Such amazing service!

Dependable Water Heaters isn't short of great reviews, but for the great service I have received, I thought to add one more.

Our water heater was due for replacement, it was 15 years old and was eroded and leaking at the bottom. As a first-time encounter with a water heater problem, I was quite anxious and eager to have this issue resolved.

Adrian was able to respond promptly and make precise assessment over the water heater problem. Aside from the technical proficiency, he also provided communication that was personable, efficient, and clear to understand.

Specifically for the resolution of our water heater issue- Adrian asked for photos for assessment, gave a brief description of the issue and what needs to be done including a fair quote, then he went over how the process would potentially go. As a customer, I was reassured knowing exactly what to expect from initial communication to completion of the work.

It was overall a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Dependable Water Heater to anyone who may be experiencing water heater troubles at their home!

Our old water heater cracked (and was clearly beyond repair) on July 3rd. As soon as I noticed, I called Adrian. He answered right away, quoted us a fair replacement price, and was even able to squeeze us in for installation the same day so we wouldn't have to wait until after the holiday. Our 19 year old gas tank water heater started leaking water, and so I called a bunch of different places to ask for quotes. Adrian gave the best quote and was very responsive and helpful. He was able to replace it the next day and also pointed out a problem with the old installation, which he fixed. Adrian is the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me troubleshoot issue over FaceTime and helped resolve the issue. He didn't charge for the service. I couldn't get the pilot to light on my 17 yr old water heater. Adrien came right out, thinking to replace the unit. He got the pilot on or at least showed me the pilot was on (sometimes can be hard to tell in the day) so charged me nothing for his trouble. When it's really time to replace, will definitely be giving Adrien a call.
