I simply cannot say enough good about Michael! My mom in laws toilet backed up, and I called Rooterman. I have had 2 previous visits from other companies, and they only got it open, never fixed. Michael and his helper showed up, and worked on it FOR 8 HOURS! At first, mom in law was worried, but he said he doesnt leave till your drain works! Long story short, tree root in pipe, gotta dig up yard, bad news! Michael got a crew on it in two days, during Christmas week! And it only cost 3300 bucks! I estimated 10k easy! Family member thought the disposal was a garbage can and put 2 lbs of Brussels sprouts down the drain on Christmas Eve. Michael arrived on time and was able to trouble shoot where our clog was due to our basement pipes being not typical from most. He fixed the issue and was completely reasonable. Nightmare experience! We had an unfortunate issue occur when the snake broke off in my sewer line while Michael was snaking the line. He said he'd come back another day to get the snake out. After that, he wouldn't call or text me back to come fix the issue. He totally ghosted me and made it become my problem to try and figure out what to do!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone ever!!!

You never think about drains until they start backing up on you. Called on a Thursday and was able to schedule for the following Monday.

The owner, Michael, showed up on time and rodded out three slow draining tubs/sink drains at my home. He was very nice, informative and I appreciated that he cleaned up after himself which many contractors don't do (or don't do well even if they try).

$99 all in for three blocked drains albeit my drains were apparently not horrendous. Two thumbs up.

Called the RooterMan in the morning and had my drain cleaned out that afternoon. The other two companies I called this morning have yet to return my call. Tim came out and originally thought there was a minor blockage. Nope, there was a blockage, tree roots way way out at the end of my line. Tim persevered and cleared the line. Tim was pleasant, did I the job and I will call the Rooter Man again. Oh and the price was excellent.

If anyone is in need of rooter service for the mainline or just a simple cleaning I recommend 75rooterman.com. They helped us out when our first contractor up and left in the middle of a mainline replacement at our rental property. They came same day, made all the arrangements with city for permitting and took care of basically the entire job for a very reasonable price. They also came to clean our mainline at our personal residence the same day we called for an appointment. Michael is very communicative and attentive. Also a plus is electronic debit and credit card payments as well if you prefer not to pay cash or check.
