave until hot water was running again and not to mention he's just a cool guy in general. Adrian is simply superb. He knew exactly what was going wrong. Was very competitive on pricing when compared to others. Very prompt and ""dependable"". He noticed that my floor area was went and rather than just not caring he highly recommended I get that fixed even though it meant some amount of inconvenience for him to fix it temporarily and then come back to finish the job. Went the extra mile to install a hot water circulation pump as I always wanted one.
You will not go wrong with Adrian. Very professional and nice to deal with. Highly recommend

I couldn't have asked for someone more friendly and helpful than Adrian. I had hot water leaking from a pipe on my side yard and he came to my house less than an hour after I called him in the afternoon. He told me that not only did I have a broken pressure valve on my water heater pushing water into the yard, but the water heater itself was broken and leaking. Then he showed me everything he saw so I could see too. He told me he could get a new one and replace it right away. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Definitely the first person I will call him if I ever have a question again.

Adrian is your most trusted dependable water heater tech. He replaced my old water heater today that just died. He is courteous, very professional, friendly, reasonable and very efficient. The job took longer than 3 hours because of my garage configuration, but he was patient. Am so glad I found him on Yelp. He got 5 stars from his customers. I would have given him a 10, as his positive attitude was a bonus. At the end he taught me about my new water heater, the parts and their functions, and what to do in emergency. I recommend Adrian very highly.

Wow, a year ago, Adrian replaced my water heater, did a fantastic job. Still works great, no problems. Last night I discovered a hot water pipe leak in my attic. Pretty bad leak. Called up Adrian and asked if he could fix. He called back within hour, setup appointment for early morning.

He arrived, was courteous and friendly (that's how he normally is) and had copper pipe repaired within the hour. That's what I call outstanding customer support!

Adrian is my go-to guy for all my plumbing needs and I highly recommend him.

I have a 5 year old, 38 gallon water heater that the pilot light will not stay on. Called several water heater repair companies that said it was the pilot light assembly or thermo stat with a repair quote of around $300. I called Adrian with Dependable Water Heaters and he said it was the thermo coupler and to call GE for the part and he will install for $145. I called GE and they said the problem was the thermo coupler ($100) and GE will Fed Ex the thermo coupler for free. The part came in 2 days (didn't have to pay for the part or Fed Ex). I called Adrian. He came the next morning and installed the part in 30 minutes. I had hot water in one hour. He was efficient, courteous and advised me that the GE water has a design flaw in the thermo coupler and will burn out again in 5-6 years. I can either 1) replace the thermo coupler again 2) buy a brand new tank (other than GE) installed 3) or buy a tankless system since my water heater is located outside my garage and installation is easier.

I contacted Adrian to get my water heater replaced because the old one was leaking. He was very prompt in responding. Very courteous and easy to work with.
He suggested we work with our home warranty and also set us up with restoration companies that can help dry out any damage to the walls against which the old leaking heater was installed. He also helped with a temporary installation while we were drying the walls. All in all a positive experience and made our lives very easy.
