I recently experienced a leaking water heater in my garage--a major crisis for my hot water-loving family. I immediately turned to Yelp and searched on water heater repairers, and found Dependable (Adrian). He has excellent reviews, and I quickly got the impression that he is a sole proprietor, which I prefer. I called him, he answered...and showed up at my house an hour later--with a new water heater. Amazing...

Once he pulled the old water heater out, though, we found water damage in the wall behind it, and it had seeped into my adjacent dining room. Ugh...Adrian set aside the old water heater, and dropped off the new one, and promptly referred me to Bay Proz Restoration to tear out the wet drywall. Bay Proz was equally responsive, and got me cleaned up quickly, so that Adrian could return to install the water heater in the next few days.

Adrian is highly responsive, pleasant, very experienced, communicates well and charges a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use him again, or to recommend him to my friends.

Wonderful experience!! I called and on the phone Adrian talked me through re-lighting my pilot light. His directions were excellent and he was very patient. He easily could have made an appointment to come out himself and charged me a huge service fee but he didn't! I would call again and hire him without any hesitation.

Adrian came recommend through Next Door app. I Called because my pilot light was out when we came home. He quickly asked me to go outside and he was going to give me directions on how to try to relate it I did tell him I tried using these instructions on the unit but he insisted I tried again. Within 5 minutes I had the pilot light back on. This is a person with integrity and is honest. It could have easily came over here charged me and Charged me a service fee but instead he did it over the phone at no cost. Totally a kind person And a good business person. Need I say more?
