This was the one person available to come out for a shower drain clog. He was super respectful. He came out on time. The clog was fixed. They didn't even bill us! We had to hunt them down to pay the $75.

Let me tell you AAA took care of me after I paid $100 to these people and I was flooded once within 30 days and they said I had a 45 day warranty and came a second time and left me flooded and when I called he got loud with me and hung up on me. I hope I get my money back like he promise because he robbed me for 100 and I have 4 children to feed but AAA JUST unclogged me. I'm very disturbed with this agency

I called 4 other companies before reaching Rooter Man. No other company answered the phone. Rooter Man answered promptly, gave up front quotes, and stuck to them. He arrived in the time frame that was quoted. He called before heading my way. I appreciate that he treated me with respect even though I explained my plumbing problem in a rather uneducated way.

I most appreciated all the tips he gave us, like water sensors to prevent undetected flooding from the water heater or floor drain, how to prevent the toilet from leaking and tips about managing toilet plugs and regular plumbing maintenance.

Rooter Man did everything he said he would and more for a reasonable price. The price was equivalent or cheaper than other quotes that came in.

Unfortunately for everyone else, those quotes didn't come in until hours after the job was done! I Rooter Man was also the only company I reached that could come same day.

I called yesterday morning and set up an appointment for 2pm. Their technician was a no show and no call. I called their office and got the voicemail at 4pm. No one returned my call. Now I get to take off work for a second day so I can have another company come out to do the job that the Rooter Man didn't do.

George was amazing!!! I learned so much about my plumbing while he was snaking my main line. I will definitely be using them again in the future. They were able to come out the same day that I called. He ensured that he cleaned up everything before leaving and was a pleasant and professional. Made my worries about having a plumber come out disappear. Very reasonably priced, didn't try to nickel and dime you. Was a great experience for a bad situation. Super pleased!

Michael came out right on time and did a thorough job of rooting out our kitchen drain. He hooked our garbage disposal back up and all the associated drain pipes which I had pulled apart. He charged $75 and not a penny more. He seemed very honest and concerned with providing a good value. I recommend him highly.

Highly, highly, highly recommend this company. Mike came quickly, was upfront (even on the phone), very affordable, knowledgeable, and kind. Needed my kitchen sink drain snaked and he did it quickly and answered any questions I had along the way. I was so impressed by his service, that I asked him to look at two leaking toilets while there. He fixed one in 20 seconds at no charge and replaced some parts in the other at very minimum charge. I'm a female and have been ripped off by other service providers so many times. Roto rooter was going to charge at least 4 times more than he was and applewood plumbing are scammers as well. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH OF THEM...they will try to tell you you need to replace things that don't need replaced and are very pushy and uncomfortable to be around. I've definitely found my Denver plumber! Couldn't be happier with his service and I'm so thankful I found him. Small, locally owned company who doesn't make money by ripping people off.

Michael did the job quickly, he kept the new carpet clean, and he charges less than the bad guys and less than he should. So I tipped him a bit more than a common restaurant percentage on his invoice. You should too if you hire him because he charges too little, he's one of the good guys and you'll still pay less than you would to be ripped off by the bad guys!

As to the one star complaints, all I can say is that was not my experience. Michael showed on time, he was very considerate of carpet, left the bathroom spotless (he had to pull the toilet to run the line), and really cleaned that line. I watched the scope realtime as it happened.

He'll be the first one I'll call next time.
