Very responsive to my request for an estimate but also expensive. I did not choose them for my furnace replacement. They were not the most expensive but I decided to go with the lowest bidder as he has done work at my house before and I have never been disappointed. This evaluation IS NOT a response to their workmanship (obviously) but rather their economy and value.

UPDATE: after considering the response from the owner that was respectful and thought provoking. I agree that my review was strictly based on a price point and could not address value. There is an added ""value"" in a company that values customer service and responds to an issue within 24 hours. There is also added ""value "" in having different trade specialist consulted or involved in a project. So I have increased to 4 stars, even though I did not hire Denomme I am confident any work done by them will be done well and have good support in the future.

Very pleased with Denommee! From the beginning, their communication was excellent. We had a mini split system put in our home and worked directly with Amanda over at Denommee for the estimate scheduling, Mass Save rebate and installation scheduling. She was so helpful, friendly, thorough and responsive.
Chris came over and gave us an estimate. We thought the pricing was very fair and it certainly beat another well-known company in the area. The estimate came back in a very timely manner and like Amanda, Chris was very responsive.
Kevin was our project manager and was fantastic. Throughout process after our parts were ordered, he kept us informed on where things stood because supply chain issues were causing the condensers to be delayed. He also came to do a walkthrough before the install began, which speaks to his attention to detail.
Alex and Nate were two of the mini split installers. Not only did they seem very talented, they were also respectful (we have a 5 month old at home who is a light sleeper). And, for example, if a door was shut, they would always ask before going into it and were happy to postpone doing some work on a specific area if it was going to wake up my son from his nap because it was going to be loud.
Overall, I would highly recommend Denommee!

This review is from quote to finished and completed work on mini-split heat pump (HVAC). Overall was great and would recommend!

Quoting process was very thorough, and we went over almost all options possible.

Pricing was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive based on a few quotes that we got. So from my experience you get great value for the service.

Scheduling is mostly where my experience was missing that 5th star. Change in scheduling happened about 3 times and so you'll have to be a little flexible because during material and labor shortages due to covid, I'm assuming this where the challenges are.

Installation was mostly all clean and went smoothly without any unforeseen issues. This was in about 4 parts: inside unit and compressor one day, outside and inside and basement lines one day, electrician assessment quick look one day, then actual electrician and final turning switch on.
There was a very minor issue that we ran into a couple of weeks later but they were able to resolve it within 24 hours at no extra cost. (Covered under warranty)

Just as we were leaving for the airport to pick up our weekend guests, my husband discovered our leaking water heater. Amanda answered our call and was very helpful and able to send out Phil to investigate in an hour. He was efficient, amiable, and able to schedule a new water heater installation the next day, a Friday. JJ and Eric were very professional, friendly, and worked tirelessly to get the job done. Our guests only had to take one cold water shower, which was a gift! I highly recommend Denommee Plumbing.

One and Done with ""Denommee did not love me."" I'm sure they have done some excellent work for customers however not for me . Easy and pleasant customer service for booking the appointment and promptly. I made the appointment for a service inspection as I felt that the water was taking a long time to heat up, and I haven't had any service done on the unit since its installation 12 Years. Serviceman showed up; he seemed nice, gave me some advice, and identified that the water pipe screen was clogged up, which would cause my problem. Nothing else was needed, and I was pleased with the 160.00 fees.
PROBLEM: Within two hours, the unit wouldn't work, and when I called the company back to see what needs to be done, they suggested I speak with the technician who came over. He gave me a timely call back; however, after I explained what happened, his first words were, ""Well, it was working when I left."" I asked if he can swing by again to look, and he said no, you have to call the company and schedule another appointment for 160.00. He also started saying untrue things like ""you said it wasn't working before"" so maybe it's broken now in a different way. Simply rude conversation. So I went to youtube to see if any videos dealt with this problem, and the first thing they said was if the cover was removed for any reason. Unplug it from the wall and make sure all wires were tight. I also checked the water screen since I was able to see how it was put back in. After resetting it, it worked. I'm paying the 160.00 fees because That's what I do owe.

I recently switched my heating system from oil to propane and after some research online, I chose Denommee.
Troy was excellent and a pleasure to work with. He followed up on every step from the first appointment until the heat was on and running. Every time I had a question I could call/email/text him and he would respond instantly.
The installers Matt and Taylor worked very hard and did a meticulous job, pleasant and very kind. Tim the project manager was prompt and made sure everything was perfect. Diane at the office followed up on all paperwork and submitted rebates and was just amazing to work with.
Everyone I dealt with was extremely accommodating throughout the project regardless of any complications. They were all very easy to communicate, creative and flexible.
I guess what I most valued was the ability to communicate and interact with humans (no machines messages, prompts and waiting for responses!). They have a business, they all worked hard and did a great job.

Our water heater failed, and as it was only 4 years old, I called Denommee as they are the local dealer for our brand, believing it to be under warranty. To their credit, they responded quickly. They did however, lead me to believe that it was not under warranty (as I was not the original purchase, it came with our home when we bought it) and that a new water heater would be approximately $1560 installed (flat rate). As we had no hot water and not many options, I agreed.

While their installer was at the home, I contacted the manufacturer, who told me that that unit was indeed covered, and I would only have to pay labor costs. I pointed this out to the plumber, and he contacted their distributor, who confirmed it was under warranty. The plumber told us we would have to pay labor and would be reimbursed the cost of the defective water heater.

Several weeks later, we received a refund in the amount of $462 for the water heater--the whole sale price, meaning that our labor costs were approximately $1100 (the plumber was at our home for exactly 3 hours). When I questioned Denommee about this, they explained that it was because the unit was 4-years old and the reimbursement was ""pro rated"" for use. I contacted the manufacturer again, and they said this was not the policy, that I should only have to pay labor.

When I contacted Denommee (again), they essentially told me, ""Tough, you agreed to our price and this is our policy."" In essence, they charged me for retail installation of a new water heater and reimbursed me wholesale. I repeatedly asked for an itemized bill of their costs, which they refused to provide. They provided a number of specious arguments about their possible future warranty repairs, or some units have problems and take longer, etc. They also said that their labor costs are normally $165/hr, which is roughly $50/hour more than I have ever paid for a plumber, leading me to believe they inflated it afterwards.

I have no complaints with their work, it was professional and the installer was very good. I do object to their deceptive practices and pricing. As with all things, caveat emptor.

These guys were great! I had a toilet that had leaked straight through to the floor below. They came out and took a look and assured me that the ceiling would not collapse before they had more time to fix the issue (no charge for this visit since I scheduled the repair). They quickly discovered what was the causing the problem and fixed it very fast. They left my house very clean. I will be using them again if needed.

Was recommended this company. Called to schedule something and didn't even have the opportunity. Right after I asked for a scheduling, the lady on the other end of the phone yelled (she seemed annoyed before I even had started talking) and hung up on me. Not very professional.
