Sad to say it! I got assign from my insurance company to fix a leak, I call them, make a appointment, day of the appointment, never show up! Call.. no answer, had to call the insurance company and assign a different pro, but the problem at this point where bigger that in the beginning!!! Sorry Delmar!! No professional at all!!!

Sent through First American Home Warranty... came 3 times, water still leaking from the toilet. Told warranty company there was nothing wrong when he left but 30 mins later, I'm wiping up water from the floor...4 towels full!!

horrible CustOmer service , my warranty company assigned this company .. it took me 3 days to reach them .. then finally he said he was coming . the day of the appt no show .. so I sent a message he replied I have been feeling sick and positive Covid test .. but never called me or sent message he would not be coming . Do not waste your time or your money . I am posting text so they can't lie

This Company is a MENENCE to Society! I engaged with Delmar Construction Co. due to a Home Warranty Contract with First American Home Warranty. A Service Technican, saying has name was Delmar,(the Owner) came out to my home to replace a valve connected to the Washer. He said he was ordering a part and would come back to replace it. After many phone calls and text messages, which were ignored, he finally called and said he was coming the next day between 8 and 12..He never showed.. we called and called...Finally called back ...He was rude and and disrespectful. I am an old Lady and was shocked at the manner in which he spoke to me...Needless to say...he never showed with the Part..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for anything....

First American Home Warranty assigned this business to an urgent matter affecting habitability of our home. He did not answer his phone or return requests for a call back through the course of a business day and was aware that the problem affected habitability and as such was urgent.

Delmar was assigned through our American Home Shield Warranty. Delmar was not responsive in making a quick appointment or even contacting us for a week. Delmar left a message with AHS that they could not reach us (?) Not sure what that was all about, however we finally set an appointment. A few days later, we got a text from Delmar that said he wasn't going to make it 'today'. I texted back that he had the wrong customer, and corrected him on the date and time of our actual appointment. Well here it is, the day of the appointment. We are waiting... waiting... no communication with Delmar. I texted him to confirm and let him know where to park and he said 'I don't park in parking decks', so I arranged for another space. Then he said, I don't do work in condos. I am not sure why AHS selected Delmar as the business for our need, but I am writing a review to agree with the other reviewers. Upon reading THEIR reviews (thank you!), I too will not allow them in my place. Zero stars. I would have expected better from AHS. p.s - our 'repair' is probably the need for a small washer on a faucet.

Used him several times and the service was good. Lately, he will use the excuse that his truck is in the shop if he gets another job that pays more and he will wander by to fix my repair at some much later date. I realize that it is difficult to operate a small business...but..you should always keep your customers informed and it's usually a good idea to have some integrity. Very, very disappointed.
