Well for starters I purchased a brand new house that cost me about 240k. Del air advertises that they install carrier, trane and lennox. Unfortunately they went with the cheapest option and installed a Goodman. The cheapest option that they dont even advertise by the way. 2nd, I had an issue with the system and the rep on the phone kept emphasizing it's a maintenance issue that there is a charge to get someone here. House is brandspanking new with a new system and I'm getting charged? Anything for a buck. What happened to customer service. The minute I open the door off the back the tech kept saying I'm having a maintenance issue. I'm pretty sure that was on the W/O to say it. There should at least be 1 year of free maintenance on top of the system warranty. If that would of been the case I would have been a lifer with you guys. I would have bought all the maintenance and warranty packages after that. But this company really disappointed me. I had to fight to not get charged. There was something wrong with the system and he fixed it. I'm extremely disappointed.

My AC unit stopped working last night. I called their so called 24 hour emergency service 6 times and no one called until an hour later trying to give me an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. What a joke !! If you advertise 24 hour service then perform the service Period.

This company is a rip-off! Don't trust them. Called for service. Ran another test for leaks and told me I owed them I owed another $60. Then I need a part for over $1,000. Called for a second opinion! No leaks! No parts!! What a bunch of crooks!!

I have an appointment today from 8am-12pm. No call no show. I called & left a voicemail 30 minutes before. It's 12:16pm and they told me the tech called me. I did not get the call or a voicemail. It's annoying that you take off work and wait for nothing. So right now I'm waiting again to see if the tech can come at all today. Thanks for wasting my time. So basically they are telling me they had the wrong number and the builder gave them my husband's number instead and I have to call my builder to have them change their phone number to mine. I already talk to my builder and they have both numbers on file. It's ridiculous bc I'm the one making the appointment with my info. The supervisor was useless but he did reschedule so that my husband has to be here since they can't seem to change the contact number to mine. Idiots.

I've always been an advocate of bad news and then good news so I will start with the bad and then move to the good, because there definitely were redeeming qualities to this experience. We sent in a request on Friday to have Del-air to come out and and assist with a possible clogged drain line that is causing our condo to flood by the handler. We did not hear anything from them on Monday so we reached out. They said they couldn't send anyone until Tuesday. We made plans to stay home from work to be able to get this all fixed ASAP. Tuesday... noon comes and goes. No call. We call at 4:30pmish to get an estimate on where we would be on the list. They said that there were only a couple of people in front of us. They said to call back if we haven't heard anything. 6:30 we call since - surprise surprise - we hadn't heard. Lo and behold we were skipped by the dispatcher, we were told. And that we will hear from them in... you guessed it...an hour. Now we call of course their offices are closed. We called the emergency number they provide and... no answer. Now it's 8pm on Tuesday and our condo has been getting water since Friday. After leaving a message on their voicemail and on Facebook (who told us to 'call the next business day') we received a call 8:30 saying they'll be here between 9 and 10. They call us at 9:58pm saying they were turning in. Through our experiences thus far, it does not seem like they generally give out actual time windows that their technicians will come out to complete servicing. Definitely an opportunity to improve the quality of service, in my humble opinion. Long story short, I was receiving what appeared to be an uninformed runaround from the telephone operators. Around 10:00PM the technician finally arrived at our home and was a very pleasant person for someone who was coming to service an AC unit at 10 o'clock at night. Julio was our technician and I couldn't be happier with the job that he did. He was attentive to the situation, made sure that everything was explained to me as he went along so that I knew he wasn't trying to pull any funny business, and he continued to be friendly and pleasant throughout the visit. After it was all said and done, our unit is back and running and the cost for the service was reasonable. Certainly not the most enjoyable experience of my life but it could have been worse, to say the least.

I have used Del Air at my home in Celebration for 10 years now. The service techs are friendly, professional, and considerate. Recently had an issue with my A/C motor, the technician, Vedesh, had the motor on hand, repaired it. The unit was working again within 3 hours of the service call being made.This is the second time he has personally serviced our A/C units, and he is great. No up selling. Just great service.

Really helpful operators (they had me try several things on my own to help save money) and very professional service technician who solved my problem in an hour and showed me how to take care of the AC unit better to avoid future problems. Will definitely call Del-Air if something happens to the AC in the future.
