I called Adrian on a Friday night at 9:30pm and he was already booked for the night. However, he was nice enough to walk me through some basic troubleshooting. Turns out the maintenance guy who flushed out the water heater earlier in the day did not turn the water heater back on properly. He asked me to text him the pictures of the pilot light, thermostat, etc.... and we went from there. He walked us through turning it back on. We offered to send money but he refused. what a nice guy! we would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future.

In one word - honest!! The water heater died out and I called around to get quotes to have it fixed. I had stumbled upon Dependable Water heaters on Yelp and chatted with Adrian - the owner. After describing my water heater and it's condition - he pretty much diagnosed as the thermo-couple going bad. He pretty told me over the phone how that I could go to Home Depot and purchase a universal thermo0couple and install it myself! He even talked me through the procedure! I still didn't quite feel comfortable doing it myself so he took time out to come by my place on a Sunday and installed the part for me. Within 15 to 20 minutes my water heater was back up!


In contrast, I had multiple water-heater companies who were quoting me very high prices to have it fixed. He charged me a very nominal price to have the part installed. He even gave me a safety tips on how to properly turn on the water heater.

I'm quite frankly surprised how extremely honest he was and such a nice guy!

It would honestly save you time by give Adrian a quick call before looking at other companies for your water heater issues!

I contacted Adrian to replace my water heater. During our first conversation he recommended contacting the manufacturer of the old water heater to see if it could be fixed under the warranty to save me some money. After I determined that I would need to replace the water heater, I set up a appointment with Adrian to install a new water heater. He arrived on time and was very professional. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as he worked. At the end of the job, he walked me through the leak inspection, the work that was done, and how to maintain the water heater. I would not hesitate to use Adrian again.

I had a water heater leak and Adrian came out the same day to take a look and helped with getting the water damage company in right away. He also set up a temporary water heater the next day and promptly installed a new water heater when all the water damage work was done. Cannot express how happy I was with his work and professionalism and promptness in answering and returning calls. What I thought would be a nightmare turned out to be not so bad at all after his help and getting insurance to cover most of the cost of damage. I highly recommend Adrian.
