When I purchased the heater at home depot, the delta company was very helpful. They took my cc number, etc and promised to install on the same day at around 12:00 pm. However, after that the headache stated. They asked to send a picture of old heater as soon as I got home and I did. Anyhow the technician finally arrived at around 4 pm (nice guy). He had to get a new photo (I don't know why). Then, he said they gave him the wrong heater and he had to go back. Finally the new heater was installed around 8 pm. Now, they send me the invoice with not much instruction. I want to know what happens to the all the info I gave them about my cc. I called, nobody answered. Left a message.

Even though it was still very expensive, they were half the price of a competitor. Kristian was polite & professional. Our initial appointment was postponed a day due to difficulties on an other job. Otherwise, it would be a full 5-star review.

Do not use this service they do shotty work and then lie about it. They replaced our water heater the next day there was a leak in the hot water line from the water heater to the house. The technician said it wasn't their fault. We called another plumber who fixed the issue and confirmed it was Delta's work that was leaking and put that in writing.

Install toilet puchased at Home Depot. I was given an install window from 12-2, told the technician was on his way at 1:15. Had to call at 2:00
to see where he was. Arrived at about 245. Installed new toilet in about 20 minutes and removed old toilet. Miras was polite and efficient.

This company is totally customer focused!
When I called for an estimate I had it in less than 5 minutes. Their price for the water heater I needed was less than 3 other companies that were recommended to me!
I was able to schedule my install in less than 24 hours. I received a text the morning of the install indicating the installer, Nigel, was on the way. I received a call from Nigel when he was 30 minutes out to let me know he's on the way.

When Nigel arrived he got right to work assessing what needed to be done. He worked quickly and efficiently. I could tell he knows what he was doing while he was answering my questions! He left the job site clean and tidy and he even cleaned up the rust water stain the old water heater left.

Nigel is polite, friendly and knowledgeable! He is a great plumber and I will ask for him if and when I need a plumber!

I had two toilets installed after purchasing them from Home Depot. It was important to me that I be notified 30 minutes in advance of the plumber's arrival because I knew I would not be near the home during the entire four hour delivery window. Hanlet called and gave me a 30 minute heads up which allowed me to get back home. I met him and his helper and showed them the work area. I think they had removed the old toilets and installed the two new toilets within maybe an hour. They left the area clean and did a good job. They were also very friendly. I was 100% satisfied with their communication and with their installation.
