When we first moved in we got the ""postcard"" in the mail and went for it. We paid over $7k for a tank that never worked. Despite many attempts for the company to fix the issue they failed to and we ultimately just said forget about it. (Now called Fidelis Elite).

The hard water in our house was getting to be too bad and clogging all of our water things. We decided to call Delta Pure Water. We explained our situation and they came out added another tank to our existing tank and for only a couple hundred dollars got our water to be soft and useable!! Thinking about it we spent a couple hundred, but actually saved that money by not having to by new faucets again!

We initially went through Costco for a water softener service, but after an appointment fell through we decided to look elsewhere. We were at the Farmer's Market where I saw Delta Pure Water's van and decided to give them a call. Chris got back to me fairly quickly and went over all the details over the phone. He asked some questions about our situation. He explained how the water softener worked, recommended a size for our house and gave us an out the door price with installation included. No fancy song, dance or upsells which I really appreciated. We decided on a Saturday and were fully installed by Tuesday. Jonathan the installer was professional and showed my wife how to operate it. He said if we had any problems to give them a ring. I don't know if it's normal for other Installers but they also added a spigot so we can wash our cars with the softened water. The whole experience was better than expected especially with the turn around time. We love supporting local business and the service we received was a reminder why. Excellent customer service!

Delta Pure Water rocks! We installed drinking and softener water with them 5 months ago in February 2020. Chris came and gave us a great deal. I shopped 2 other companies, and he gave me the best price which beat the prices of the other companies. No questions asked. After installing the systems, I didn't like the drinking water faucet. He told me that's the standard one but he would give me a better quality one for free. I took his word for it. I didn't want anyone to come to my home due to COVID-19, so I waited till July to call them to come back. They came back with a nicer faucet asking no questions again. My water softener was making little yellowish water. I had both the city and new home warranty came check out. They said everything was fine. So I let Chris know and he sent his worker, Kevin, who showed me how to reset the Water System by cleaning all the water out. After doing it twice, the water is crystal clean now. If Yelp had 1,000 stars I would give them 1,000 stars. The company owner, Chris, and his employee, Kevin, ROCK!!!!!!!

My husband and I came here today for the first time since we have moved to the area. The owner was present and was super nice from the moment we entered. He was very helpful and a great conversation. We learned that he has owned and operated the place for over 30+ years, and you can easily tell how much pride he has in his business and the importance of customer retention. The facility is super clean and welcoming. Due to COVID19, they were sold out of a few items, but according to the owner, the restock was already on the way. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
