I was quoted 305.00 over the phone to have my septic tank cleaned by Delta Plumbing. From the time that Trace Morgan arrived at my home he started telling me what all he could do for me under the table. I clearly stated to him time after time I only wanted my tank cleaned and that's all. Trace did a jet line which I did not ask for. When trace was finish I signed his tablet not knowing he was charging me 1,123.00 and apparently charging me 800.00 for the jet line cleaning. When signing his tablet it did not show the amount that I owed it just has a blank page that say's sign. After I refuse to pay Trace 1,123.00 he called the police to my house. I also had another company at my house doing water restoration repair they heard the whole conversation from the beginning to the end. We both told the officer the same story. The officer ask me to pay what I initially agreed to. I paid Trace 350.00 45.00 more than what was initially agreed.

That guy (Trace M. )Sucks at his job . he did a job for me and left the tank wide open ,my wife Had to go to the backyard to close the tank and that's really dangerous. Please next time I'll make sure they don't send the same guy .

I woke up to No Hot Water.Was hoping for a simple solution to my older water heater, maybe the pilot light would be out. No such luck. Chris from Delta plumbing had helped me in the past with another plumbing problem & went out of hs way to do a professional job & help watch the cost. I was confident he would do the same this time. He did. Plumbing & electrical repairs are usually costly but neccessary & it is important to have someone you can trust. Although I am hoping not to need Delta Plumbing in the near future, when I do I will call & request Chris, again.

Quick service. Took only an hour to fix the issue. Giving two stars because I was grossly over charged. Called for a water leak in yard. Was charged a 50% up charge for digging. How else would you find a leak in the yard ? And the digging was in grass and a flower bed and he didn't have to go too deep. I agreed to the $750 charge for one hour of work because he has already staring digging up my yard and I wanted it over. He was nice while overcharging me though.

Bait and switch on their $149 septic pumping fee. It will never ever cost you $149. Stay away from this shady company.

I needed a new bathtub faucet installed. The basement is not finished so you are able to access it from there. I asked for a quote but of course they wanted to come out before giving one and I had to pay $39 if I used them or not so I expected price to be quoted a little expensive. I had a faucet bought ready to install and they wanted $700 plus to install it. Probably a little over a hour worth of work for a person with the tools and knowledge to install. I expected $300 wishful thinking to $450 what a normal plumber would probably charge and got $700 plus. They said for $1,200 plus they could provide me with a high grade faucet and install it instead of the one I bought. I do not mind paying $39 for a service call to get a reasonable good faith quote but stealing my $39 dollars or being robbed from a price that much higher than what is reasonable sucks! I will never use them again.

Had a leaking expansion tank in my garage and called Delta the next morning. The woman answering the phones collected my info around 8am and Scott came to my house around 11am. I was informed the tank was old and rusted and needed to be replaced. The quote was a little high according to my dad but it needed to be done. Scott left and returned to my home in an hour and only took 30 minutes to replace it. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I had a leak in my condo that two previous plumbing companies could not find in literally over a 7 month period and a at least 25 working hours. Over a year had passed and I literally thought I had no leak and leak was located outside my condo. I gave it one last try to rule out a leak and found Delta Plumbing( never heard of them), and Jacob came to do the leak detector. Low and behold Jacob alone found 2 leaks in about 90 minutes. Because of the updated equipment Delta uses Jacob was able to do in 90 minutes what 2 other plumbing companies with a at least 2 persons per crew could not do in 25 hours. Prices are pretty good too( compared to others I called) I'm glad I found them because I know who to call next time I have a problem in either of my homes. That's very comforting to know because these days the state will give anyone a license to work whether they know their craft or not.

Very knowledgeable technician seem to know his job but I felt as if I was overcharged small job I was charged $316 for a job that should have took 30 minutes tops
