Absolutely terrible unprofessional company. He canceled last minute on me when I had an appointment scheduled for sewage backing up into my house. Then showed the next day 2.5 hours late with no sense of urgency. Then proceeded to say he can't complete the job same day, because he didn't have the proper equipment. If your home warranty assigns this company to you, please call back and get it reassigned. You will be incredibly disappointed otherwise!

This company sucks they are the worst no one should ever use them!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE! When you're explaining to them the problems you're having they just look at you like they're so uninterested in your concerns. They set a time to come to your house and never show up & when you call them they're rude.

Wish I could give NO STARS!!! My claim was filed as URGENT and it took the owner 12 hours to even call me back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Was supposed to be out between 3-6 and I had to call him at 6 to get an update. My homeowners warranty was who sent him out. Arrives at my house to replace broken hot water heater but couldn't replace until the next day because now it was """"after hours"""". Needless to say, I fired him and then hired someone else to fix the problem. AVOID!!!

Filed a claim for a plumbing issue through our home warranty company and they assigned Delmar Construction. We put in the claim on a Thursday and finally heard from Delmar on the following Tuesday morning. Scheduled the appointment and made a point to be home before and after the time we agreed upon during the call. No one showed up AND we did not receive any phone calls or texts letting us know he would not make it. I called and left voicemails and sent texts as well with NO response, even now, a couple days later.

If Delmar Construction company is referred through Sears Warranty or any other Warranty Company please ask for another company. It's a one man owner worker. Drives a Mercedes Benz van as a work truck. Extremely matter of fact and comes over very uninterested in your complain. Your claim will ultimately result in a denial.

Never do business with this company. They were supposed to show up Saturday from 3-4pm. We planned our whole day around him being there, and it was a no-call no-show. He then claimed it was because they had the wrong number, but earlier that week, we were in communication over the phone, so he definitely had our number. He claimed he had an emergency call. Furthermore, he reschedules to Wednesday and he TEXTS me that he's cancelling. I have attached a picture below for your reference. This company bleeds unprofessionalism, and you should never do business with this company. Ever.

Guys please be aware these guy is fraud works with choice home warranty and he takes money and never shows up please do not trust these guy at all.I have to give a star other wise it is zero.
