This company is a rip-off! Don't trust them. Called for service. Ran another test for leaks and told me I owed them I owed another $60. Then I need a part for over $1,000. Called for a second opinion! No leaks! No parts!! What a bunch of crooks!!

terrible experience, called and made appointment from noon till two and had to leave work early to meet the technician and canceled a later appointment for another AC company. They never called so I called four separate times during the noon till two timeframe and they guaranteed somebody would come. Spoke to them at 2:15 waited on hold for 20 minutes and then they told me that there was emergency with a technician so they would now have a different technician to come from 2 to 4. Called another five separate times they never called back and nobody showed up. They hung up on me when I got upset and I spoke to them at 8 o'clock at night. Ended up calling a different company and paying more money for an emergency technician. It is over 100° in my house with children. Terrible service and they are liars, I caught them on several lies every time I spoke to them on the phone. Call someplace else.

From the beginning a nightmare. They ran wrong electrical wire that was too small (from the outside electric box to the HVAC); they had put in gauge10 and it should have been a gauge 8 wire according to their electrician (Chris). When they left a breaker inside house flipped and left a one whole room and 1/2 of another with no electricity for days. Del Air sent out an electrician (Chris) who found the wrong electric wire was run from outside electric box to air handler). He had repair people come out and replace a piece inside by the air handler to make up for the wire that was too small. That fixed this problem of the whole room outage. Then they left, I had another breaker flip. They sent a different electrician out and just LOOKED at the light switch and said it was a short (NOT!) in the light switch or outlet in living room (which was ALSO involved in the first breaker problem). I told him it was not (and if it was, they caused it). I have never had breakers flip! The first electrician called and said he'd come back out (that's been approximately 4 weeks ago) with something to show me it was a short (my problem to pay to have fixed; tearing wall out). They have yet to return and do anything about this breaker flipped. I reached out to the first electrician about coming back out, by text several times and no reply. I called in 2-3 """"escalations"""" that I've been told that each goes to 4 managers. Still, no one has reached me. I still have a breaker flipped. Also, they left my insider electric box with 'blanks' in the place of where 2 breaker switches used to be. One blank is lose and falling out. My inside electric box was left without what breakers service what now. I know they are going to try to tell you it's a short which I know it is not. This 'so called short' was caused by the original wrong wire being installed. Realize that this outlet/switch is the SAME outlet that was involved in the FIRST breaker flip. A big coincidence that is now a short and is my problem (as Chris, the first electrician, basically said). This was Del Air in Melbourne, FL (I am NOT in CA, I'm in FL)

I have an appointment today from 8am-12pm. No call no show. I called & left a voicemail 30 minutes before. It's 12:16pm and they told me the tech called me. I did not get the call or a voicemail. It's annoying that you take off work and wait for nothing. So right now I'm waiting again to see if the tech can come at all today. Thanks for wasting my time. So basically they are telling me they had the wrong number and the builder gave them my husband's number instead and I have to call my builder to have them change their phone number to mine. I already talk to my builder and they have both numbers on file. It's ridiculous bc I'm the one making the appointment with my info. The supervisor was useless but he did reschedule so that my husband has to be here since they can't seem to change the contact number to mine. Idiots.

It been an absolute headache with them. I was told I needed a new part for my ac and they would orde on Monday 10/7. I've called them everyday and no one knows what they are doing. I've asked to speak to a manager several times and they have said the manager will call me back but they haven't.yesterday I spoke to someone and it sounds like no one order the part and now it's going to take an additional 10-14 days to get here . By that time will not have had av for a month. It's a absolute terrible company
