We called them to get a quote to hydrojet the sewerline for our house. Nathan arrived with 15 to 20 minutes. He checked it out and said they definitely needed to be changed. He gave us a VERY reasonable quote but wanted to get a couple more quotes to be on the safe side. Called him back two days after, and he was able to schedule is right away to get the work done. He had another guy helping him out, Josh, and they were able to complete the work in 1 day. Definitely recommend hiring these guys. Very happy

So Tony called me back and explained the situation which caused him to not respond in a timely manner and offered to come out and diagnose my situation. I ended up not requiring a plumber, but a handyman to fix the leak as it was a badly sealed tile job that Was causing the leak and nothing to do with plumbing. Thank you Tony, you've been redeemed..

We called Dependable plumbing for a clogged drain and Tony (the owner) called me right away and sent out Brian to check our situation and unclog drain but was unable to, as pipes were actually broken and were spilling all kitchen junk under the house, he and ended up going under the house to show us the broken pipes. Brian went above and beyond to provide an accurate assessment. We ended up getting all new drains and re-piped the whole house, we have been putting job off for years. Brian was so thorough in our options and went step by step on how the process would work. The crew that came out was awesome, clean and efficient. Cost was very competitive and we will definitely recommend Dependable to anyone with plumbing needs.

I called Dependable Rooter and Tony scheduled a visit promptly and he and Josh worked to clear my landscape drains that were completely clogged with dirt and roots. Afterwards I discovered one drain that was not running and Tony came out and took care of the problem right away. He is pleasant to to work with and kept everything safe with masks and distancing. Thank you Tony for being so prompt and reliable on a busy weekend. I called other companies but either they were closed, too busy to make time or wanted to charge me $200 more( for only a consult) because it was after 6pm on the weekend. We had issues with our main sewer line; clogged and our auto spin drain cleaner didn't do anything to change the situation.
Fortunately, we found Dependable Rooter & Plumbing and requested a quote for services.
DRP owner Tony responded immediately and a time and date were set; Friday (same day) between 11am to 1pm. Bryan came at exactly 11am.
He was honest, didn't try and sell us services we didn't need, and was able to share suggestions with us in a professional manner.
Overall DRP provided a service that was within our budget and solved the sewer clog we had.
