Be cautious when calling these people. I called them for a leak and they said I needed to have the whole kitchen cabinet remediated for mold. The technician even gave us the phone number to another outside company, probably trying to make a commission. I could tell something was up and decided to call someone else. They fixed the leak and there was no mold - just mildew. Used bleach to clean out the cabinet and charged me under $300. Very dishonest people.

Scheduled for Delta Plumbing to come out and pump my septic tank. Was told it would be $284. When the technician arrived 4 days later, he said that they had to make all kinds of repairs and it was going to be $1800. I asked him to just pump the tank as I had agreed with the customer service rep over the phone so that I can get repair quotes for the remainder of the work. He became agitated and was very rude. Said he wouldn't pump the tank (after we waited 4 days for them to show up). Wish I had known they were just going to try to up-sell me - I would have called someone else from the start.

The alarm to our septic tank pump went off this weekend while we had a house full of guests for our son's wedding. Delta Plumbing had pumped out our septic tank and installed a new pump in June 2016, so we called them and asked them to come back out. Todd Bodine came out and found that the alarm went off because the alarm pump had not been properly tied down during installation. He was so courteous and helpful and properly tied down the alarm pump. We were thrilled that Delta stood behind their work and fixed the issue at no charge to us. Way to go Todd and Delta Plumbing!! :)

Typical bait and switch strategy. Came to clear a sewer line at the online """"reduced"""" rate. After """"clearing"""" the line for 45 minutes, they said roots were bad and needed to replace part of the line. After 8 more hours, the line was backed up again. So I call another plumber who spends several hours truly clearing the line. Said he could tell that the previous guy from Delta didn't really do much or spend any time trying. It's been over a month and the line is still clear. Once I started trying to get a refund, no one from Delta will call me back. In emails they imply they will give me a refund then back peddle and slow play. Forced to dispute with credit card company for charging for a service they never performed. Would not recommend these guys for anything.

I highly recommend Delta. I was impressed with the professional and outstanding help of Westly and Dylan. They both showed knowledge of their craft and how they care for the customer to make sure the job is done good and well. I really appreciate great customer service!

The worst service I have ever had. The technician guy Jacob don't know anything about plumbing. Suppose to be a quick fix (replacing a leaked valves fitting) Instead he quoted to replace the whole plumbing line cost over $2,500. In the end I have to show him how to fix the fitting valves.

Called and asked for price and asked if they would take a coupon for pumping septic tank. The price was going to be around $250. The truck showed up and the guy looked into the tank and said there is a lot of solids and would have to use a special rotating device plus extra for solids and it was going to be around $800. He made his case but and was told I could make a few payments but up to the office manager. I watched the guys work all they did was suck out the tank no special equipment just the hose and in 5 minutes done. I will never use them again.

I typically don't get too excited about plumbing service. However, I was particularly impressed with Delta Plumbing. My Service technicians were Westly c and Dylan c. They were on time, courteous, and professional. They took time to explain the entire process, completed the septic tank drainage promptly, and cleaned up fully when finished. There were no surprises. I rarely do online reviews, but these guys were exceptional, so I wanted to be sure to say something.

Called Delta Plumbing on Monday 8/9/2017 and requested an appointment to determine what was needed for my rocking toilet. Jimmy came out on 8/10/17 told me what I needed and scheduled another appointment with me to return the next day at 1pm 8/10/17. Jimmy was a no show so I called and they could not locate the appt. Selena made a call to Jimmy and I was told he would call me when he finished his appt. I did not receive a call back so I called again and request be placed in the schedule for 8/11 at 9am. Well once again he was a no show and I called to be told that he called in sick. Very unreliable!

After my 1st """"meh"""" experience, I foolishly used them again a few weeks later as I had an emergency situation. They up-sold me. Told me the job wd be done one way, did it another and still charged me $1800 after they convinced me that just replacing the damaged pipe wd not be a good way to go even though there was NOTHING wrong with my line. They even convinced my husband. They told me my 6x6 bush wd have to be dug up, requiring big equipment being brought in. It didn't - the guy dug it by hand - and a whole bunch of other things they were going to have to do - cutting into sheet rock in the basement - that they didn't. They wd only warranty their work - THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE- for 90 days but wd warranty a $2000 job for 2 years. They some how convinced me that it wd be """"cheaper"""" to replace the whole line vs just fixing the broken connection which wd have cost me $450. They had just pumped my septic tank which ended up costing me over $3,000. I had to go thru the bill line by line to find that I was being over charged for some things, eg, they wanted to charge me almost $200 for a $21 filter to be put in. I called to question this charge and was told that if they had to dig up the tank to put in the filter, that that charge wd apply - well the hole was already dug when they went in to pump the tank so I was being charged twice. There were a few other things that I was able to eliminate saving me $700! You really have to watch these guys. They seem nice, but they will OVER SELL YOU and in this last instance not do the job the way they said they were going to, do it another way and end up with something you NEVER REALLY NEEDED. The """"Educated Plumber"""" is educated in convincingly selling you what you DO NOT NEED in order for them to warranty their work. They use a lot of scare tactics. Watch these guys. Better yet, find another company. I feel ripped off and should have my bill reduced by $1000!
