Recommended Customer Reviews

I typically don't get too excited about plumbing service. However, I was particularly impressed with Delta Plumbing. My Service technicians were Westly c and Dylan c. They were on time, courteous, and professional. They took time to explain the entire process, completed the septic tank drainage promptly, and cleaned up fully when finished. There were no surprises. I rarely do online reviews, but these guys were exceptional, so I wanted to be sure to say something.

Called Delta Plumbing on Monday 8/9/2017 and requested an appointment to determine what was needed for my rocking toilet. Jimmy came out on 8/10/17 told me what I needed and scheduled another appointment with me to return the next day at 1pm 8/10/17. Jimmy was a no show so I called and they could not locate the appt. Selena made a call to Jimmy and I was told he would call me when he finished his appt. I did not receive a call back so I called again and request be placed in the schedule for 8/11 at 9am. Well once again he was a no show and I called to be told that he called in sick. Very unreliable!

After my 1st """"meh"""" experience, I foolishly used them again a few weeks later as I had an emergency situation. They up-sold me. Told me the job wd be done one way, did it another and still charged me $1800 after they convinced me that just replacing the damaged pipe wd not be a good way to go even though there was NOTHING wrong with my line. They even convinced my husband. They told me my 6x6 bush wd have to be dug up, requiring big equipment being brought in. It didn't - the guy dug it by hand - and a whole bunch of other things they were going to have to do - cutting into sheet rock in the basement - that they didn't. They wd only warranty their work - THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE- for 90 days but wd warranty a $2000 job for 2 years. They some how convinced me that it wd be """"cheaper"""" to replace the whole line vs just fixing the broken connection which wd have cost me $450. They had just pumped my septic tank which ended up costing me over $3,000. I had to go thru the bill line by line to find that I was being over charged for some things, eg, they wanted to charge me almost $200 for a $21 filter to be put in. I called to question this charge and was told that if they had to dig up the tank to put in the filter, that that charge wd apply - well the hole was already dug when they went in to pump the tank so I was being charged twice. There were a few other things that I was able to eliminate saving me $700! You really have to watch these guys. They seem nice, but they will OVER SELL YOU and in this last instance not do the job the way they said they were going to, do it another way and end up with something you NEVER REALLY NEEDED. The """"Educated Plumber"""" is educated in convincingly selling you what you DO NOT NEED in order for them to warranty their work. They use a lot of scare tactics. Watch these guys. Better yet, find another company. I feel ripped off and should have my bill reduced by $1000!

Was advised over the phone they give free estimates which was not the case according to the plumber who showed up. We did end up using them because our water heater in the attic was leaking and we were pressed. He told us it could be one of two things and then only did one of the two apparently. Spent $375 for the service only to find out the water heater issue was not solved. Spent two days calling and begging the manager to send someone out who could fix the issue and not recharge us. We didn't pay for him to test a theory we paid for him to fix the problem. They finally did come back out and the tech was rude but he fixed it right the second and last time I will be using them.

Gary Staffins did a awesome job and I really appreciated him taking the time to explain everything.

I had a scheduled 2 hour appointment window from Delta Plumbing. I received NO courtesy phone call saying they were running behind or were going to be late and as a matter of fact I never received a phone call from the assigned technician at all. I had to call Delta Plumbing myself after my 2 hour appointment window had past to find out what was going on. I ended up canceling my appointment after the whole debacle after waiting an additional 2 hours and continuosly reaching out to Delta Plumbing.

Jerry at Delta Plumbing saved us thousands of dollars. After receiving quotes to repair sewage line from 3 other companies - I called Delta. They came out promptly and advised me to call the county and get it flushed out. The county came right out and flushed out the line. Jerry advised me that they could come back and put the camera in the lines to see what was going on. The lines that the other companies were going to replace for $13,000 were fine! He gave an estimate to replace the one section of old cast iron pipes in the 50 year old house, but it was not an emergency. Jerry is fantastic - he spent lots of time on the phone and in person explaining to me what was going on. They are the ONLY plumbers I will call back. Highly recommended.

i called delta plumbing to find out how much they charge to pump a septic tank and change the filter. i was told by jacob, who i think is the owners son, that they were running a special for $188 with a $35 enviromental fee. i explained that the filter that i had had probably fallen apart and that was the reason for the filter change. he told me that the filter was $125. i knew that a filter was only about $30 so i thought that the $125 was including installation. when todd showed up he explained to me that there was a $250 excessive solids charge and it was $395 to install the filter. i should have run them off at that point but i was stupid and i didn't. i thought there was going to be some digging involved for the filter installation so i approved it. todd was slick in the fact that he had me intial all of the charges before he started the work and since it had been 7 years since the tank was pumped i could understand the excessive solids charge which since this ordeal i have found out that charge is about $150 too much. but what really set me off was when they charged me $125 for a filter that cost $25 and $395 labor to glue a 4"""" pipe about 18"""" long to what they call a baffle tee which is nothing but a sanitary tee which took less than 30 minutes to install. boy did they stick it to me!!!!!!!!!!!!! i went to their office the next day and complained in person to the septic manager (don't remember his name) and told him that i feel that they should reimburse me $300 for the filter install. i feel that $220 for the filter and installation is more than a fair price especially since i have called some other companies and was told that they charge $150-175 for filter and installation if it is done at the same time that they come out and pump the tank. michael, the customer escalation manager, called me and offered $157 but i told him that i would not settle for less than $300 and they had a week to let me know. i have not heard from him so i am going to start typing reviews to let others know not to use delta plumbing because they will rip you off!!!!!!!!!!! on top of all of this i found out in telling everyone that i work with about delta plumbing that they had tried the same thing with a coworker 2 weeks before but he had enough sense to run them off. i did not. the total for my bill ended up being $1093. that's a long way from the $348 that was quoted by jacob .

I was definitely pleased with my service. While no one wants to deal with any kind of leak, Daniel, and his team Dustin and Derrick, would be the technician I would recommend if you have to. He explained everything as he was going through the house. He worked with us and answered all of our questions. We had an issue and he handled it very quickly and professionally. I will be requesting him if I ever have to call out a plumber again. They did a great job of taking care of my lawn when the tractor had to be delivered and removed.

Woke up this morning with water backing up into my shower, I'm on a septic system. Called around and Delta promised an appointment between 3pm and 5pm, let me say it is Sunday and I was ecstatic to find a company that would come out. I patiently waited until just after 5pm and called back for an update, understanding that some appointments can run long. I was told that someone would call me soon with an update. I never received a call, nothing. They never showed up and never called, it's 8pm now.
