Sweet Relief! We had a major leak in our commercial building, and after being tossed around to different leak detection specialists, plumbers, restoration specialists, and contractors... I was exhausted and frustrated from explaining our issue to so many people and being told that was not their area of expertise!
Amanda at Dependable Rooter and Plumbing answered my call and immediately I felt like she was INVESTED in our issue and determined to provide a solution. Finally, we had someone on our team!

We just had Taylor come out to our home for the 4th time today, this is in the course of a year or so for different jobs. We have an older home and it needs a lot of TLC. Taylor was once again very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We had an appointment window of 2-4 pm but he was able to come out sooner (10:30) which was awesome. This company is very up front with pricing and if there are different options, they will give you those too, which we really appreciate!! This time we had some pin hole leaks in our water intake pipe. Taylor does excellent work and then takes the time to answer questions and explain what might help to prevent future issues. For us, this means installing a water filtration system on our well.

I highly recommend Dependable Rooter and Plumbing. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Plumber was nice and did not repair root cause of leak issue coming from faucet instead replaced something else that had nothing to do with the kitchen sink leak. I emailed them and asked why the plumber did not address the root cause of the leak and they said replace faucet for over $600 is only solution. So now have to pay another plumber to fix it the right way and have leaking kitchen sink!

I highly recommend this business for all your plumbing needs! I had a leak in my main water line, came home from work to my water being shut off by the city. I called Dependable the next day and within 30 min Andrew showed up, was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained in detail what was going on, had pics and videos from other work they had done, and what my repair options were. He was also extremely patient with me while I made my decision on which option to choose. Next morning, Zach arrived on time and got the job done. I had water!! Thank you Andrew, Zach and team for an amazing experience. Oh, and Francisca too! Has to be one of the most friendly office staff members I've ever had answer a call! She immediately put my mind at ease and made me feel confident that I'd be taken care of, and not have to wait a week for a technician to come out. Thank you!!

Woke up to a bubble of water on my ceiling, called them based on their hood Yelp reviews and they were there within the hour! The owner was very professional, knowledgeable and had a full staff ready to come fix the problem. Every single person we worked was with excellent. Unjustified work costs!

We called because of water hammering in our sprinkler irrigation. Work cost and time spent was over exaggerated. Tech turned the water off while our pool pump was running which fried our run capacitor. They denied cause of course. Wish the tech knew to assess an area before shutting off water, would have saved us another $50 that we needed to spend on a new run capacitor.

Another issue is that we were charged $448 for the tech to dig around an existing hole. Our outside irrigation pipes that show above ground had an access hole to the underground irrigation which is what the tech needed to get to. The company is trying to say the tech needed to dig an additional 2 feet by 2 feet...Since we already had an access hole to the underground irrigation pipes, the tech opened the lid and cleared away minimal debris, yet we are being charged $448 for ""2x2 digging"". I asked the Tech why he didn't mention the cost of this upfront and he had no response! ROBBERY!

We recently used dependable rooter and plumbing on our office building in Roseville to fix a backflow problem. Once it was inspected by the water company, we found out that we only needed a gasket to fix it! Dependable Rooter said they ONLY replace WHOLE units instead of just one part. What could've been fixed for $150 ended up being $2000.

I would not recommend using this company since they do not replace PARTS, they only replace whole units for all plumbing issues you have.
