This company has been awesome with helping us. We have had water heater problems for awhile now and they have with above and beyond to help. Sean was an awesome technician who has helped us with out water heater problems as of late. His expertise with tankless water heaters is amazing.. Highly recommend them!

Not reliable. Over priced! Charged a card they had no business having on file whatsoever! not fixing their mistakes! Had two issues with them. We called them because our bathroom was flooding underneath the toilet at a commercial building. when they arrived I gave them one card and immediately I told him to take that card off and use a different one right away so he did that. I was charged a ridiculous fee for an extra person to help him and it seemed like they spent more of the time running around the building I'm not sure why, our bathroom just had to be reset and unclogged. Once I was told that the bathroom was finished, went to check and it was not flushing now we had absolutely no problem with it flushing and he was trying to leave. We said the job is not done and you did something wrong that it's not flushing now. He said he had to get a part and come back. The following day I called to complain They got defensive and almost argued with us saying that it's not their fault that the flush is not working and wanted to charge me an extra $337 but ended up saying if you think it's our fault we will fix it (yes we think it's 100% your fault). They come the following day call me before the appointment and say something about a form of payment. My response was the owner is on site She is there and if anything is needed talk to her bc she talked to them when they said they would take care of fixing it. The guy came, and did what he needed to do, and left. The following day I see a charge for $337 in my bank. THEY CHARGED THE CARD I TOLD THEM TO TAKE OFF AND NOT USE! Why was it still in the system? No payment was supposed to come out of that card at all $0! I called to complain and had no response for over 2 weeks! Made a bank claim and ONLY THEN got a call!

Not only did he let us know what regular function should look like, he also pointed out other key indicators to look for. From noticing the concern this morning, to calling, booking, and completing the inspection this afternoon, working with Dependable Rooter and Plumbing could not have been any easier. They will be our go to for any future needs!

Called after hours for an emergency! They came out within an hour of us calling and worked all weekend to get us fixed up. Fast, reliable, and they have a whole team of every type of contractor you could need, so you don't need to worry about getting passed around to 3rd parties for different parts of the project.

Sweet Relief! We had a major leak in our commercial building, and after being tossed around to different leak detection specialists, plumbers, restoration specialists, and contractors... I was exhausted and frustrated from explaining our issue to so many people and being told that was not their area of expertise!
Amanda at Dependable Rooter and Plumbing answered my call and immediately I felt like she was INVESTED in our issue and determined to provide a solution. Finally, we had someone on our team!

We just had Taylor come out to our home for the 4th time today, this is in the course of a year or so for different jobs. We have an older home and it needs a lot of TLC. Taylor was once again very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We had an appointment window of 2-4 pm but he was able to come out sooner (10:30) which was awesome. This company is very up front with pricing and if there are different options, they will give you those too, which we really appreciate!! This time we had some pin hole leaks in our water intake pipe. Taylor does excellent work and then takes the time to answer questions and explain what might help to prevent future issues. For us, this means installing a water filtration system on our well.
