We had a broken pvc pipe that's connected to the water hose and was spraying water everywhere; to the point where we had to shut off the water valve. It happened late at night and quickly hopped on yelp to contact some nearby plumbers. Tony, from Dependable Rooter & Plumbing, was the first person to get back to me. I left my # and he called me first thing in the a.m. to schedule an appt. Tony was great. Super nice, friendly and patient. He even called me to walk me through some steps to reassure that the water goes back on smoothly (due to water pressure). Thank you Tony for the pleasant experience!

This company gives you a high price and says if you leave them a good review they will lower the price. They did come out fast and unclog my drain but I don't like their work ethics.

Decided to wait over a week before writing a review to see how the fixes were going to hold up. So far everything has been nothing short of stellar.

I had a clogged sewerline that was causing the dirty water to backfill through my bathtubs and toilets. The next morning after some research, I found this company that had a plenty of good reviews. Called them right away and then within a couple of hours they sent over Justin.

After a quick preliminary inspection, he quickly figured out the problem and suggested a solution. Since we didn't have a clean out pipe, he had to unclog the line from the roof vent. Even though it was over 100° the guy never complained and just did his job. Within 30 minutes, I can hear and see all of the backed up water drain again.

Overall this whole process and been relatively efficient and painless. Which was very welcoming in the more or less stressful situation my family was thrusted in. If Justin is the standard you can expect from this company, then you can rest assured knowing that these guys are the real deal professionals.
