I called to get a quote on a plumbing service and scheduled an appointment for same day service. The appointment was scheduled for two hours out. Received a call 2 hours later saying they could not have someone come out due to an emergency call and have to reschedule my appointment for Monday which is 2 days later. My toilet and tub is clogged and end up waiting for someone to come out and yet they decide to reschedule instead. So Disappointing. I thought the review was great about this place but they did not leave a good impression on me when I needed service.

Thanks to the guys at Dependable for their quick and detailed work when our water heater recently failed. Their responsiveness was incredible. Andrew, Taylor, Jesus, Kon and Cameron were very helpful and did the repairs and waterheater replacement super swiftly, and to help make sure we had all cleanup and repairs done and had access to hot water as soon as possible. Thank you so much!

Dependable Plumbing? More like Deceitful plumbing! They're focused more on up-selling and price gouging than taking care of the customer. I made the mistake of hiring these guys. I learned my lesson. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for plumbing service. These guys will rip you off!

I managed to break the (ancient) assembly under my bathroom sink while retrieving jewelry from the p-trap. I called it in at 9 at night and got an appointment for 8 the next day. A tech was out, but the appointment still only had to be postponed to the afternoon. Kon(stantin, sp?) came out. He called when he was 30 min out, was cheerful, professional, and quickly figured out some options. When I made it clear we were in a budget, he identified the lower-cost options I could use and made them work. Second time I've used these guys, and this is the first plumbing company I've been happy with every time. The work itself, including a store trip, took about 2 hours. Fully intend to keep using this company.

Sink backed up while we were doing dishes. After checking the drain under the sink and making sure the p-trap was clear, I could see that my problem would require more than my limited handyman skills could offer. They answered on the first try, got me on the schedule and seen within an hour. Richard came out and let me know what was going on after asking me some questions and inspecting the problem. He gave me a few options and pricing, then gave me his recommendation. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up after. This sounds cliche to say, but their entire company, from first call to waking out my door after a job done, was honestly some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I have worked with some great companies in the past with great customer service, but this took it to a whole new level.

We received stellar service from Dependable Plumbing. Richard quickly diagnosed the issue and conducted several tests to confirm his hypothesis before beginning work. I really appreciated his thorough and careful approach which saved us money and stress (i.e., avoiding cutting through walls, or other interventions). He was also very patient and friendly with our extremely curious five year old son.

I've worked with other local plumbing companies and Dependable and Richard really raised the bar in terms of service and expertise. I HIGHLY recommend calling Dependable Plumbing if you have work that needs to be done.

I am very happy with the work done by Dependable rooter and plumbing.Here is a bit of my story. Thursday night my water heater caught fire in my garage. On Friday morning I called Dependable rooter and plumbing, since the moment they answered me on the phone, Francisca was very friendly and helpful. In half an hour Andrew was at my house giving me information about the services and options for water heather that they offer, Andrew took the time to explain each of the costs, benefits and disadvantages helping me choose the best option. One of the things that impressed me was the constant communication, how fast and efficient the service was. On Saturday I was able to have water again, being able to bring my family back to my house. Andrew was very professional, he took many photos since he started his work, which helped me to have everything well documented. Their technicians were available to answer any questions I had. I am very impressed with how fast and efficient everyone in the company was. The finished jobs looks amazing we can tell someone takes pride on what they do.

Total total rip off! Stay away from this company! They charge a 89.00 fee to come out to home.I am ok with that.
Then I get hit with 3 options to snake my kitchen sink.
First option snake my sink 89.00 plus $358.00 (wow)
Second option 89.00 plus $1100.00 for more powerful clean ( Wow Wow)
3rd option 89.00 plus $1300.00 dollars to hydro jet it. ( Wowser)

Are you joking me with these prices??? It is a clogged sink! Get out of my home!!!!

Needed a sewer line cleared asap and called around. These guys not only showed up the same day, they were early. Richard was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He did a great job explaining everything and educating me on my choices. I'd recommend this company to anyone.
