Justin at Dependable did an awesome job and was the quickest to resolve my clogged shower issue. He came to review the issue, discussed a plan of action, ran the equipment, and pulled out a clump of hair in a matter of minutes. Excellent service. Ricardo came explained the situation and came back to do a jet cleaning for my kitchen sink. The issue was deep in which took some hours but he got it done in which 2 plumbers couldn't. Service was excellent, they took their time to check if everything was working before leaving. Finally sink working without issue. Will be my to go plumber. They are s little far from my home but if they can come out when need it will be always using them

I don't understand all the 5 Star reviews. These guys are way overpriced. They charged me $400 for 30 minutes of work. That is more than my mechanic and therapist combined. Call someone else.

Our washing machine overflew with water, and the toilet water didn't go, so was the tub water. Jeremy came to identify the situation. With the agreed upon estimate he started to work outside the house and after digging up to expose the clay pipe he told me snaking would not work. More involvement and work were required, including fixing a new clean out and applying hydro-jetting. A much larger sum was estimated and I agreed in order that we could use the bathroom sooner. Basically he was quite efficient though it was a 2-day project with the complications. One thing I would suggest to Dependable Rooter and Plumbing is to consider giving senior citizens a noticeable discount when the sum is huge. That would be ideal. However, this job is worth at least a 4.8 rating.

Tony Responded right away even came on a Sunday. Toilets clogged tub had dirt coming up. They came out snaked it from clean out in garage and found out it's the main sewer line has roots. We live in a Condo/townhouse so referring to HOA for sewer line repair. Very dependable Plumber.

He was punctual, knowledgeable, patient, and he is able to explain in detail the benefits of the options he gives you! He was able to solve our issue quickly, and left the area he worked in, flawless! In addition, he is friendly, and extremely professional, the company is very lucky to have him representing their brand!
