Highly recommend. We purchased water heater service from Home Depot. They(I wish I could remember employees name) were very helpful and we got a call back the next day from installers. From Thomas and Mike telling us what process is, and setting up appt, to amazing Tom, our installer. Tom did a fantastic job! He went through how new heater works, warranty, etc and was so meticulous in his work and just a nice man. The new heater is beautiful, working great and we are so happy. We are confident telling anyone to use this company.

Delta Mechanical is a plumbing contractor used by Home Depot. I requested to have a hot water heater installed at the Home Depot Customer Service Desk. Home Depot took my information and stated that a vendor would call me. Delta Mechanical called me before I left the Home Depot parking lot. Delta Mechanical asked me several questions and then provided me with a detailed quote. The price was fair so I scheduled the installation. I was given a 4 hour service window. Their plumber Orley called me a half hour prior to arrival. He verified some information and looked at my old heater. He informed me that electrical code had changed and the hot water heater could no longer use plugs and had to hard wired. All work was completed within 2 hours. Very happy with the whole process. Great communication and Orley was very professional.

Delta Mechanical just completed swapping out my old 50 gallon hot water heater with a new Rheem Performance model. After conducting a 4-point inspection on my home this replacement was recommended and since I was looking at changing my insurance provider one of the requirements was to have it replaced by a licensed plumbing company. After looking at my water heater options at Home Depot and investigating contracting the work out I went online and started the process.

Within 30 minutes of completing my request online using the QR Code provided I received a phone call from Delta Mechanical and after spending less than 10 minutes on the phone I had a written quote in my inbox and scheduled appointment that was convenient to me. I felt completely comfortable that Delta Mechanical representative fully understood my application and provided a fair price.

Felix Delta's technician arrived on time after notifying me about 30 minutes before arriving while he was picking up my hot water heater. We looked at the installation and isolated the electrical service and turned off the water to safety start the process. Felix is an extremely professional and skilled technician, his work is exceptional and once he completed the installation he explained the installation and started the system back up, he checked for any leaks and purged the system of any air, he also made sure my home was just as it was prior to his arrival and hauled away the old heater and any trash associated with the installation. I had a wonderful experience with Delta Mechanical from start to finish and will definitely contact them directly in the future when I have a home project that requires a professional mechanical contractor...

Everything was perfect from the moment that I contacted Delta Mechanical through completion of the job. Delta Mechanical messaged me the technicians name (Talgot) and a picture of him along with an estimated time of arrival within 15-20 minutes of placing the order - what a fantastic feature! They said that by my calling early (at 9 AM) that they would still be able to install my water heater that day and they did not fail to meet that promise. The new water heater was installed within five hours of my contacting Delta Mechanical which is almost heard of here in any part of the valley. Replace water heater. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that their reminder system appears to be on EST. I was told when scheduled to expect service between 12 and 2, the email reminders - 2 of them - said 2 to 4. I called the office to confirm and was told 2 to 4. At 11:30 a.m., I got a call from the tech that he was 30 minutes away. I was promised 30 min notice of his arrival. Good thing, I was 30 minutes away.

I was grateful he was on time for the original time, knowledgeable - there was a hiccup with the warranty he was able to navigate, fast, professional.
