These guys are awesome! Mike came out the first time I used them and did an overhaul of my drainage pipes in my basement for a very reasonable price. The next time I called with a foul smell coming from the shower and they came out the next day to fix it for me. This is the best service I have gotten from any contractor/plumber/private business since I moved to Colorado over a year ago! Hire them!

Micheal is a great guy. He's prompt, professional, and knowledgable. I had an issue with the house main drain line backing up and leaking. He walked me through the most likely cause as he fixed the problem, and shared the best way to avoid the issue in the future. He also made sure I was aware of the other, outside possibilities for which I needed to be watchful, and how to spot them. I would most certainly recommend his services.

I've had Michael out four times to work on various plumbing issues in our older home, and I recommend him to others every time I hear of a friend needing drains dealt with. He is always extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. And, he truly is the $75 Rooter Man - $75 is what he charges regardless of the time he puts in. It's so nice to know upfront that it really is going to cost what he says it will. Michael's quality of work is outstanding, and he's efficient in how he uses his time. Also, in the case that any changes come up related to an appointment time, as they can in his line of work, he's quick to call and let the customer know when he'll be there. Additionally, we've never had any issues after jobs he's done; and, if we ever did, I know he'd be our ASAP to deal with it. I highly recommend his company to anyone who wants a reliable, trustworthy, and professional person to perform this type of service. There's no reason to try anyone else!

Initially, I called another company (Bell Plumbing) to come out for an estimate which cost me $59. He told me all sorts of things were possibly wrong. I knew it didn't sound right because all that was wrong was my clean-out was backed up. I declined them to fix it and instead found $75 Rooter Man. He came out on time and concurred we needed to unclog the clean out. Unfortunately my clean out is under an old deck. It took forever to pull up a couple of boards because the screws were rusted and some of the heads were stripped. He hung in there with it as this was the hard part. After perhaps an hour and a half he finally was able to get to the clean out. Since this home is a rental he found tampons but mostly baby wipes which are BAD even though they say flushable, they're not! He had such a good spirit and attitude throughout the job. He was only going to charge me $100 but I gave him $125 - he did a fab job, good attitude despite my stupid deck and everything has been working great ever since. I just found my new drain cleaner! Thank you!

Mike was a lifesaver when our bathtub wasn't draining. After unsuccessfully buying and using a drain snake on my own, I called half a dozen other plumbers in a panic. He was one of only a couple that called me back and the only one that could make it out on a Saturday evening. He was very kind to stop by our house at the end of his route. It turned out that the pipe was actually frozen and that we needed to let the pipes thaw before using the shower again. What really impressed me is that Mike didn't leave the diagnosis at just that--he offered some sound advice how to thaw the pipes and also how to prevent them from freezing again. He didn't even want to charge us for the trip, but I insisted on paying for his trip because he was such a huge help to us.

Although Mike didn't have to cut into my pipes or anything like that, he was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, which is why he'll be my first call when I actually have a plumbing emergency on my hands.

I would like to give them a better rating, but when they were not able to resolve my issue the day of service, they promised to call me that evening to set up a follow-up appointment after the weekend. No calls, and no response to my voice mail when I called them back the following Monday. :(
