Taylor the technician who came out to look at my plumbing I can't say enough amazing things about him. He was not only earlier than the specified window given, but he was so nice, kind, respectful, professional, helpful, etc. I could keep going with just how fantastic he was, they sent me a pre appointment text message telling me about my technician and he gave a courtesy call before heading over to give me his eta. He actively listened to the problem and my concerns and was very educational the whole time. I will say that although they are not the most inexpensive they are not the most expensive either and the pricing is consistent, clear and across the board no guessing games with this company. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing a great plumber who is dependable, and you are getting what you pay for in service. Thank you again Taylor!

I had a problem with a leaking shower and Dependable fixed the problem. This is the second time I've used them and Richard Sanchez came out again this time. Scheduling was easy and they were pleasant, came on time again as well.

Today, we called on Taylor from Dependable Rooter and Plumbing again to assist with a whole house back up at my moms home. After tediously searching for the clean out, he quickly located the problem and provided a variety of options for the repair, carefully explaining the pros, cons, and costs associated with each. was the best plumber experience ever! They are so knowledgeable and patiently answered all questions and concerns we have. Starting from good communication with office staff (Francisca), detail oriented job plan/ schedule, handling permits (Andrew), and nevertheless performing such amazing plumbing work ( Jesus, Victor, Cameron, Dakota) They showed up on time in uniforms, always kept us updated with project progress, educated us on plumbing knowledge, and cleaned up - left the job site cleaner and nicer than before. We hired Dependable Rooter & plumbing for 1) sewer project & 2) water filtration system project. They helped us to get rid of that old septic system and connect to public sewer. It was the biggest project for my family and we are so happy to have worked with Dependable. They effortlessly helped minimizing any disruption in our lives during the construction and were able to complete the project on time! Best team ever! Now we are now connected to public sewer and have clean filtered water for daily use. No more septic and well water nightmare!

Plumbing project may somehow be stressful but not until we have worked with Dependable Rooter & Plumbing. It was stress-free, professional, SUPER awesome!

and additionally, special shoutout to Francisca!!! i was having a meltdown due to a big leak in my yard. Francisca was comforting, helped ease my mind and was very attentive. She made sure to go over every step of the process, what to expect before during and after repairs, and followed up to see if everything went smoothly. She kept in contact with me every step of the way.

I also had Andrew, the owner, come look at something else. He came at the drop of a dime and walked me through what could possibly be happening in detail and further steps.
