For installation, he came with his dad right on time, finished the job to the perfection. Post installation he made sure that things are tidy and clean. Chris and his helper were so freaking AWESOME!! They did a wonderful job installing my new hot water heater. They were extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They kept in contact with me frequently to let me know when they would arrive. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. Their customer service was beyond what I expected.
I called the night before around 8pm and they came the next day by 1pm. I will definitely be calling them for any other plumbing needs..

We have never had a bad experience! My parents first put in a water softening system and I did shortly after. Johnny was so knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, took time to discuss options and made us feel equipped to make an educated decision without feeling pushed into anything. I purchased a water card recently since I don't carry cash on me and this was my second fill up with the card. I referenced the hours on the card I purchased and came at 3p on a Sunday. Well apparently they closed at 2:55 and had a different set of hours listed on their door. What made my frustration even worse was the man behind the counter that wouldn't acknowledge my standing outside the door and knocking. Makes for some really sucky customer service when you can't let someone in 5 mins after you close.

10 years ago when we just moved to Brentwood, Delta Pure Water installed our water softener system and some filters on top of the refrigerator for drinking water. Chris replaced some of the filters several time since than.

The system is working just fine for over 10 years. We had no problems and we're very happy with the work he has done.

Today Chris came over to change the filters again and we decided to install another filter system under the sink for drinking water.
Chris did the job very quick with no mess.

Delta Pure Water is very reasonable company with great customer service!
We are highly recommended Delta Pure Water to anyone who need any of their services.
